Great job Bro, look forward to where you take this.

Hello, I've only been running stock based roms for stability sake. I found stock to be more stable on my g3, but I loved aosp back on my old htc evo. How is the stability here compared to other aosp and stock roms? Thanks

I run this in my device all day everyday and this is my work phone. Stability is absolutely critical

It sure is. I'm a truck driver, and I use my phone for GPS, hours of service logs, and so on. So far so good. Seems a little slow at the moment. I'm going to allow everything to settle in before judging the stability and speed.
I know this is just the beginning for this ROM. Its running smooth so far. Thanks for the ROM. Can't wait for you to get all in to this ROM
Very nice, especially for a 1.0 release. Thanks for the G3 love!
Absolutely amazing! Super stable, fast, smooth, even smoother with the Jedi kernel installed and over clocked! Really like it! Definitely can't wait till you add some tweaks, I like my nav bar a certain way etc. other than that it's amazing!

If possible maybe custom tiles!!
Best experience I've had with aosp on this phone. Nice n smooth. Im not a fan of the camera app, or gallery, however, snap camera, and pictures gallery app are decent substitutes.
Is the latest Jedi kernel already in the ROM? Or should I flash it? Or is the kernel included the best for the ROM? Thanks!

Okay, ran into an issue watching YouTube. A min or so into a video the lock screen pops up then the screen sleeps. I have it set for 5 min, and it only does this watching YouTube. Also YouTube video stops playing everyone an app updates. I'm googling solutions, maybe settings I've over looked, but I thought I'd ask here anyway in case someone else had this problem. Thanks

Up and running. Restoring apps at the moment. Comes loaded with Apex (I typically use Nova) but I think I'll stick with Apex for a while. So far so good. I'm gonna head down to the museum and play around with the camera for a while.

Could someone be so kind as to make a call via the headset and see if the volume its normal and if the other person can hear you ok, I have been desperately looking for an aosp rom that I can make quality calls on the headset to no avail. I assume it's because they are bassed off cm. I just can't handle my wife saying, “what did you say? "

One big thing I am wondering is if there are still special zips you have to flash to revert back to TW. Thats whats been keeping me off of AOSP for the longest.

Don't know if it's completely applicable here, but i've gone between RootBox and Jelly Beans rom a couple of times with no problems. I just do a full wipe each time.

Its not about reverting back to tw or aosp. Its about downgrading from 4.2.x to 4.1.x. You need to flash one simple zip after you've flashed the 4.1.x ROM(usually tw). It just restores your files to their original place as 4.2.x creates a new directory. Its really not a big deal to flash the zip. If you are going form a tw to aosp you shouldn't have to flash anything but the ROM and gapps.

Looking good over here. I hope battery life is as good as the Avatar ROM. I had Carbon 1.5 running but it drained my battery way faster that Avatar did.
This here is a top notch Rom am glad that i have Deviant Development on my Note 2. Like all other Roms put out by the team was impressed as usual. Will keep this as my daily driver thanks for your dedicated work guys five thumbs up.:good:
Last time I investigated, before official CM10 was out, I had to flash a zip before and after. Also if I wanted to use my micro sd formatted as exfat then I couldn't leave TW. I have been trying to find a decent workaround but could never find one. It's a necessity for me to store large files soo..... any ideas?
I'm glad now that I only have one zip to flash tho. Thats not bad at all

First AOSP flash.
Been waiting for something to get me off touch-wiz, seen this and decided to leap. I will report any issues i run across(hopefully very few i can not find the answers to before asking...Thanx!!!
Am I an idiot... No, don't answer that, but where did developer settings go? I liked the ROM overall, but need dev options, especially back button kill which everyone seems to remove...
Also is there a way to change superuser when its baked into the ROM? I bought super super user and would like to be able to use it...
Later,
Jason

What's Broken:
ROMS
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy KK. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
You want to see a normal night at the DEV office, click here!!

Probably not. It doesn't seem like they have any nightlies going on, so it wouldn't benefit me much. With Vanir and CFX I just got the builds going and submit it to their git and I can set it and forget it, it'll build automatically. I'm the maintainer for CFX, so I gotta keep up with the device tree. With Vanir we managed to get it going with straight CM device tree, so no tooling around needed there. I haven't been able to get AICP's kernel to work yet either.
Will everything you do for this device is much appreciated... Im enjoying the Vanir ROM right at this moment...

I've got a weak spot for CFX, but AICP was a second favorite of mine on Jelly Bean. I think it carried over nicely to KK. I like it a lot. I have a hard time choosing between CFX, AICP, and Vanir.

I had this with all of the CM Based roms. Not seeing it on this rom however, but didn't try.
On issue I DO have is that the android keyboard is constantly downloading at 10k/sec when on wifi.. I had to stop, clear cache and temp files, and now it looks like it is OK.

running very nice ... took me a min to find the switch to slim recent menu for anyone else here it is .. Settings -> AICP Extras -> Display & Animations -> Enable Slim Recents.
so regarding my issue with the network dropping. It seems like is has something to do with the Connection manager settings in AICP settings. If i turn it on or make any changes I lose my network completely.. I got confused and gave up messing with it but I thought I would let someone know. Not sure if that feature is functioning or not but I have reverted to the CM11 nightly for now.
Purity ROM just got a bit impure!!
I have decided to add couple of features to Purity ROM.
Extra features:
CM New Theme Engine
PA PEEK (See how it works)
Slim Recents
Heads up with Slim's Customization
Lockscreen Notifications (If you dont want to use Pocket mode, enable and disable pocket mode once to get less systemui battery usage)
Dynamic Status Bar
PA Pie (OLD)
Network speed monitor
Custom actions on navbar recents long press
Allow hiding notification icons
Flip Quick Settings Tile
And many more, see github for more details
Other features (limited to ones I like) will be added as and when I get free time from my work.

