Camera Sound removal Help - Galaxy S6 Edge Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys, I have recently updated my S6 Edge to 6.0.1 and my original solution to the Camera Shutter noise was solved with : Enforced Stream Silencer App - this did the trick beautifully and simply but since the update that app now doesnt work. My phone is un-rooted and i would like to keep it that way if possible.
I really hate that in Australia Samsung has forced us to have the shutter and focus noises without the ability to turn them off.
Can anyone recommend an app or solution to this.

Security camera

Hello all,
due to a recent security incidence at my house, I have decided to install some cameras. I read online about using old android phones and I think it's a very good idea, so I bought 5 old android phones with led lights and what I would like to do is the following:
The cameras would start recording/taking photos when motion or sound is detected, and send me a notification. As well, if it's dark, I would like the led light to turn on before it records/takes photos otherwise it would be useless.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any app that would have both the motion and sound detection and the recording feature enabling the flash only when it's needed?
Thanks!

After .167 update for my Z2, speaker volume and counter fail

Hi all,
I have made my Z2 update to .167 Android 4.4 update for it, it is nice at good speed, having remoteplay for PS4 (which i doesn't tried it but seem good?) and camera in video seems to be working good quality.
but there's big problem, where is my "xloud" in setting? and it really made my Z2 ringtone and notice sound very low volume! And also I found that the counter in the clock app doesn't work well, it count to end and jumps out, but the notice sound just ring a second and stop!
Really annoying in these 2 problem.
Is that someone facing the same issues? Or there were way to solve these?
Thanks.

[Q] Back camera makes weird noise

Hey guys i recently noticed that when i open the camera app or snapchat and switch to back camera the camera will make some weird noise like an engine and sometimes it just sounds like a "click" sound. If i open the camera app and it is already on the back camera it still makes a sound, so not necessarily when i switch. It kind of like as long as i start the back camera some weird noise will appear.
Does anyone else have this "issue", is it an issue, should i replace the phone etc.?
Appreciate any help
Same thing is happening to me. Did you got your phone replaced?
I got the same thing here. Doesn't affect video or pictures so I could care less

Video playback Vibration /haptic feedback

Hi, I was watching Hulu today & when the sound hits certain notes almost like its a fake bass the phone vibrates. It is super annoying I turned down the vibration on all to zero. So does anyone know if it is in fact a sound setting. Then any possible solution? Has anyone else had this problem? I've only had the phone 4 days, S6 Edge Thanks.

Why does nobody mention this audio bug? Getting worse and more frequent

OK so I have a Galaxy S6 Edge on AT&T running 5.1.1. and ive had this problem since I believe the S5, heres an example, Im playing music through the google play music app and (it happens so much!) suddenly the EQ shuts off and the music goes flat and sounds awful so I have to restart the music or use a task killer that for some reason turn it back on, I don't know if this is an app, os, or Samsung problem but it happens much to often. I know I cant be the only one with this problem, since its happened to me with multiple phones and multiple OS versions, please someone help me out, maybe a way to set a persistent notification for the EQ (stock Samsung EQ, have UHQ on and bass and treble boost on)? Ive found maybe one post on this but for the S4, if this is an issue that I have just never heard before but has been known by the community, could you please give me some info? Thanks everyone
