After I update my phone , Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge (a few days ago) is starting to come "say" the following message "GPS signal is lost" and "GPS signal is resumed,"
How do I turn off these messages ?
There can I read about the news in update v 5.1.1 ?

Hi guys,
I just switched to Bell (Canada) and have a Galaxy S3.
I have noticed in the last day or so that I keep losing the connection with the carrier. I will try to send a text message and it says unable to send right now and the notification screen will not display bell as the carrier. A few seconds later, it will work.
My connection when it is working is quite high signal (max bars)
Does anyone know what could be going on or how I might diagnose it further?
Thanks
I have installed an app called no signal alert and it seems that I keep entering "emergency calls only" mode every few minutes.
Hello,
I am troubled by a problem I am trying to solve for more than a week now. I have searched everywhere for a solution, nothing has worked.
I will try to keep it short.
Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300
Android 4.3 (but this problem occured shortly before the OTA update to 4.3, end of December 2013)
I9300XXUGMK6 (initially unrooted, rooted only because of this problem)
IMEI: ok (3531...)
S/N: ok
The problem:
Incoming or outgoing call
I can't hear anything, the other side can't hear me
Often the call is interrupted after ~20s with the message "no coverage" (roughly translated from the German "ausserhalb des Abdeckungsbereichs")
If that happens, the phone indeed has no network connection for a short while (visible by the (\) symbol)
During that time, in the device state info tab, you can read "Service state Radio off" (translated)
During the call, although it is an active call (the other side rang etc.), the "mobile network state" says "disconnected" (!!)
Same problem with other SIM card that works in a different mobile phone
Data connection is fine, reception is fine, SMS work
One week ago, it worked for a single day, right after I rooted the phone!
I have reflashed 3-part-firmwares with complete wipe, tried this and several other things, nothing worked.
Any ideas? :crying:
Thanks for your time!
Sounds like hardware failure, take it to a repair centre.

Hello
I have an IQ X OCTA for several months. So far I never had problems bemert. (in Asia)
Now I'm aaand since few days back in Germany:
The device kicks all anonymous (privacy) calls by itself without communication or similar.
Only if I see happen at the time, I see briefly, the reception indicator disappear and shortly thereafter:
com.Android.phone has stopped.
Called themselves anonymously on the device - a dial tone get the message at the moment a busy signal disappears.
I found forever googled. nothing useful. in the phone settings is no menu where you could add such behavior or change
I use the S voice feature quite a bit. All of a sudden, I started getting this error message saying that the phone can't find the network. Wi-fi is enabled as well as Bluetooth. I have voice coverage as well as data. I thought at first that it was due to a bad root. I replied the stock image but that didn't fix the problem. I went back to a rooted status. Any idea what could be going on here?
