connectivity issue - Asus ZenWatch 2

hey guys. i've got a note 4 paired with my sony sbh80 handsfree. i've been thinking about buying a smartwatch and i have 2 options in my price range sony sw3 and zenwatch 2 . and i hate having connectivity issue . i m pretty happy about my sbh80 connection. it's completely reliable , which is why i like the sony sw3 more. but then again it sure doesn't look like a watch at all. so any of u guys have tried pairing note 4 and zenwatch 2 and a Bluetooth headset simultaneously? i will appreciate ur help.

thanks. how about lg g watch r ? to me functionality is far more important than the look, but afar from the more stylish look of the lg g watch r , the screen on sw3 is bad, as i read in the reviews. unfortunately i dont have the chance of trying them before buying. so considering the g watch r will cost me about twice the price of sw3 (the rubber band model), what's ur advice?

Sw3 man. I bought the zenwatch 2. Because it's in my budget. Plus I like Android gear better then tizen. Sw3 has a better range then zenwatch. Till I get my hands on source. Then like to get another 10ft out of it.. In range

Wanted - In-ear earphones - UK

Hey guys,
Christmas is on the horizon, and im interested in some premium earphones.
Can i have some good recomendations for the Galaxy S2?
All price ranges acceptable, they just have to be fantastic quality.
- preferrably available in UK
- MUST NOT need an adapter to work.
I just want to plug them in & get fantastic sound quality.

Yes, i was looking at dre beats series but was worried they were just overpriced hype with a name & endorsment.
Plus they say made for ipod all over them, was worried they will not work on our S2 without one of those adapters etc.

No to Beats by Dre.
If you are looking for some quality in ears, then you need to be looking at Westones, Senns, EarSonics, Etymotics, Ultimate Ears trifle fis. Those are just some brands you need to consider.
All vary on the type of music you listen to, the type of sound you prefer, i.e, cold, natural and such. Amount of bass you want. Etc.
I listen to alot of different things,
Trance, dance, rock & even sometimes pop.
There are sooo many different types & brands - its a hard choice.
Essential that they work on s2 without any adapter though.

Do you have a budget in mind?
Monster Turbine pro copper is supposed to be the the dogs b*****ks! but costs more than the whole dog
I am using denon 751 which i hate, cos it lacks noise cancelling and bass
My mate is a beats fan, but he had 3 sets of Dr Dre beats returned cos the cables are weak and snap easily
I have used some sennheisers before and was good.
My last one was Klipsch S4 and I loved them.. Bass and noise reduction was good in a reasonable price bracket. unfortunately I broke them (car door mistake) and Denon was in the sales, hence my mistake
Price isnt really a problem, but common sense is. Earphones shouldnt cost almost what i paid for my phone. LOL
A friend has just recommended me the cheap zagg smartbuds - but seriously, zagg audio? ... Sounds more like money wasted.
The ibeats are on £79.99 on amazon, whilst the tour version is £119.99 - other than the flat cable, is there much difference in sound?
(and again, ibeats even sounds like ipod - these gonna work on the Galaxy S2 without any adapter?)

apparently they are supposed to sound the same, I have tried the headphones , (not tried the ear phones tho) and they are LOOOOOOUD!
the flat cable is supposed to be anti tangle.
that was testing with it plugged into my S2 too
At the moment, im torn between the klipsch S4 & the dre ibeats.
Both are cheap, (which is a little worrying lol)
£39.99 vs £79.99
Ive noticed klipsch do a S4A model for android phones (more than double the price at £89.99), does that mean the S4 wont work on Android without an adapter?
Ive heard mixed reports, some say the klipsch S4's, although cheaper than dre's ibeats - offer better sound quality & comfort. Whereas the dre's are metal & have better style.
Damn this is confusing, ive been looking all day! lol

Personally is buy Bose IE2 headphones like did.
The answer call buttons works, skip tracks doesn't. But I use poweramp and use the multi pause function to do so.
The fit is second to none, and the sound is equal to that too.
Klispch (sp?) Are supposed to be good but the dre beats are just over priced crud in my honest opinion.

