Everytime Android reboots, black screen locks me out - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Whenever my phone boots up, I am locked out by this black screen. I am able to see my homescreen for a split second at boot and then this appears. As you can see, the home button and the button all the way to the right are shaded out. The back button is the only one that isn't, but pressing it has no effect. I have the LG V10 and the 2nd screen works fine. I can press the buttons to open apps from the 2nd screen, but nothing happens. This screen just completely locks me out. The last time I rebooted, I was able to fix this by wiping the cache from the recovery. However, this time when I tried it, it didn't work. I'm forced to run my phone in safemode right now. What should I do to fix this?
Thank you

Lumia 1320 Pixelated Display

So my 1 year old out of warranty Nokia Lumia 1320 started to lag, so I started the Hard Reset, all things done successfully and then bang, lag started again. So I shut it down, now whenever I start the phone, the screen is filled with tiny dots "pixelated display". This is what happens:-
1.) OS is working fine, I can feel the vibration from capacitive keys and can power off the phone (nothing appears on screen, it's just muscle memory).
2.) When the phone is switched ON, this pixelated screen appears. When I press the lock key, the screen locks (with no glance screen), now if I try to unlock the phone, nothing shows up, no pixelated screen, nothing.

I'm having the same issue on a GS7 Edge. I can see a thumbnail of the album art, but there are no buttons.
Same problem. Completely blank but the buttons still work (if you remember where they are). It is just completely blank.
For some reason the text is white against the white background. Found out that if you press and hold for a short period of time you can see the white text. Not sure how to fix it since all the notifications have a white background.
Are any of you using Samsung's Good Lock? I was having this problem as well, then on a whim I uninstalled Good Lock and voila, problem solved. I've been back and forth on Good Lock anyways, as it seemed to adversely effect my battery life the first time I installed it. I'll try it again after a few more updates but this seems to be the cause of the problem.
I had the same issue. To fix it, go to the Good Lock advanced settings and enable the bottom 2 options.

I think my phone is bricked? :'C

Try to press all three (Power button + vol up + vol down) at the same tame for couple of seconds and see if that fixes that problem.

LG E460 dead android robot

I tried the hard reset on my phone after getting infinite number of application stop errors that made my life a hell.
After hard reset I got the normal screen, but after short while home screen stop error.
Tried simple reset after that. But phone not start any more. It is blocked in Vodafone logo.
Also safe mode seems not to work. Blocked in showing safe mode message, without any other further action.
After that tried again factory reset. Here I get the dead android robot message.
I know it should be possible to get again to the factory reset menu from here. But how?
Would say it is something like follows:

that is really a mess. Do you able to backup your phone?
or do it respond when you plug to usb port?
Try clear cache then reboot

Click to collapse
no, it just stays at the logo screen then reboots to the green screen, even when i put it in recovery mode, it just stays there saying recovery mode than reboots to the green screen.