I don't need to do that, there's too many other ROM's to choose from that are already running 4.4.4. Still kudos to brajesh.sharma87 for creating this ROM, nice work.

It's exactly the same as purity if not better with these extra features. And I will make the super scrolling mod for this rom too

Ground Zero Roms presents -Tesla- for LG G3 D852
Welcome to TESLA ROM for the LG G3 (d852), by the good people at Ground Zero ROMs. If you have ever Used VALIDUS ROM, you already know what to expect from team Ground Zero. If you aren't familiar, Tesla is a little different than Validus, as it it SLIM based (instead of CM based) features RRO LAYERS instead of the CM theme engine, and also sticks with the regular light theme that comes stock with most lollipop ROMs. Overall performance/stability is great. Fast, smooth and elegant in true SlimROMs fashion. Tesla features most of the goodies you are already used to in custom ROMs, without over doing it. Take it for a spin and enjoy!!!

Sounds good, wil give a try
Edited: just flash it and now my phone electrified :good:
d855 with the bliss rom that PoP inside
gr8 rom on my d855
will definitely try it on my d855.
looks awesome.
only thing is that i androidfilehost there's no d855 directory, so I suppose it's not "that" supported!?
By far the fastest/smootest ROM I've tried so far on my 855 - noticeably faster than anything else, while not running warm at all (several other roms have run warm for me, so been dropped straight away).
No issues so far. Just need to get my head round no themes!

what about camera guys?
is UHD/4K recording working?
Damn this rom is super fast and I like the animation when kliking the app drawer. One thing though, I can't install the m9 camera mod form google+. Is there any chance I can use it on this rom m8? It's work on cm based roms. Keep up the great work, this team rock

just want to check that you know this has layers in it Right? You will have to download the layers manager from the play store but after that there are alot of different options out there for theming.
List of alot layers that are out there.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/themes/0-themes-official-mega-rro-themes-t3011075
Yeah, just got to get used to them! Had my favourite CM theme.
Incidentally, anyone know if there's a way to change the nav ring targets (or disable it)

I use the flashable moto cam and its beautiful... pictures and 4k video...
GRAB IT HERE (flash in recovery) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/6g5xv8qy7yq45vm/MotoAppsMaterialAOSP.zip?dl=0
As for anyone that's new to RRO layers, it takes some getting used to but its nice once you get it figured out...I use 3 different layers themes at once... Inversion, pitchblack and midnight...and sometimes slate....you can mix and match the layers and remove certain elements if you don't like them.... Also, many layers theme devs are updating their themes to support tesla now that it is public.... so things will get even better soon!
Glad everyone is enjoying the ROM....

Team EOS G3 Nightly builds
(Builds are not generated if there are no changes to source, saving you from useless updates)
Because this is an AOSP based ROM, Google Apps are not included. Flash the gapps of your choosing after you flash the ROM. If you need help finding a gapps package, ask any of us and we'll be happy to help
These builds are designed to be installed from your favorite recovery. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST BUMPED TWRP RECOVERY.
Detailed instructions:
Going to EOS 5.1.X from another ROM:
Boot to recovery
BACKUP YOUR CURRENT SETUP!!!
Make a full wipe (Dalvik, Dalvik Cache, System, Data)
Flash the ROM
Flash optional kernel if you choose to not use provided kernel **We DO NOT support outside kernels**
Flash gapps
Reboot
Updating from an older EOS build to new EOS build:
You can usually skip the full wipe step and just wipe both caches. If ever you encounter an issue make sure you make a full wipe first before reporting it. This is what most call "Dirty Flashing". Normally this doesn't cause problems, but keep in mind a clean flash is always the best way to go.

Where the link for vs985 G3 ....?
downloading...
Does anyone have a mirror? The 7/17/15 snapshot build will not download for me. I literally have tried 10 times. Downloads, but it is not a flashable file.

The ROM has lot's of potential, but hardly any customization options as of the latest build. However, the performance and battery life are pretty good.
I have voice but no data... on Rogers D855
Using stock/SlickRom everything works..
I selected the right APN rebooted.. turned off and on airplane mode.. still no luck
Is there something I'm missing?

Downloading now, must be some customization @297 MB. Even bliss rom ain't that big, but guess I'll see, I'll be flashing soon.
The latest for ls990 is 6/25?
Edit - I like this allot, the only thing that I'd like to see is to be able to rearrange the navbar, I like to have the back button over to the right & the recent to the left. But good job, thanks for this EOS team. I really like the force menu button

Gave this ROM a quick test run to see if it would install as a secondary in multirom (on D851). All went well. Pretty nice. The navbar (mentioned previously) is the first in ages that doesn't allow rearranging of buttons. But that Fling thing is pretty neat. Once I remember how I assigned things I find it quite useful.

Not sure downloaded the latest and the one from the 25th twice but none worked.
From what I googled it has to do with incompatible modem, but not sure which one I should use
