Hi to all,
Sorry for my bad English first of all.
I have a Samsung clone s5. The phone gets last time very much spyware/malware; download and installs different apps doing itself.
I have tried to fix this problem, and flash another rom but no succes.
Now I can not power on the phone (black screen) en when I try to power on I only see red light on the back of the phone.
Before I flash the rom I have make a screenshot of MTK droid tools. Here I see MT6572 and galaxy s4 (don't know why because it's a s5)
I have found different solutions but don't know which to use because I have bricked the phone and want to unbrick it successfully now.
When I connect the phone to pc MTK droid tools does not show anything.
What can I do now?
Which rom and where can I download it?
How can I unbrick it succesfully?

When I remove the battery, the phone connect and disconnects with the pc and MTK Droid tools nothing shows about phone information.

intenta instalar todos los archivos que te pide flash tool. (try to install all files that asks you flash tool .)

Hello guys. Please help me, I just bricked my Samsung S5 clone when I used MTK Partition APK. I clicked on 2GB and then it rebooted. Now its dead and only thing i can do is to get to this menu. Problem is that no option is working or seems to do anything. When i try to power it up, only backlight is visible.
Options are:
Recovery Mode
Fastboot Mode
Normal Mode
And its even upside down ! Please help me.

I tried every possible button combination when connecting USB cable to it. It keeps connecting and disconnecting with MTK Preloader USB. I tried SP Flash Tools, MTK Flash Tools and MTK Droid Tools. Nothing seems to work. Please can anybody help me ? I think that telephone itself is not dead and its only software brick. But i cant handle this alone.

i have tried to make my smartphone like new with stock rom downloaded from web.
i have try with flashtool but i do not have one file: custpack.img
at the end of the story now my smartphone do not start..i see the logo ando after white screen and so on...
it is in loop
i have tried to start from reocvery mode.
but recovery mode is originale from alcatel, not custom...i guess that i haven't any root on this smartphone now.
so i must have , i think , the stock rom and i'll try to install it and after try to start android of my phone, root and so on...
so who can help me? i'm looking for a stock rom that i can flash with smart phone flash tool.
i can't use the mobile upgrade because the pc do not see my phone...
so please help me...

I'm confused. If the computer doesn't recognize your phone how are you going to flash with flash tool???
If your phone is simply in a bootloop, your computer will see the phone. Just use the Mobile Upgrade S from Alcatel, but when you connect the USB cable to the phone, hold down the volume UP key at the same time. And WAIT till you hear the computer chime.

Hi guys, I recently purchased a Homtom HT3 for my mother, when it arrived to me I charged it and checked it out a bit just to make sure everything was fine which it was.
She collected it from me the next day and told me she'd start to use it the day after, she calls me up the next day and tells me there's some problems with it and a few people at her workplace tried to fix it for her to no avail. I pick the phone back up and I notice that everytime I power it on, it gets stuck on the "homtom" logo.
As I don't know too much about fixing phones I only took the following steps before asking for advice here; I went into recovery mode by holding up volume and power button, the android guy with the red triangle appeared so I tapped up + power button to get into the recovery(?) menu. I wiped the phone to factory settings and deleted the cache in there but it hasn't fixed the problem.
I assume I need to flash a firmware or something to potentially fix this, but I'm unable to find an official firmware from doogee/homtom's site for the HT3. I've found a firmware that I downloaded from "chinagadgetsreviews" but I'm a bit weary to try and flash with that rom because it isn't from the manufacturer. (even if I knew how to - the only experience I have is rooting my own phone but that's when I actually had access to a working phone, not one thats stuck on a boot logo).
Sorry for the long post but could anyone guide me in the right direction here? TIA
I'm not opposed to not using official firmware, I think I use cyanogen mod(?) on my own phone. I'd just like the problem fixed in the easiest way possible.
Trying to fix it myself by flashing a rom via SP flash tools but I've ran into another problem which is stopping any kind of progress - the phone isn't detected in Windows, I can't enable usb debugging because I can't get passed the boot loop, I've tried installing the ADB driver manually which didn't seem to work (just said it didn't install correctly and left me with a yellow exclamation mark) and I tried to install it automatically via ADB driver installer but it just throws up an error that the device isn't detected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

s_ft_da_no_response(4001) da didn't send response data to flash tool.
I changed drivers port even to MTK preloader, but i get same error.

Once the red line loads, try putting back the battery. Sometimes the handset needs power from the battery. I did that with my HT3: once SP Flash Tool detected my phone, I put the battery back.

Kingroot doesn't work
And there is a file on needrom for twrp but i can't flash it. Maybe because i don't understand sp flash tool
If some one could be so nice to explain to me how to get it working.
I tried many thing. But sp flash doesn't do anything when i press download...

SP Flash Tool works through preloader. Usually when you power up your phone, preloader kicks in first and sets up it's own device on USB port. You have a split second to start talking to it, otherwise it will load the next part of software, which will set up another device on the port.
What do you have to do:
Double-check your USB cable! Cable problems can lead to weird errors in SPF tool.
Shut down your phone completely, remove/insert the battery after it to be 100% sure that the phone is shut down.
Set up SPF Tool, hit download button
Connect your phone to PC via USB cable
At this step, your phone should power up, but if it doesn't in reasonable time (say, 10 seconds), press the power button to switch it on
If everything done right, the following happens:
Your PC finds "mediatek preloader" device or something similar
Red progress bar starts running in SPF tool, it means DL helper firmware is being transferred to the phone
Blue (or green) progress bar starts running, indicating your data being downloaded
A window with green circle appears, your data has been uploaded successfully
