Can you get into bootloader? If so fire up smart switch on your pc and click over to emergencey recovery and type in your model number and serial number all in capitals and it should download the software and flash it

I've had this happen too me twice, first make sure you flashing the correct firmware, mine worked once I had the official firmware and my phone wouldn't even enter recovery.

You are flashing an older bootloader. That's why odin fails at sboot.bin.
You need to flash the latest firmware and it will work.
