Having the same issue. I checked with previously unlocked devices and it also states that is does not qualify for bootloader unlocking. I think something is wrong with the website.

I have the same problem. The sited seems to be bugged. First of all the "request unlock key" button does not show, so i disabled the "noShow" css class but the form just returns a 404.

Site is up and running fine.
The "request unlock key" won't show until you enter a valid id.
Edit : Just tried your id and it worked fine I got your unlock code.

I enter those commands in the Motorola page and it tells me that my device is not a candidate for unlocking bootloader.
try to update it with the rom of the same model éro from another company and now it does not leave the fastboot

i brought at&t atrix from amazon.com and i get the code from website cellunlocker.net but i cannot unlock my phone. does i input my code too many time? it say network unlock unsuccesedful. how can i slove this problem?
if i flash my phone it will fix it or not.
thanks anyway.
A few questions:
1) did you double check the IMEI to ensure that is the same on the phone as the one you sent to cellunlocker.net?
2) did you ensure you typed the code correctly?
3) Did you try both codes (they end you to codes, separated by [or])
IMEI: ,Your IMEI code should be here> code: <unlock #1> [or] <unlock #2>

yes. i already do that but still not work. should i flash my phone?
i think you should double check your IMEI by pressing *#06#.
if the IMEI matches the one you sent to cellunlock.net, contact them.
if you have'nt flashed before..
it shouldnt be anything to do with flashing your phone at the moment..
Activated?
Did you activate your phone before trying to unlock?
I had a similar problem with an unlock code I bought thru cellunlock.net.
They insisted that the code was correct but it did not work. After pulling my hair out for a few days I found out that the phone had to be activated before the unlock code would do its job.

It looks like Huawei has made available an official method to unlock the bootloader.

But i haven't tried it yet. Maybe it could lead to something useful.

The form doesn't work correctly. Poor Huawei, they need to get some help from WEB professionals ...
If I select "Tablet" then "Huawei Mediapad" form the two select boxes then it is impossible to fill the IMEI/MEID field.
However if you press the "SUBMIT" button the system says "The IMEI/MEID can contain numbers and letters only.".
The procedure to find the "Product ID" is wrong, or it is not for the MediaPad tablet and doesn't work.
The string they suggest to type in the phone *#*#1357946#*#* or in the calculator ()()1357946()()
doesn't bring up any "Product ID" on my tablet. Probably this number is for other devices.
I just unlocked my MediaPad device by typing:
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
So I believe this device was not really LOCKED.

Correct ...
However I tried "fastboot oem unlock" as soon as I bought back in December.
Now with the following "fastboot" command my device shows:
Code:
fastboot oem device-info
...
(bootloader) Device tampered: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: true
OKAY [ 0.004s]
finished. total time: 0.004s
while we have tested that for some others users it is:
Code:
fastboot oem device-info
...
(bootloader) Device tampered: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
OKAY [ 0.004s]
finished. total time: 0.004s
You can try with your and see what you get.
I had a problem,.
I install Mediapad_2.06.26_OsiMood - Light gets Lighter on my Pad.
Now, I can not test CyanogenMod, because it is not come in "fastboot"
How can I do, thank you
anyone has any alternative to unlock the fastbooot Huawei Mediapad 7 v302u

Please someone HELP ME unlock the fastboot, because this is the only firmware <<<HUAWEI MediaPad Firmware(S7-302u, Android 4.0, C235B001, EN, Network Function)>>> that I find perfectly working the way I need it, except I cannot install SU and CWM to root it because of this fastboot lock thing... I REALLY NEED HELP! PLEASE!!!
I have the TMobile Springboard 303u version, still waiting on network unlock code from tmobile... wonder if that code is going to work to unlock the bootloader too?
of only superuser you can try this way. inject su binary & superuser.apk to the official rom with linux command. set permission. then reflash it to your mediapad. but this can't fix the unlocked bootloader problem. this just add a superuser to official rom.

i did the unthinkable! (I am so stupid) In the effort to get a working unlocked bootloader, I stubbornly flashed the wrong bootloader by using the attached application [NOTE to everyone - do NOT use this attachment for anything! you will brick your device! i am only attaching it in hopes that somebody will fully understand what i've done & troubleshoot and help/guide me in the process of unbricking my device]
So can somebody please help me unbrick my device? I am a noob and I have Windows 7 Ultimate. I don't even know how to use Linux. The sad part is that I got SU and root right before I did this stupidity. I got root and SU with the software from this website: http://www.unlockroot.com/unlockroot.html
so officially now I am really begging for HELP with step-by-step instructions on how to unbrick my device? (again - I flashed the wrong bootloader from the attached file).
can you enter to bootloader (fastboot) mode?

No. Dead. Device doesn't even look like it is turning on, which is expected when one flashes the wrong bootloader. this is brick-brick dead. it doesn't get any worse than this...
maybe the JTAG method can fix it. but JTAG method is only for professional who really2 know how to use the tools.

what is JTAG method? are their detailed instructions for the T-Mobile Springboard? If there are detailed instructions for this specific device, then I can definitely do it. I've been pretty good so far at following all the instructions here. I've flashed many ROMs here, etc. The only time I get in trouble is when I go off and do stupid things like flashing the wrong bootloader... I'll never do that again! So yeah - any step-by-step instructions for Windows 7 user?
you can find it on google. it use some toolkit to flashing the board directly from PC.

I bought a Mediapad X1 3G version. It is a nice machine, albeit a bit too large as a phone - picture a large brick near your head,
Well, I emailed [email protected] to obtain the bootloader unlock code. I got the code so I would like to go ahead. But I ran into a very strange fastboot issue. When I issue the command "fastboot devices" -
? fastboot
That question mark is supposed to be some number. So this means the device is not recognized. Hence the unlock code does not work. Weirdly, commands such as "fastboot oem get-bootinfo" works, it shows the bootloader is locked. "Fastboot reboot" also works.
Anyone has any idea how I can solve this problem? Some driver issue? Thanks.

