Hey guys currently I'm using Cyanogenmod 13 official! Few days back I flashed this ROM with TWRP 3.0.0.1 Recovery! The ROM is quite good but the main problem with this ROM is I can't root it! Whenever I flash the SuperSU zip from the recovery it flashes successfully but when my mobile boots up, my mobile stucks into the boot logo! And it keeps booting forever! How can I get rid of this problem!
Sorry for my Bad English! I hope you guys understood my problem!
Thanks in advance

Which version of SuperSU did you flash?
Try flashing v2.71 beta.
Are you using custom kernel?

Use the rom's inbuild root from developer options.
Or flash SuperSU v2.71 beta

2.46 is pre Marshmallow, so bootloop is not only expected but certain.
Try using something that is actually for the version of your ROM.

It will always say seandroid is not enforcing at the top but will work... It's just alerting you to the fact that the kernel has been changed...
This is how I got root on mine and it works but say bye bye to your KNOX....

Which su version?
Try flashing just the rom. If it boots up, then clean flash the rom again along with gapps
If no ROM is booting up, then here is what you can try.
Flash CM11, its kitkat based. It brings back some parts of firmware to stock. I don't know why it works but it works for me. It has happened with me for like 2-3 times in an year where even the stable ROMs which i flashed previously worked but did not boot when flashed after some time.
So, if you are sure it is not ROM's problem then try flashing CM11. One more thing, flash stock 5.1 ROM for at least one time. I had similar issue when I unlocked my friend's moto e bootloader on kitkat and installed lollipop based ROM. It didn't boot. Then I flashed Lollipop stock ROM first.
If your phone was on Lollipop stock ROM at least once and still you are getting bootloop then try flashing CM11. Also just flash ROM first, without any gapps or SuperSU.

Just flash the zip through twrp and you are good to go and yes it will around 10 minutes so dont panic when its stuck on boot logo
Flash miui rom zip, then flash lazyflasher.zip(google it)
Without lazy flasher miui won't boot up.
