Hi I have a huawei Y360 - U61 smartphone which I can't turn on.
The phone has a custom ROM (cyanogenmod 12) which worked great so far.
I have changed the boot animation in the past few days a few times to a gifs i found on the internet using the program "boot animation creator".
It worked great but when i changed it again and tried to reboot the phone, now its shows this picture (ht-----------tp://cdn.androidbeat.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Screenshot_2015-02-01-11-36-36-576x1024.png) (delete the "-----") as it should be but instead of a boot animation after that it just shows a black screen and nothing after that.
I tried to get into recovery mod and it worked.
What can I do to fix this problem?
Thanks.
nevermind, problem solved.

Hello,
A couple of weeks ago I decided to change my boot animation on my Archos 101. With Super Manager I copied a bootanimation.zip file to the right folder. When I rebooted my Archos, I saw that the boot animation was very slow and that my tablet wasn't booting anymore. I tried to reboot a couple of times, but still it wasn't working.
Then I went into the BIOS and I saw an option to reset my tablet. I chose that option and after that I booted my Archos. The boot animation was still there, but this time it was booting (after a couple of hours). I tried to delete the boot animation, but unfortunately my tablet wasn't rooted anymore. I tried to root it again, but I couldn't get in the BIOS. I've tried dozens of times, but I still cannot enter the BIOS.
Can someone help me with this issue?
Hi there,
have trouble with my Vodafone Smart 3 / Alcatel 975 - how I wrote after change boot animation phone only show BOOT LOGO and when will start a boot animation, dont start and screen is black.
Try to do a recovery and Flashtool to download a boot and recovery images, display in recovery mode OK,but nothing happens
Any solution for that error.....I think that bootanimation.zip, which I copy to root/custpack/ ???res/media (dont remember exactly) is wrong, cause I changed boot animation for 10 times and work perfectly,BUT can get into this directory to erase it.(if it will helps me).
Device works ok, but with no images on display...brightness ok, lock screen ok,..everything ok,but with no images..I try these things by my memory

Put bootanimation GIF on custpack/jrd custres/media
You will have to convert the bootanimation to GIF. Search Google
Sent from my Vodafone Smart II using Tapatalk 2
Click to collapse
How should I do this??? With BLACKSCREEN? when I access device with usb conection, have NOT access to this directory! If I have an access to directory custpack/jrd custres/media - I erase old bootanimation an put original or another functional boot anim.
Please, WHAT SHOULD I DO In this case?:crying:
I have a nexus 5 rooted using 'Towelroot'
I wanted to change my boot animation, and did so using an animation installer. At first, I had the Android L boot installed and it worked flawlessly! Then, I came to XDA and found the "Boot Animation Hub".
When I was linked to his dropbox, I could not see any of the files so I randomly downloaded one. I installed it with ease, and kept using my phone. When the time came to see the animation, only the "Google" logo pops up for a few seconds, then the backlight takes over. No image is shown after that; the nexus boots fully (I can tell because I receive notifications/LED is blinking/ the screen responds to my touch with vibration and tones.
The problem: As I said, the backlight is only there. I cannot see any pictures whatsoever. The phone is completely on, but is not visible. I can reboot into recovery, and see Andy the Android, but cannot install anything, for when I go to recovery mode, it says "No Command"
Does anyone have any help?
Please, anything.
Thank you
Hi everybody,
I have an LG G3 running Cyanogenmod 13 with TWRP installed. A few weeks ago, my phone always crashed at random tasks and it wouldnt boot up on the first try. The crashes got more and more. After some time I set my phone on performance and I found out that by accident the 3rd core was deactivated, I had no problems from then on except when I had to boot it up. Because setting the phone on performance didnt always work I deactivated the core manually. Yesterday I shut down my phone because it was laggy but it didnt boot up again and the furthest I got was to the SIM PIN screen. Luckily I was able to get into TWRP where I tried to install the system again because it helped sometimes. At approximately half of the progress a green screen appeared (not the first time) with the option to boot into Download mode or to reboot. However, I still can boot into TWRP (sometimes) but it always crashed. Any idea how to deactivate the 3rd core using TWRP or how I can fix my phone on a different way. (Installing a custom kernel?)
Thanks in advanced
Hello guys, I have run into a serious problem here! Please help me out..
I have a GFive President G9 Android running stock Jelly Bean 4.2.1 (ROOTED). I tried to install a boot animation through ROM Toolbox app, when I rebooted it, it didnt show any boot animation and booted straight to the home screen. So I just went into the ROM ToolBox app and restored the bootanimation backup I had created earlier to get the original GFive boot animation back.
However, when I rebooted, my phone showed the GFive Logo, and after it the screen went dark( The screen is backlit but doesnt display anything). It just stops there and doesnt do anything. Ive tried removing the battery but to no avail. For some reason I CAN'T ACCESS the RECOVERY or the DOWNLOAD MODE, as holding the power button and vol up etc still ends up in the same situation - Black backlit screen after logo. The phone isnt in a reboot loop or anything, it just stops at the black screen for eternity.
THE WORST PART, this phone probably has a damaged USB port, since I was previously able to charge it via the PC, but it wasnt detected in the PC. So I CANNOT CONNECT IT TO THE PC.
So is there anyway I could get this phone back alive? Is a factory reset possible? Please help me experts!! :crying:
P.S Custom TWRP is installed, but I cant access it
So there's no expert in this whole forum who has a solution for this? Because no reply means no one has an answer..
Incase theres no way out of this, please mention that.
