New OTA update(20160419) - Elephone P9000 Questions & Answers

I just received an OTA Elephone_P9000_20160419.. It was 813 MB

i can also download, while update it restart to TWRP Recovery. but no goes further. where is the problem

certainly due to the root, flash it with spflash tools.

Updated 30min ago. What I can mention so far:
1.) Fingerprint scans faster and more accurate
2.) UI no longer switches to language of the SIM card after rebooting

Y know, try to unroot the phone and install in OTA but I advise you waiting realase rom and flash it with flash tool .
For unroot test with supersu there is an option for this.
Y have a question, gps work on this rom ???

I advice you to remove all by flashing with sp flash tools, you can try juste remove the root but the system can be unstable.

But the rom it is not yet available for download maybe tomorrow.

Normally you just check the box that you need ( recovery or boot or system) as you like.

I have had my P9000 for a couple of days, very pleased with the phone. Originally had the March build and i can agree the battery drain was bad. Today I have had OTA 20160418 update and the phone now seems even better, the finger print scanner seems accurate and fast. I have not tried the camera yet but will. As for the battery it seems better but will have to monitor

Hi you can download the update from elephonemobile . eu cannot post links yet.
With SP Tool flashing stock recovery from previous ROM is enough.

Gps works well und the fix is about 15 sec
