Bought it from eBay for around $17. My SOT is so bad, around 2:30 even after rooting, cloudy, wakelock and amplify. If I should do any kind test let me know.
I am LG G3 AT&T variant, unlocked.

If someone can confirm that this really works then I will definitely buy one
I will start testing from today. Wil report back soon.
Bigger capacity batteries can not be slim ,is all the people gonna say, even some cheap and bigger, size bigger capacity doesn't have bigger capacity.
Fired up this baby. Came with 56% charge. will charge it full.
Old phone SOT : http://m.imgur.com/EgM5jNs, http://m.imgur.com/bKlPF5y
GSM battery says it is 489mah http://m.imgur.com/sq7Kuks
I will calibrate the battery. Full charge now and drain it 3 times. I have not factory reset after installing cloudy. I will do that if the battery still drains. Someone suggested that in another thread.
Edit:2
Got two different kind capacity reading:
Phone Tester: http://m.imgur.com/KLmifNQ 3000mah
Battery Monitor Widget: http://m.imgur.com/4I6bhGP 3200mah
CPU-Z : 3000mah
You never win with cheap batteries. They might work okay for a few months but then start degrading rapidly, also I would bet money the battery isn't really 4,500mah. But for $17 you're not losing much.
You are right.
Only got SOT 1h 36ms since ast night and battery is already down to 31%. I have to calibrate my battery https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nema.batterycalibration&hl=en I am draining my battery and changing it to 100%, calibrating with this app.

I have the same SOT in the same configuration. Its the ROM I guess. Other kernels didnt do any better. Learn to live with it (like I did ) if you like the rom.

They could explode, heat up and melt, leak and release toxic/harmful liquid/gas, destroy your phone, ... or just be cheap reskinned batterys that cost you $17

Any updates on this? Mine just arrived home, I don't know if it is 4500mah, but it weights more. Anyway, if the worst scenario, it would be like an stock battery for only 18$ xD

it says under battery info 4105mv does that mean anything?
That is the battery voltage. The voltage lowers as the battery energy is used. It is just an indicator of how much juice you have left in the battery. At 4.105 volts, you must have a battery that is close to fully charged. The only way I know of to test actual capacity of the battery is by monitoring the charging time, or monitoring how long it takes to completely drain. The larger the battery, the longer it will take to do both (typically). If you want to know the exact capacity, you will need to drain the battery at a constant current and monitor the time it takes to discharge, thus giving you the mAh (current * hours) of the battery.
I wonder if it's the same battery I picked up. I didn't get mine from ebay though, so I think I paid nearly $30 in total.
I can't tell the difference between the two batteries. I just swap them once a day and go about my business.

I have this battery and a white battery cover to match and it last all day everyday no matter what i do with my phone. I stream 3g internet radio while driving and have hello im, peeps, and bloo running pretty much constantly.
As for the thickness.. it's really much better to use the keyboard with the new battery cover for me. It's definitely thicker in the pocket, but I'm always doing something on my phone like twitter, facebook, or aim so I battery life > looks. I actually like the way it looks with all white.

please let me know when you receive your battery whether its 1700mah or 1250mah like it says. I'd really love to order one and have it be 1700mah, haha =) just hoping for confirmation
Hi guys, I just picked up a used G1 and have been researching eBay.co.uk's batteries. Ignoring the weakest one and finding the best price for each same type, I found these:
1200 mAH £3.80 "z388" (only $3.96 on ebay.com, so I ordered one, since it's only a £2.40)
-- larger--
2300 mAH £8.00 "z411" ugly bulged cover.
2300 mAH £8.95 ugly bulged cover and say 2200 on the battery.
2300 mAH £8.98 flat extended cover, battery says "2400mAH"
2850 mAH £10.99 flat cover.
I ignored the 1700 one. since the write-up says different. I don't want the bulge on the cover because it looks stupid, probably going to get the 2850 if it's a genuine figure. I think the eBay.com prices are about the same for the others (they all come from HK anyway). But a standard sized 1700 would be sweet if it were real.
All these batteries + G1 Dock with 2nd slot battery charger = WIN.
So. Many. Batteries.
Just got my other two in from ebay at $4 a pop. They were supposed to be OEM replacements but to my suprise, one of them says "1300mAh Replacement Battery For HTC G1". The other looks like a replica of an OEM battery but you can tell its not OEM. For $8 for both though, who really cares? lol, here's some pics of all my batteries.

