Which benchmark tool is most reliable? - Honor 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey u Guys!
I was just wondering which benchmark tool is most reliable for testing our devices? I've now tested my device (H7 plk-l01 16gb Rom 3gb ram) running Android 6.0 build 371, with the following tools:
Antutu benchmark, score of 53454
Pc-mark for android, sore of 5386 in work and 4559 in storage.
Vellamo benchmark, score of 1499 in metal and 1449 in multi (I think the browser part depends on your browser but got dolphin and scored 1752)
Anybody? ?
Sent from my PLK-L01 using XDA-Developers mobile app

Just ran the browser test using standard chrome browser and scored 2265?
Sent from my PLK-L01 using XDA-Developers mobile app

Hi, every serious test will test your SD card, so .... Depending of your choice.. I did more than 57000 AnTuTu many times with MM+D WBT ROM, and Samsung SD card big quality

What do u mean? Testing Sd-card? Ain't got no Sd-card in my phone..
Sent from my PLK-L01 using XDA-Developers mobile app

If SD card not present ... It just test internal memory.
Envoyé de mon PLK-L01 en utilisant Tapatalk

Isn't it what it's about, your phone, not your extra plastic card u shove in it to get more space?? I couldn't care less about how fast sd-cards are running I want to know what my PHONE can do and I think that's what new buyers think too..
Sent from my PLK-L01 using XDA-Developers mobile app

Or else they should call it a sdcard test and not a phone test..

That's YOUR opinion and it must be respected and I'm sure you respect the idea that other consumers have other priorities and a phone is not just some part but the sum of all parts that contribute to the experience.
If someone move apps, videos, photos, files, etc to SD card to save (faster) internal memory, that user might want to know how much slower the phone will get. Or not and just use it anyway.

You're "losing it" over benchmark results?
You need to get out of the house for a while, leave your phone at home, go have some human contact and forget about useless, retarded benchmarks.

Happy now. Mine is low too. Stock Rom unrooted. But the others are right. Benchmark's are pointless. I know my phone is fast by the way it performs, not by what some program tells me. I also think that result is wrong. Now I'm not a programmer or anything, and don't even know what half of that **** is. But judging from the other scores, it's probably a bug in the program that's scoring that one result wrong. All the others look fine, just that one.

Thank you!You're right...
This is excactly what i wanted, someone to confirm this too...
Here it is, mine is low too...
Im no developer but you know, Samsung has a non standard implementation of internal memory /external sdcard, so maybe that's why we get low scores...
Not important anyways, I have done some copying within internal memory and sdcard, and between each other, and it's very fast...
EDIT: Btw, comparing my scores with the the one from the guy above, there's a huge difference... Not that it matters anyways... Its only numbers...

Thank's man...
Well this doesn't test the sd card,it tests the /data partition that's why these scores look like something to be worrired about...
HEre is mine,
this app has no option to select internal /external separately
My values are totally on par with published photos (I got worried too, then I found this thread, God bless search) - I even changed ROM from InsertCoin to CyanogenMod 10.1 to see if it changes anything. It doesn't. Thanks for info, OP.
Galaxy S3 international, btw, I forgot how my signature looks like, lol...
Does that help ? got it yesterday while testing out lagfix (which i can say it does nothing for us, as we have proper trim support in our emmcs)
ps: Benchmarks are stupid, they don't mean anything and they can easily be faked with just the right settings / variables.

Sent from my ONE E1003 using XDA-Developers mobile app
Android is based on linux and linux uses unused ram for caching, which is a absolutely ok (unused ram is wasted ram). This is also why ram cleaner apps are a really bad idea.
Read this: http://www.linuxatemyram.com/
I wouldn't say so. In normal use OOS had 1.6 to 1.7 free at all times.

Yea, i am used to aosp roms on nexus 5. The system ram usage wasnt too high on that. Also , opx was feeling a little slower on than the n5. Opx has better specs. I don't know why it is performing like this.

Don't worry about this too much, we have 3 gb of RAM. Free RAM means, it has ability to load more. It keeps changing. Blame oxygen os for slowness. You can guess this by all ranting about oos on oneplus forum. Like many other, switch to custom ROM and have a smooth experience. CM 13 just got official, what better than now to switch.

Compared to my HTC 10 the notification sounds are very very quiet, as suggested I've changed mine to sounds your more likely to hear. Some notification sounds are definitely louder than others, this isn't an issue I've had with any other phone...

There are no visual changes. The only thing you will notice, is that notification sounds in general are much louder. They weren't very loud before, even with the volume cranked up.
