Good I'm trying to compile the kernel smartphone aquaris 5 with soc mt6589 and also omnirom, an told me that a user of xda developers to managed to do that, someone could leave me a tutorial or something to compile the 2 things successfully and booten ?

Hello everyone. I have a bq Aquaris E5HD and it has a MTK SoC (mt6582). Well, I found a CM11 rom for the AndroidOne (It has the same CPU, same RAM, both are Dual Sim...) and I was wondering if someone can port it... I tried to do it but I have no idea of how to build the boot.img so... Please, I'm sure that someone knows how to do it and can help me.
I tried to port the ROM with this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/guide-mtk-cross-platform-chipset-rom-t2925242 but I can't do the second step. I don't know how...

Hello there xda folks and fellows. I need help for porting a lollipop Color OS rom to my alcatel kitkat device.
I've searched around here for some time but I don't get to find a guide for porting specifically Oppo's Color OS.
I've already made some attempts to port with no luck. I even used dsixda's Android kitchen but I guess I'm really not that lucky. So here I am asking for help to those who had experience in ported it already.
Some things I can't understaand is Color OS doesn't have format and mount points, language, LCD density and other stuff's in build.prop and updater-script.
Please help me :'( I really want to port Oppo Neo 7 (3g) to my Alcatel Pop D5 5038a. They have the same mtk6582 and cortex A7

If it's only available on oppo devices. It's probably not open source than you can't port it as you won't have the code.

I got a new tablet bought from ALI Express.
The data I got with AIDA64 gives me the hardware data as prescribed as per technical specifications.
The problem is an in allot of these tablets , is that the Adroind version is KitKat 4.4.2
Can someone help to provide a custom ROM a let me know how I can get Android 9 on the tablet?
Device model: Jlinksz P10
Hardware: MT6797
Instaled Ram 6GB
Totale Memory 128 GB
Rooted device YES (managed to get this done)
Android 4.4.2 KitKat
Incremental vEN7103
Java VM Version Dalvik 1.6.0
Kernel Version 3.4.67
I do not know of this info is good for use so please let me know if you need more technical descriptions.
These Custom Roms will help alot of people out there.

Note that before you can install a Custom ROM you need to install a Custom Recovery ( e.g. TWRP ) matching your device. If you can't find the latter , you may consider to compile TWRP at your own.

Thanks for the tip I checked but I am a newbie in this matter.
The tablet is rooted now, I managed to do this.
But when I want to reboot the bootloader the screen goes black and stays like that.
I found out also that this is the model
SPEC are model MEDIATEK HELIO X20 -- MT6797