I just gave them the serial number, IMEI, MAC address, and model (7D-501U). They reply pretty quickly, a few hours.
Good that you have an unlocked bootloader - When you run the fastboot command, does it show a number for your device but not a question mark?

I bought a Moto G Play 2021 unlocked from best buy yesterday. I can't enable "OEM unlocking" in Developer Settings. It is grayed out.
I factory reset a few times.
The phone CID is listed as a phone that can be unlocked on the Motorola site. I got the unlocking key from the Motorola site through a process that sends an email out with the key. Then I run <fastboot oem unlock "key">, but I get

I don't think any fastboot command will work as long as the "OEM unlocking" is grayed out and disabled in settings.

Not that unusual.
Sometimes there's a time delay, and required connection to WiFi or LTE.
Also sometimes a factory reset will ungray the OEM unlock toggle.
I suggest a factory reset, then connect to wifi if it's still grayed out, it may take a few days to change.
Also you can check the CID code list in my Bootloader unlock thread.

Tried factory reset. Tried with and without Wifi after factory reset. I don't have a sim for it yet. So can't get LTE.
Can't find a "CID code" list in your post. Do you mean a list with CID's that lets you know if your phone can be unlocked? I found my CID is allowed for unlocking on Motorola's site.
Do you know why a delay might work? You think there is a timer or something for unlocking?
Thanks

There's a link in my Bootloader unlock thread, to the official cid list, you likely have seen already.
I don't know if wifi/lte is needed just going by what has been reported in the forums for last few years.
You can wait or return the device, there isn't any other options that I know of.

I've seen anywhere from mins to a couple of days reported, No pattern that I can see.
Factory reset, and connecting to the internet seem to help.
You could try Flash rescue with LMSA, but I haven't seen replies that helps.

But when I went to the Developer Settings I could enable "OEM unlocking"!!! I then used <fastboot oem unlock "key"> on the bootloader and the device is unlocked now. I can confirm a three day time gate on the Moto G Play 2021 I got through T-Mobile Monday. The OEM Unlock has been greyed out since I first booted. Today, Thursday, after the 72 hour window, the toggle became accessable.

Weirdly (or absurdly), yesterday I found a Lenovo forum post that says it might take up to a week to get OEM Unlock. I posted on it (here) to see if anybody else has had the same experience that I'm still in the middle of -- THREE days, on WiFi, still no unlock.
Strange(r) thing is the "advice" from Moto/Lenovo in the link relates to a 3-year-old phone. I bought a Moto G6 (carrier-unlocked & BL-unlockable -6) in mint condition, updated to latest Pie (April 2020 security patch).
But maybe the G6/plus/play is just extra-odd? I've owned and rooted or unlocked 6-8 Moto phones (see my sig, not a complete list) and I've never in the past waited more than a few minutes to get OEM Unlock enabled. And all it took with my lady's Moto G Stylus '21 was making a WiFi connection, as has been super-typical for me.
I guess I'm just babbling out of frustration. Seems this mystery only gets weirder.
Edit to add, your last comment addresses one niddly little question I put forth in my post linked above . . . my CID (0x032) says the phone is unlockable, and I already got the unlock code from Moto. Is there ANY other detail, in getvar or anywhere, that might reveal that a phone is NOT unlockable?

The CID is the only thing to look at, that I know of.
Usually, OEM unlock is available within 3 days, but some have reported a couple of weeks.
Factory Reset seems to help if it's been over 3 days, but you will need to reconnect to the internet.

Thanks man. I haven't tried FDR yet, afraid of starting the countdown all over again. But if I don't get unlock in the next day or two I'll give it a shot.
Edit-- I was wondering as much as anything if maybe this phone could be an unlockable Amazon variant that had been blasted with stock firmware to hide the fact. But I don't even know how that could be done.

If it was an Amazon version the CID would be different.
The getvar all will have the software channel and other info
Code:
fastboot getvar all

Ah ok. Yeah I ran getvar all yesterday, found the CID and confirmed I'm on RetUS channel. Much obliged sd_shadow, as always, you're a super-reliable source of help and info here on XDA.

You're on RetUS so you should be good, if unlocking was blocked it would be the Amazon channel
Do you have gaumna?
Amazon isn't even listed on lolinet.
That doesn't mean there isn't an Amazon channel, but it's not likely.

Ooooh dang. I mangled this convo. Clarification, the Moto G Stylus (not Play) is my lady's phone. The phone I'm currently struggling with is a G6 (unlocked version XT1925-6). That one is Ali. Her Stylus is codename Minsk. I unlocked and rooted her Stylus (via Magisk patch) months ago, no problems there. Serious apologies for channeling down the wrong road in this thread.
hi It says im unlocked in the unlock app. and I also have the token.bin from oneplus. I can't do anything in adb to unlock becuase i can't seem to unlock the bootloader it's greyed out in the developers options. How do you get the grey out?
i dont follow. you already got the token but cant enable OEM unlock? in order to get the token you need to have had OEM unlock enabled. to enable OEM unlock follow the debloat thread script. it will enable OEM unlock.

I have the token from my last logic board that broke. Since I had to install a new logic board from e bay my IMEI has also changed since that is what it's attached to.
Also I tried contacting the carrier and they said I need the original owners information in order to continue. I stated it's my phone from your company but i just replaced the part. Of course they told me the same thing. That I need the original owners information... Since the IMEI is no longer the same. The IMEI really is just a fingerprint for carriers to track. Doesn't really hold much more significance.
