ZTE Maven Z812 "Not support SD capacity" - ZTE Z7, Z7 Max, Z7 Mini

I couldn't find this problem anywhere. My phone updated itself to 5.1. Before it updated, my 64 GB microSD card worked fine. After the update it simply said "Not support the SD capacity." I have never encountered this problem before and don't know any way to fix it other that maybe partition the card. Anyone know a better solution?

SD Card mount error

i have recently bought a TG01, when i got it it was running the orange WM6.1 rom, it wouldnt detect either my 4GB or 8GB micro sd cards, i had to lend a 1GB card to run the official 6.5 update, now the 4 and 8gb cards are detected but whenever i try to flash a rom i get SD Mount error after it loads the SDDL. anyone know why this would happen and if it could be due to that its been partitioned for use on a hero previously?

From the beginning we have problem with the cards. You can find more info in (http://www.modaco.com/content/toshi...m/291115/toshiba-tg01-memory-card-corruption/).
Try to format your card and start from 0.

Try to format your card and start from 0. I had this problem but don't remember with witch program I format the sd card. Wen I bought my TG01 it show me just 1GB and the card was 8GB then I find some info that you need to format y our card but I didn't find now where is this info. In the modaco web you can find more info and in google about this.
ive tried formatting it several times, the phone picks up the card fine when in winmo, i just cant flash any roms with it as the SDDL cant mount it.

To format your card use (“sdfv2000.exe”) I uploaded for you. Try it if not working I have an other solution.
Same Issue.
I have been having the same issue since day 1. Has driven me insane with program's icons that are loaded up on the sd card not showing up properly in the start menu, they always have a blank icon on them. Has really driven me crazy. Has anyone found a solution to this?
try and use sddl+ to flash the rom instead of just sddl
Already did that.

Thank you for your advice however I already tried that potential solution and many different roms and radios, I tried formatting my SD card with the Panasonic sd card format utility, but no luck. Would getting a class 10 Kingston card be a smart idea? Or maybe I need to buy a slower Transflash card? I have a 4GB Class 6 from SanDisk but the same error occurs. Do I and the other people have defective phones, or is this an issue that can be solved? What should I do?

I've never had a problem with SD Card. Now I bought a 16GB Kingston Class 10. I have no problem with the card, work properly.
Getting a class 10.
Tell ya what, I will get the class 10 cuz more space is always good, I will let everyone know if it has solved the problem. Before I do this, I am just going to buy an el-cheapo class nothing sd card and see if the same problem occurs and then I will have tested the range so to speak. I will report anything interesting.

Galaxy Ace s5830i memory card issue

Hi guys, was hoping anyone can let me know what the problem is.
My handset is a month old, but the problem was from day one. I keep getting a error that the phone says my sd card was removed without being unmounted, while the card is still in the device. i have tried the following micro sd and sdhc card all brand new card but to no avail (2Gb scandisk, 8Gb Kingston and 16Gb Kingston), this doesnt happen so much with the 2gb in.
The phone also has a new pc board installed ( cause i bricked the first time )
Any suggestions ? is this a software issue maybe ? seeing as the sd card works and reads after its been dismounted.
Thanks
Bierman

[ROOT] Samsung Galaxy Mega, not reading SD card after root

Hi,
I have recently rooted my galaxy mega dual sim phone. Everything seemed ok, until I realized my SD card is not shown in storage section. It seems my phone no longer detects my SD card.
I found a really similar problem posted in the forums, but the instructions were for s4 mini... Anyhow I copy/paste what the op had said there:
Since I rooted my phone the device won't mount my SD card. As soon as I boot the device it shows a system notification "You can safely remove SD card".
When I go into Settings>More>Storage the bottom option is for "Mount SD card". However when I press this it says "Preparing SD card" and then roughly 10 seconds later says "SD card safe to remove".
I have been using the Sandisk 64GB XC I SD card with the phone since I bought it.
The phone seems to have rooted correctly. Rootchecker advises that the phone is properly rooted.

I`m pretty sure, It is not hardware related, because I can see my SD card in recovery mode, and my pc seems to be able to read it just fine.I am also able to use other SD cards on my phone ( I tested a 16GB and a 4GB) but not the mentioned SD card ( 64GB ).
What do you think the problem is? Is it kernel related? If so, what kernel should I use to fix it?

Unsupported SD card. Can't format.

I ought a new Samsung EVO+ SD card for the Tab S3 but the Tab doesn't want to know about it.
The card is original. I verified size and speeds. Exactly as package describes. But once I stick the SD card in. It says Unsupported SD card and asks me to format it for portable storage. When I do this the bar doesn't go beyond 20% and it gives me an error. The numbers change but most stays the same.
command'14 volume partition disk:179,64 public' failed with '400 14 Command failed'
it totally doesn't make sense to me at all. Googling the middle numbers brings me to other brands with faulty SD card slots or motherboard issues.. I'm a bit afraid now...
What I tried:
reformatting the card in exfat different cluster sizes.
checked for errors in windows
upgraded latest oreo firmware (obviously)
did a factory reset on tablet
cleaned SD slot with air
I have no clue what's going on but I'm afraid I need to send it back. But before I do it I'd thought I'd ask here if anyone had a similar issue before.
