AP4 Battery

Thanks for the AP4 rom. I am loving it. However the battery on my X7501 will not chage to 100%. It is a new battery and the proble started after the rom update. The highest it will cahge is 96%. I have done a master reset and allowed the battery to run all the way down to 8%, then recharged it. The result is still 96% after 12 hours of charging. Anyone else having this problem?

Have you read ANY of the AP4 threads? I believe it has been discussed hundreds of times, well maybe not hundreds....
Yes I have searched through the many theads here for solutions but did not find any. If you can point me in the direction where the solution exist, it would be appreciated.

There is no solution as discussed so many times.Htc battery driver rounded battery level to the nearest tenth as ap4 battery driver shows it by ones not tens.
Word of advice bro, If you dont wanna get flamed by others search and read on any relevant posts before you make a new thread/post.

If you look at the AP4 threads, you will find there really isn't a solution and it really isn't a problem. Previous Rom raised the levels by 10% so as soon as you reach 93 to 96 % of full charge the device would show 100%.
So previous rom only showed 10% 20%, 30%, etc and would round up or down by 10% increments....
Thanks for the advice and the answers. Very much appreciated.

27% of all battery usage is different to 3-5% battery usage, i guess.
OS usage depends upon how what why the phone its apps and usage .
Probably you have stuff running all the time .
Basics read first.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2344125
Critical you read the first two posts .
you can try to install betterbatterystats or wakelock detector and see if it helps, none of them requires root
that might help you find if there is anything preventing your CPU from going to sleep.
I would start there.

[Help]Xperia U Battery Percentage Problem

I Hope i Posted i the Correct forum (Please delete if inappropriate)
I've Encountered This problem when i returned to Stock ICS .100 for xperia u, i flashed 2 Jellybean roms and not encountered this Problem, its just that Whenever im Charging my phone, it doesnt increase in Percentage, For example, I charged it on 50%, but after an hour, i noticed that it is still on 50%, AFAIK it must increase atleast 5% or something like that.
Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated
Mine has grossly wrong battery levels too (slow charging, significant nonlinearity, gained 11% after rebooting once!) but it's brand new and it sit on a shelf for who knows how much, so I hope this is temporary
but mine is worse Not increasing Percentage. i hope its only software related and not hardware.

Battery drain

Hello guys, i had some serious battery drain issues. I tried installing different roms with different Android versions but problem persists thru all of them. I seemed to have had best results with unofficial roms like OzcanRom. Now i got LineAge OS installed because android 5 is too outdated by today standards i miss allot apps. I will include BBS log as ive got no idea what to look for over :crying: there and i hope some of you guys can help me
I posted BBS log in paste bin as i didnt know how to make it work here. Here is the link: pastebin.com/AXJ9sz2g
Due to spam protection it didn't alow me to paste normal link but this will do just as good of a job
Im getting about 9hrs of stand by time with 1 hour of SOT.
Update
So after experiencing few more bugs with LineageOS i decided to revert back to OzcanRom and tweak it myself. I applied some tweaks with custom kelner, eliminated all wakelocks and background drains. Now i have around 13hrs on battery and 3hrs of SOT and now i dont have to carry 10000MAH external battery with me. If someone wants me to write in detail what ive done post reply or PM me

I would love to know that, just got a Galaxy Alpha at I plan to apply custom kernel and ROM, so which tweaks to use would be very helpful
Hi. Could you please tell me what to do to stop battery drain?
