May be they arent ready to post first screens and build, as much as i see there is nothing new in changelog too.
They are still preparing the first release.

Pepper is Sola, as i said before - they are in the beginning of CM10.
You must go to CM9 and download pepper.

Developer threads are not intented for discussion my friend
Try to keep them clean by letting developers talk there for betterment of Rom or make a mess so that other developers/ users find it hard to knw what they want

Every source built rom has different sources...
For JellyBeer its www.github.com/BeerGang/
For AOKP its www.github.com/AOKP/platform_manifest.git
etc. Some Github Organization or Source build roms have www.github.com/ROM_NAME/android.git whereas some have www.github.com/ROM_NAME/platform_manifest.git!
Their are many guides you just need to know the device codename!

i want to learn how to build from source ( cm ) + i want the source for my xperia
i used google but all of the guides were unuseful
+ i want to learn how to setup the environment

As far as I know... PPA no longer exists so follow this post to setup build environment... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2316007
And the guide I gave you is for HTC Pico so obviously you have to change device config and commands
