You have to do a factory reset, then copy B380 update.app file to dloat folder and force update (from off status, press vol+- and power until it starts updating). Do it twice if partitions size continues to be wrong.
You have your partitions messed up and only flashing a full update (OTA) will fix it.

After some flashes for rescue my honor 7, my internal storage is about 3.5 gb.
How I can get back my full 16gb storage?

Thanks.
I wanna try.
Hi all,
I updated my honor 5x today to 6.0.1 through official OTA (KIW-L24). My phone is in factory condition (not rooting or boot loader unlock). For some reason, it shows that I have only 2 GB internal storage and it was supposed to be 16 GB (it showed 16GB before update as well). The "About Phone" screen shows 16 GB internal memory but the "Memory and Storage" screen shows only 2 GB and I cannot save anything to internal storage anymore. I have attached a screenshot of this.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
TIA.
Same problem
I had the exact same problem. I fixed it by clearing the cache and wiping the phone multiple times in the bootloader. (I think that is what it is called) Needless to say, I was not happy when this happened. The update not only reset my phone it also truncated the space to 2 gigabytes. I tried to download the image and apply from the sdcard but nothing would see it. And of course, I had no where near enough space on the internal drive even after removing all apps.

After flashing Xpower 5, I realised my internal storage is now only 16gb.
It was working fine, but went to try that kryptonian Rom, failed to I restored back to Xpower.
But apparently, not my internal storage is missing 16gb.

Saved my life, thanks!
I had this issue, but fixed it with a clean install. Now, a week or two later it's back. Any ideas on how to permanently fix this?

This time, I actually got by with just doing a restart. Thanks for the suggestion, though. I might have to use it in the future.

Sorry for the late reply. I have fixed it already. Someone here told me to use terminal emulator and it magically worked. Thank you so much to him. ???

Hi,
I have an Xperia X F5122 which comes with 64GB storage, when I installed the stock ROM last time I skipped the Welcome/Startup wizard, so I got stuck with 32GB of storage.
The storage app in settings shows that I have 64GB, but system is allocating around ~48GB of them, so it is as if I have a 32GB phone.
So how do I retain that storage and get my lost space? Is there some sort of a file in root directory which I can delete or something? Or some sort of config file? Or maybe it is just partitioning? And if so, how do I do that?