Seidio 2600mAh With Extended Back Door $50
Andida "1600mAh" Extended Batteries (2) They are $10 each but i got em $10 for both
And of course, my stock OEM pos bloated HTC battery but you all know what that looks like.
Think i got enough Juice?
Impressive. I also have a 'defective' andida that I charge with an external charger. I have one of those white label batteries that came with one of my external chargers. It's a good emergency battery, but inferior to the OEM. I have a Seido 1400 that works pretty well. The Seido and the Andida seem to last about the same time in the phone. I still use the OEM even though it started bulging a bit. I hope that doesn't mean it's about to explode.
Depending on usage, I can rotate out all four batteries in a single day. The new radio has improved battery life, though.
How do they perform?

Yea, i was gonna spring for the Seidio 1400 but for the price, i just spent a couple more dollars and got the 2600 Extended at the time. My OEM battery is buldgy as a mofo too, that sh!t scares me sometimes lol. It dies so quick, its ridiculous.

There is no words for the Seidio 2600, that thing is a beast. 3 days easy with everything on. The Andidas last about a day and a half with heavy usage and some things turned off. The others i havent tested yet and the OEM is garbage, lasts about 4 hours max with LIGHT usage.
I have no plans on making my G1 a super brick...yet.

Unforunately, he stopped selling them after the whole fiasco he went through with getting a bad batch and sending it out to everyone then having to replace them all...he just called it quits. =\
If you wanna see exactly what im talking about, just read up on the Andida 1600mAh Battery thread, its like 50 pages long from various XDA members including myself waiting months and months and months for a working $10 extended battery...it was crazy.
On another note though, i've heard there are other 1600mAh extended batteries on ebay so just do a search and they should come up. I think i remember one guy telling me about "Ecell" extended batteries? Give it a go and let us know how it goes.

I think the battery is so big because it relies on slightly outdated "Elf" technology.
For those not familiar with Elf batteries, the idea is simple: Inside the battery dwells a colony of friendly and industrious elves that work night and day to power your phone. Picture a light bulb powered by a hamster wheel, only with elves.
The upshot is that you can get great battery life, but in addition to charging you will periodically need to smear a small amount of peanut butter on the battery to feed the elves (this is detailed on page 4 of the battery's manual). Also, if you hear a folksy, quiet, yet haunting melody coming from your battery, that means it's working properly, so don't be alarmed.

I suspect that this is the 3500 - it is advertised as 2X original battery life.
And, in that case it is the same price.

only problem with those batteries is its hit or miss if you get a good one. I ordered the same exact ones for my OG Evo (pack of 2 batts and 2 covers for 20 bucks) but only one would hold an "extended" charge. The other held like the OEM battery.
Usually, you get what you pay for, just keep that in mind
I want a extra battery for i777.
Below is 4 batteries from Ebay, and I am not sure which is better.
I dont like the extensional battery which makes my phone thicker.
I have heard the internation battery 2000mAH for SG2 i9100 might fit on i777.
and the battery just 1mm thicker. is that truth?
The first and second look exactully like the original battery, but both of the seller told me they are not.

Which one you think is better? last longer low heat work great for the i777 Thank you!
without having any experience with those batteries, you most likely wont experience much gain in battery life even with the 1800mah. Its not enough extra juice to really make a difference.
That being said, I dont have experience with those specific batteries although i've tested others with no gain whatsoever.
As for the heat, I'm sure it wont matter either.
You should go for the 3000mah ones, they are somewhat a bit bulkier but they come with the back case for your phone. I heard they good and only cost about 8 bucks.

I think that's the best answer you're gonna get man. Unless you're hoping someone has separately tested all four of the batteries listed in your OP. I recommend buying an additional 1650mAh battery which is built for the i777. All you've got to do is replace it when the juice runs out...
I say this because it's safer to use the genuine battery on the phone.
Are u trying to get another battery to replace your current battery and use it as a primary battery are do u just want a good spare /backup battery to throw in if ya phone dies or gets low?

I bought a Chinese cheap battery (looked exactly like the original with minor details) and at first it was ok. After 2-3 months the degradation was noticable, at least 30% less time than the original... which was already a year old...
