[KERNEL][CAF][CM][UBER][ZZMOOVE] AURORA Alpha1 (31-10-2015) - ONE Android Development

Aurora Kernel for Oneplus One​
Hi all,
some of you know me (or at least Aurora kernel) from the Note 3 area.
After I switched to CAF rom, I have been missing Boeffla kernel or atleast a well working zzmoove implementation in an non-overloaded kernel, so I created one myself and decided to share it.
As I just sharing my personal preferences, please check another kernels for missing features, we have so many around
Kernel description:
- based on sultanxda's sources (many thanks to you, mate)
- close to sultanxda's sources
- zzmoove as main governor and hotplugging mechanism
- bfq scheduler with enhanced read-ahead
- lz4 compressed kernel and ramdisk
- Uber-Toolchain
- compiler optimizations for performance (perhaps in exchange for stability)
- tbd
Alpha 1 comes preconfigured for battery saving
please make sure to remove all kernel control apps like Synapse before flashing
check zzmoove tunables for tweaking (or any sysfs interface)

Some notes:
Available zzmoove profiles (kernel default is 2):
Code:
* - (1)'def' -> Default -> will set governor defaults -
* - (2)'ybat -> Yank Battery -> a very good battery/performance balanced setting DEV-NOTE: highly recommended!-
* - (3)'ybatext'-> Yank Battery Extreme -> like yank battery but focus on battery saving -
* - (4)'zzbat' -> ZaneZam Battery -> a more 'harsh' setting strictly focused on battery saving DEV-NOTE: might give some lags!
* - (5)'zzbatp' -> ZaneZam Battery Plus -> NEW! reworked 'faster' battery setting DEV-NOTE: recommended too!:)
* - (6)'zzopt' -> ZaneZam Optimized -> balanced setting with no focus in any direction DEV-NOTE: relict from back in the days, even though some people still like it!
* - (7)'zzmod' -> ZaneZam Moderate -> NEW! setting based on 'zzopt' which has mainly (but not strictly only!) 2 cores online -
* - (8)'zzperf' -> ZaneZam Performance -> all you can get from zzmoove in terms of performance but still has the fast down scaling/hotplugging behaving -
* - (9)'zzinz' -> ZaneZam InZane -> NEW! based on performance with new insane scaling active. a new experience! -
* - (10)'zzgame' -> ZaneZam Gaming -> NEW! based on performance with scaling block enabled to avoid cpu overheating during gameplay -
* - (11)'zzrelax'-> ZaneZam Relax -> NEW! based on moderate (except hotplug settings) with relaxed sleep settings
You can switch a profile changing the tunable:

I will reorganize repo and push commits then, although I have been using sultanxda's default defconfig and menuconfig for first build

Dont expect too much, I know, why Lord Boeffla is not interested in CAF

Flashed this because it's new
Strange issue that I've never had before.. The battery % is way out! It says that the phone is currently 3445% charged! Any way to fix this?

Are tou using caf blisspop? Then you need to wait for a newer build of the rom. It's not the kernels fault.

Nope, but all I know is that the same problem exists when flashing boeffla kernel on the official non caf blisspop but as of lately they've managed to fix it. So the dev who compiles for caf needs to compile a new build so that those commits to fix the issue will be added. To receive more details you can have a look in the official blisspop rom.

Works nicely just installed it on cm12.1 from sultanxda and get 5.30 sot time and really smooth
