Changing only the "Phone" application language - Galaxy S6 Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey, so without further ado i'll just describe my problem.
I just got my S6 edge and everything is perfect, except something that might seem not important but really irritates me:
I'm from Israeli, so obviously my mother tongue is Hebrew and so are my contacts.
I'm used to call using T9 method, the problem is i'm also used to English as my interface language, can't stand the Hebrew because it also changes the interface directions and confuses me a lot.
The problem is when my phone language is English there are only English letters on the dialer pad, and it doesn't allow me to look for a contact in Hebrew.
I looked for a way to add or change T9 language without any luck.
On my previous phone (S4) i used an alternative dialer, Ex Dialer, which was great and allowed me a lot of options, including adding a T9 language.
I would use it again now but I'm really not interested in rooting my phone, after rooting and too much flashing practically ruined my S4, and without rooting there's a problem that prevents the Ex Dialer app from cleaning unanswered calls and i have to open the stock Phone app each time I missed a call to clean it.
I'm looking for a way to use the stock dialer but change its language to Hebrew without having to use Hebrew as my main language, or any other alternative solution.
Thank you.

[Q] Adding UI Language to Android.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to read my thread, and sorry in advance for writing so much. Now I have searched EVERYWHERE, for about 3-4 hours now, with about 200 tabs, and still have found nothing. What I really want is to be able to ADD (sorry about capitalization, just everywhere I look it's always is change, not add) UI language (like the ones in Settings>Language & keyboard>Select language), not adding a keyboard as I already have done that, but a language itself, like Spain Spanish. I have a HTC EVO 3D running Android 2.3.4, now this phone originated in China, so when I do go to the settings and check the languages, there are two languages in Chinese characters, and one in English (Hong Kong SAR China), so a total of three, now when I look at people who bought their phones from other places have so many languages like English, German, Italian and French, but I only have two, I tried using MoreLocale 2, but all it does it replace not add, and when I change the language it returns to default (so I changed the Hong Kong English to NZ English via morelocale, as I am in NZ, and it did change it, but when I changed the language from NZ English to one of the Chinese ones, and then back to English, via the settings menu, it returned to Hong Kong English), I am not too worried about that problem, but all I want to do is add UI languages, would prefer without rooting, but if I MUST, then I am up for it. So is there a way of doing so, if there is, could you PLEASE tell me, I would SOOOO GRATEFUL.
Thank you again and I hope you enjoy your day
I'd like to know this as well.
Running android on my HTCHD2 (does the exact firmware matter?)
and I would like very much so to alter the UI language to Thai.
I realize Thai is not a very common language but my family there just can't read english, especially the kids. I tried some locale changers like Morelocale 2 and it helps make alot of things into Thai, but not the most important thing I need, the UI such as settings and menus. All of that is still in english.
I tried to see if i can download some sort of patch or rom but come up with nothing. So now I'm just gonna bite the bullet and would like to do it myself. Is there a way to just add in or perhaps alter one of the other languages(i'm not gonna use Korean for example) so I can actually make it all into Thai myself?

[Q] Google Voice Search vs. System language.

Hello
I have faced one problem with Google Voice Search. I need it to recognise polish language (and that's not problem - works perfectly), buy I have also noticed, that Voice Search recognises that language, which is set as system language.
That's very annoying, beacause a lot of great ROM's here do not have polish support, which means that I will not be able to use Voice Search (talking in English isn't any problem for me, but using it for looking for polish websites etc. is almost impossible).
So, my main question: is there any option to set the language recognised by Google Voice Search manually ? Or it always recognises the language, which is set as system language ?
Thank you for your help and replies

[Q] Google Offline Voice to Text Issues - Bug

Hello there,
So as I didn't find any threads pertaining to Google Offline Voice to Text issues, I thought 'Great, I'm the one online with this kind of problem, there is probably an easy fix'
Setting: Google Offline Voice to Text, text messaging. Trilingual French English German. OS set up for Canada, English (For software I prefer the English interface for its greater practicality and generally greater usefulness).
Situation: when using Google Voice to create texts, no matter what language is selected, it always reverts to English. I click on the language selection, select French, start talking and hear the voice recognition immediately reverting back to English. If I reselect it again, it sticks, until I stop and restart it and then it's the same aggravation again.
It does not matter what language is selected on the keyboard. It ALWAYS goes back to English, as if selecting another language was an error.
Is there something I can do to work around this aggravation? It's already very poor at recognizing French as it is... English works great, but French is horrible. And I'm a native French Speaker!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have to go now but will be back at the end of the day. Thanks in advance for your help!

[Q] AOSP Keyboard Dictionaries

Hello.
I am facing a great problem with AOSP keyboard dictionaries. I am hoping to use AOSP keyboard with my own language (malay) and therefore I also require the spell check to work with it.
With my current Cyanogenmod ROM, I cannot seems to be able to correct any of my spelled Malay words; presumably, there aren't any dictionary of it.
Concerned, I tried to use France as the language, shocked, the spell-checker works with France. So, this made my guess about the missing dictionary a possible-true thing. Add-on dictionaries is "empty" and also I cannot find a way to add any dictionaries.
As I am rooted, are there any ways I can force add the malay dictionary?
I am thinking of finding the English UK dictionary and translate it by-hand (working hard for it) and then put it back onto the system. Anyone who can guide me with this?
Ironically, changing CM's main language into "Bahasa Melayu" or Malay seems to work. I am not so sure why it doesn't on AOSP keyboard.
One thing to note, please don't recommend me installing another keyboard. No, I just want to stick with the mighty low resource fast and trustful stock keyboard.
Device Specs for someone who needs it:
- Xperia SP C5303
- Cyanogenmod 11 Kitkat (which is 4.4.4) nightly
- of-course prerooted (it's CM)
Thank you so much in advance if you are looking forward to help me Have a nice day.
Hello. I understand that one would not automatically gets reply on the forums, but doesn't there be anyone who at least know little about this matter?
Bumping this up
Last bump before I bump again a month later
Bump!! Abandoned for a month but I really still need a workaround for this.
one last sweet bump
It is most likely that the AOSP keyboard just doesn't have that language built in and as most aosp apps are left for dead by Google it would take someone to manually add the code into the AOSP keyboard on the source level. Just because the the main language changes doesn't mean the keyboard has the language.