Yes they are now past their prime, hence lower price 2 years ago they were worth a lot more.
Other headphones have surpassed them now. Brainwavez m2 or m3, PFE 012s, etc etc better sounding.
It's a never ending cycle lol, the headphones market has tons of them now making it hard to choose without listening to them.
I suggest if you are going to use the phone as your main player than don't spend alot as the DAC sucks and you won't hear the best of the headphones.

In-Ear headphones very confortable are Sennheiser CX - 280 (400,500) because of the volume control which CX - 300 don't have ( yes, there are a few bucks +/- but they worth it ). For those who have a few money extra I strongly recommend klipsch S4i - price / quality +++ !

Best bluetooth headsets for Note 3

What bluetooth headsets have you used on Note 3?
Plantronics Voyager Legend
If you are looking for bluetooth headset for phone calls and general non-stereo listening, you can't do better in my opinion than the Plantronics Voyager Legend. Used together with the separately purchased charge carrying case, its the most useful and practical headset I have ever used. I have used many over the years but this combination beats them all! The charging case is awesome and not only protects the headset when not in use, but keeps it fully charged. A most clever and useful combination.

I have always loved the over the ear models.
I work in a fan noisy environment people can't hear the fan noise at all.
I'm using the Motorola S10-HD and love it! I'm actually about to upgrade to the newer model, the Motorola S11 Flex HD. All media audio sounds fantastic, as do phone calls!!

Myself, my first BT was a Sony Ericsson about 10 years ago. Since then I have had a few Blueant BT headsets. Several Q2s a T1 I think and now am waiting to receive a Q3.

I have used these in the past and they both broke. They flex and bend but over time they fatigue and the crack turn into a break.

My Blueants all broke, got lost or were stolen when left it in my parked car. Two days ago my new Q2 broke when I shoved it into my coat pocket when catching a flight. The poor thing still worked but was making funny noises when I walked so I had to replace it.
I almost ordered the Plantronics Legend but was put off by it's size and I heard that it doesn't read text messages. I heard that the Q3 was very buggy so I couldn't bring myself to buy it, but this morning I read that Blueant had an update that corrected all previous problems so I went with Q3.
Will find out soon enough how good it is.

Just to clarify, are you asking about a BT headsetfor taking calls OR a BT stereo headset for music/media and maybe calls second?
My original question was referring to the BT used for taking calls. The LG BT would be great for music but not for taking a call while driving etc.
I have tried BlueAnt, Boss, and Plantronics and I still cannot find a better BT than Jawbone.

The LG Tone+ may be a little overkill for simply taking calls, but I don't think it serves that single purpose any worse than most (all?) BT headsets out there.
The answer and volume buttons are easy to find/press and the quality on both ends really is good. You can also take the Bluetooth out of your ear without actually removing the headset (earbud attaches magnetically to the neckband). That is an advantage for me.
I keep mine on under my collar. If I don't want to have a headset on my ear when I'm talking to folks in person, I just take the earbud out and attach it to the neckband. It is all hidden under my collar, so it maintains a polite and professional appearance.
It still may not be the style you are looking for or may resulting in you overspending for music features that you don't need/want, but it performs very admirably as a BT headset for calls.
I think the LG headset is possibly the best at making calls. My brother is a carpet cleaner and he calls me in is noisy van from his LG and it sounds perfect. I'm hesitant to buy them because I don't know if I will like the style. But I am so impressed by the sound quality when he calls me.
The LG tone & LG tone+, I own both. Are the best headsets I've ever owned for both music and phone calls. Also use with my ps3.
Can be paired with multiple devices, at the same time. Long range Bluetooth . 12 hours stand by. 8hours music.

I've used Jawbone ERA , BlueAnt Q2 and Motorola Finiti. The all worked pretty good for me at first then I started getting complaints that people couldn't understand me to various extents. Don't know if it's related to the use of custom ROMs or what.
The one that has worked the best and I'm still using is the Motorola finiti. They are also the only I still have the BlueAnt Q2, lost the Jawbone Era.
I hear good things about Plantronics, I just don't like their bulky designand never tried them.
I have a pair of Motorola S11 Flex HD for running and working out, and have to say I was impressed with their ability to be used with phone calls. Not my first choice for outdoors though, still much better than I expected.

