Try the temasek's cm13.. It has nice customization features and it's pretty stable.. Running flawlessly in my phone

I would also recommend Temasek CM13 rom with Squid kernel. Best. Rom. Yet.

Which ROM is good to use I have a sunir moto e

I'm looking for a ROM that works so if u know one please inform me

I've read that AOSP is pretty good. It's fast. Or Cyanogenmod. The bad thing is that this phone isn't really popular, so development is slow. You could also flash 5.1 firmware.
AOSP 5.1..1 Works well
AOSP 5.1.1 + Full Gapps Works Well in my Moton E....

What about headphones? Are they working?
Hi, Lox2013. The best rom for me, is AOSP, its very stable and lite, with the squid kernel and the last adreno drivers. I have a surnia xt1527. try it.
If you love advance customization on your phone I recommend RR and PAC-ROM, if you want simple customization try CM12, you can also try CANDY5 which is a new ROM for our surnia, try all of them and see which stands the most
you should fix your topic title..
and i vote stock rom.
every rom i see has things i don't like about them.

again I have the same question, are headphones working?
sorry iks8. Yes, working for me.
Trust me I've tried almost every rom for moto e surnia!
After trying most of the roms, the one with the least bugs was PAC-ROM with the combination of squid2's kernel. CM12.1 is nt bad bt theme engine causes a lot of problems!
I love PAC-Rom. It runs OK with Squid's kernel and PurePerformancesX. As Paul said, you can customize it a lot.

a ROM optimized for Moto E 2015?

Anyone know if there is optimized ROM based on the stock of lollipop, greetings and thank you very much
PD: sorry for my English :c
The most optimized ROM is OrionLP in this moment, but is based on SlimRom. However the AOSP based rom work fine in performance and battery consumption.

Yup, you're right, East or West CM is best, moat reliable and Stable ROM,
CyanogenMod? Woow! How are noobs!
Nope, CyanogenMod will never be the more stable ROM in Moto E. You are very noobs. I guess you never tested another Custom ROM except the CM, LOL;
5.1 Optimized is the most stable. I tested over 15 Custom Roms and CyanogenMod is definitely not the most stable.

Lol, never compare custom ROMs with Stock ROM, that 5.1 Optimized you saying is STOCK ROM with bloatware removed and some changes, STOCK ROM developed straight from motorola, being soak testing almost 7 months, moto released final 5.1, moto pays Dev team to optimize the ROM for the phone. That ROM fully optimized for the phone, but on Custom world we don't pay for devs, they work for free, ROM is not fully optimized for phone, but we can taste new features and version of Android earlier then others.

The best rom for this device?

Just unlocked my bootloader, can anyone kindly tell me which is the best rom for this phone? Considering 8+ hours of battery life, lil bit customizations and stable performance.

Do I need to flash any firmware before flashing this rom, I am currently on the nougat build of MIUI 8.7.7.13

MIUI 8.7.7.13 is based on MM? If it's so, flash firmware before installing the Rom. If it's based on nougat, then no need of firmware

It is based on Nougat. Thanks for the replies. Very much appreciated. But, in comparison to Resurrection Remix, is it better?

How strange, this Redmi Note 4X (Mido) is not listed in the Xiaomi device list. How can you have an official ROM?
Of the best ROMs, it's difficult, huh ...
But for me, they are:
Slim Roms
Paranoid
AEX
Ressurrection Remix

Going deep eh, if you want MOAR features go for RR, otherwise LineageOS XXD

Have been using AICP since 18th July and omg that's my longest stay on any particular rom? It's flawless .. Smooth af. What i think is that at this moment most of the roms for Mido have reached a super stable stage.
Global stable Is the best ROM
Enviado desde mi Redmi Note 4 mediante Tapatalk
IMHO CrDroid is the best ROM for this device. It has lots of useful features, the most used customizations, it's updated frequently and has great performance.
I have used that ROM on many devices and it always has worked great, but on the RN4 it really shines.
For me it's Paranoid android. Or rr if you like a lot of features, but for me AOSPA is better.

All custom ROMs on this forum will give you 8+ hours of SOT. If all you need is a "little bit" of customisations, then go for the slimmest ROMs - e.g., SlimROM, or MainstageOS, or this AOSP-CAF ROM, or any number of others. Take your pick!
Thanks to all of you for the replies. Very much thankful and appreciated.

Flash firmware when flashing nougat ROM (eg lineage) while marshmallow ROMs (miui). If you are in miui beta global rom on nougat then no need to flash the firmware
