Friend you can not flash zip files through Odin
You need to create zip file made with Meta inf folder which is having binary files of your device
I suggest you that try to read more what should have to do for zipping flashable files

Download .zip file HERE
extract contents to SDcard (not external_sd), in windows, open "apply_DIRTYREDZ_MEIZU_2012.cmd", enjoy
May be a good idea to backup your
-Framework-res.apk
-SystemUI.apk
-Settings.apk
using file explorer or fileslick prior to installing this theme incase you want to revert back to stock
to revert, replace
-Framework-res.apk
-SystemUI.ap
-Settings.apk
extracted on your SDcard with your backup files and re-run "apply_DIRTYREDZ_MEIZU_2012.cmd"
you must be rooted to apply this theme

Help create cwm flashable zip from ftf??

I successfully created a cwm flashable zip from system image of a stock ftf file
BUt when i flashed it using cwm it installs and when it on it won't detect my sim card
NO sim card error:crying::crying::crying:
So,after i look closely in my ftf firmware what i see is there is a folder called boot and a file boot_delivery.xml which i didnt see in other ftf files
and there is no simlock.ta:laugh::laugh:
I guess because of this when i flash stock rooted zip it fails to detect any sim card amd lose imei
So how to fix this issue?
My device is Xperia M C1905 and the firmware version is latest 15.1.C.2.8
I will attach a screenshot of a ftf file

[Tool][Win] Tools to unpack and repack Kernel

I made an app to easily pack and unpack boot images.
Even though I made it while doing some work on Xperia Ultra GPE, it should work on any other phone if you know the command line arguments and other parameters.
How TO:
Extract the zip file and Run the exe file. Follow the GUI
Features:
Supports extraction from ELF file format and BootImage format
Shows checksum while building

Which file is recovery from update.app file?

Hi All,
I have a Mate 10 pro with TWRP, I have received a notification about a new OTA firmware and I cannot get it to start the process due to TWRP. As this phone does not have a MicroSD slot, I cannot put the UPDATE.APP file on such memory device.
I've searched for the stock recovery with no success and now that I have the update.zip file and extracted the UPDATE.APP file, I see multiple items that seem to be the recovery but Im not sure which one to flash. Please see the below image:
Now, Its a fact that if the recovery file is larger than 16MB, it won't flash via fastboot, so, I'm stuck here. Any help is appreciated!

What is the recovery.img file for AOKP nightly ?

I'm about to install AOKP ROM for my Asus Zenfone 2 (1080p)
couldn't find my device on AOKP devices page
but in an another page :

}
and found ota rom file and recovery.img file
do I just copy ota rom file and install the rom directly from the phone(my phone installs Ota updates that way)
or I need to flash that "recovery.img" as a custom recovery"??
I did install AOKP ROMs on other devices but they didnot work with their recovery.img
I had to use TWRP instead (I'm also aware of unlocking bootloader for my Asus)