Need a bluetooth headset, music, stealthly. Any suggestions?

I'm looking for a bluetooth headset. Needs to be less noticeable then a standard bluetooth and play music. Basically where I work we aren't allowed to have a radio but it's boring factory work and I find I'd be completely safe using a bluetooth speaker in one ear as long as it was small and not instantly noticed. I don't need a mic either as it won't be for calls.
MJC
Years ago I used a Jabra BT8010 for this until it quit working. It had great battery life and, when used for music in mono-mode, people assumed it was big only because of the Caller ID display.
Thanks. But that would be noticed right away in my ear. I found a few smaller bluetooth earbud types on ebay but they say they won't play music.
MJC
Maybe I'm ahead of technology lol. There's gotta be a smaller single earbud out there. Just need to be able to play music and rechargeable.

Of course, but it would not be noticed as something you are listening to music and podcasts on.
A2DP would run a typical small headset's battery dead in a few hours so, yes, you are ahead of technology. When I did security I always wanted one of those Sena kits to connect my phone and 2-way security radio to an A2DP headset but I'd still want an all-day battery.

Go with the Plantronics M165 or M155. The M165 is the newer model and has a little longer battery life and I believe its BT 4.0. It's hands down the smallest and best quality BT headset I've had. You should be able to find o Amazon for around $50 or less. The sound quality is amazing, its lightweight and has a real on/off switch and there are voice prompts. An updated model should be out soon. The only feature missing is NFC pairing, not sure it would make a big difference as the sound quality, ease of pairing and controls are all straightforward. It also pairs with multiple devices. I'm currently using mine with a Note 3 and Galaxy S3 with no issues.
sony SBH50. i can use my favorite pair of earbuds ( I use YURBUDS) or connect to car/home stereo via 3.5mm plug. it has a caller ID display and media controls and gets 10-10.5 hours of calls and streaming daily with the bluetooth 3.0.

I just got these in the mail today. So far they sounds really good while using Viper4Android.
The earpieces are a little big, but they are pretty light. The stabilizers do a pretty good job of holding them in your ear. I'll give a more detailed review as I use them.
LG Tone+ HBS-730, because it has APTX support, and the Note 3 does support that as well. Much better sound, CD quality over Bluetooth.
And they look great, very light weight. I bought them here :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LG-Tone-Plu...uetooth_Wireless_Products&hash=item1c3a4ca34d
I ended up getting LG-Tone+ 700. They've been great. Paired with the phone perfectly and for the Sound, it's pretty Close to wired. I don't get any Kind of Signal loss. I'm planning to replace the rubber earpieces with comply's. I have them for my wired headphones and I love them.

Question Which one has better speakers? Lenovo vs Rog

As in the title, if someone has or tested both of these phones, I would be extremely grateful for the opinion. 90% of the time my phone is used to watch movies the speakers and the screen are the most important to me.

The Duel 2 speakers are much louder then the Rog 5. The bass is also more hearable. Don't know about headphones. We didn't compare that. My friend was really blown away about the Duel 2 speakers, because he returned the first Duel for bad speakers and didn't thought the Duel 2 where that better.

I actually did a speaker comparison on my YouTube channel which you can check out. I'd agree that the Legion 2 speakers are probably the LOUDEST I've heard on a phone but the sound of the Rog is a bit richer in my opinion. Similar to last year where I tested the Legion vs Rog 3
ROG 5 has the best quality sound without any doubt, it's not all about loudness. Whether it's the best choice of device overall is another story but in terms of speakers, it takes the no1 spot

I have the legion 2 after my new ROG died..was between the red magic 5s or the duel 2 and I'm so happy I went for the duel...massive amounts of base and very loud in comparison to the new ROG
Lenovo hands down. Unbelievably great sound!!! Realy great! Watching videos is fantastic. Better than all my phones so far including Samsung.
