hi it all started when i tried to tinker on vold.fstab to try and change the internal storage to external so basically using external sd as internal... successfully done it but the problem is i accidentally reformatted the external storage which is internal storage
so that means all the system files is gone and whenever i try to turn it off it always turns back on the alcatel logo and it wont shut it self down till it drains the battery. so im quite sure its not boot loop. but i can still access the stock recovery menu.
i tried the adb but not sure cuz whenever i tried to use adb sideload on recovery mode the phone always say installation aborted.
the stock version for my rom is 7047e
please help
my computer only detects the phone via the adb on the device manager
and cant really shut it down cuz it turns on automatically whatever shutting off options i do on the phone
help me please

I installed cyanogen mod 9 on my lg e739 and it installed great except Google apps were missing. I made a backup restore file before I did anything and I was going to restore back to the stock ROM and when it finished installing it acted like it was going to boot normal cause I saw the LG screen come up but ever since then the lg screen is the only thing that shows when it starts up. I've tried everything that I have read online and nothing has worked. I'm can't get back into clock work recovery nor will the phone start its restore process from holding the back and menu buttons. It will go into s/w upgrading mode, but my computer doesn't recognize it in this mode. If I try starting it normally and then plug in the USB my computer does recognize it although it is not mounted so I can't access the sd card or memory. Is there anything I can do or try and is there any programs or command prompt commands that would automatically mount my phone. ...what should I do? Any ideas I would greatly appreciate cause I'm at a loss right now
This situation is more like a BRICK than a Boot loop.

i'v solved it, finally found my sideload in sdcard and boom, it works now,
:crying: My Spice Mi-350n, i rooted my phoen and tried to uninstall some pre-installed application from it, but when i restarted it it stucks on the start up animation and repeats the same animation and stucks again.
i tried its recovery mode for factory reset but it is not working at all, and now it is now recognizing the sd card also.
it can only start in recovery mode nothing else without recognizing the sd card. but when i connected it to my pc, pc(windows) detects it as a device, but cant open it.
is there any way so that its OS may again be installed in this from PC

Hello, I was trying to reset my tab completely and I wiped EVERYTHING. I have CWM version 6.0.1.0, My tab gets stuck on Samsung logo screen. It can go into recovery but nothing else. I was told that the reason it won't boot is because I deleted the rom and there is no rom for it to go to. When I try to mount it, it doesn't show up...I've tried to install CWM 6.0.4.6 zip from external SD but installation gets aborted. PLEASE HELP I NEED MY TAB BACK ! Also it shows charging when it's turned completely off...

When you say mount it do you mean trying to send the files over through ADB or just mounting the SD card or putting it into download mode?
If its the ADB issue, try to put your tablet into download mode by using the volume key and power button, then download odin and its stock firmware and flash it using odin. Your tablet should restore to factory defaults using that method
If its the SD card then use the method above as it sounds like recovery may have lost it a bit
If you can not put the phone into download mode (which i doubt is the issue you may want to think about a USB jig as they sometimes get past those issues but from your description I doubt its a hard brick as it gets to the logo
2 things you can try!

I really new to this, i mean writing to help people, so don't flock me.
First, you say your device still have the recharging lights on when shut down, it tells me it's not only a software error, but some short circuit has happend.
Have you tried a hardreset? search google for your model if you doesn't know how.
From what i can read you still have the CWM Recovery, so download Android-SDK and try flashing the recovery from ADB (Found in platform tools.
Last but most tricky, if nothing helps, you' have to disassemble your device and temporary disable the battery, them press and hold the start button down for 5 sec to remove the poweroverload, reassemble again and try ASB adain, you can't reinstall the recovery directly from the SD

my phone is micomax A27 bolt..... i have rooted my phone.... and i think also installed CWM recovery... but i wasnt able to go to recovery mode without the help of ROM manager..... so to solve this i went to recovery mode through rom manager and backed up CWM recovery..... after that the phone rebooted and keep on rebooting only showing bolt logo..... then i tried to fix this problem and search internet i tried each and every possible method except this coz i dont have card reader to put clockwork mod folder in my sd card..... i also found a trick in one place....following that i erased my system, userdata etc... and re installed them with the files given by them.... after that when i press volume+ and power button, it wont show the phone test which it used to show..... m in big problem... the only thing i can do with my phone is to enter the fastboot mode... by volume- and power button..... any other combination my phone restarts continuously..... when i asked my friend he said that when i went to recovery mode and backed up CWM, i must have unmounted something important...... i think i may have done that..... what should i do to solve.....
this please help
