How to enter Recovery mode in intex Irist, please please please help me some one.
Probably it's too late to reply but it may help somebody else so here it goes...
Turn off your watch phone. Wait till it's completely off and some more time. Then, press the bottom button and top button simultaneously until you land on the recovery screen. Basically you can first press the bottom button, keep it pressed and then power the watch phone with the top button, as you normally do, while the bottom button is pressed.
In the recovery mode, as far as I remember, the bottom button is used to scroll the cursor down and top button is used to select. Cursor goes back to the top when the end of the list is reached and then comes down in cycle.

I have a problem, I want to disconnect the down button on the side of my Touch Pro. I have a bad habit I can't seem to break when I grab the phone my finger presses the down volume and shuts off the phone. So I would like to deactivate that button. Please don't just tell me to edit the registry without explaining how to do it step by step. Even though I have edit the registry before, I am not that familular with it. Thanks for the help.
Disconnecting the vol buttons
You can install the cab attached, soft reset, then go into settings>system>keyboard config. Press menu on the bottom right corner, then select add key. It will say hold the key you want to configure, or something like that, so hold the vol down key. Then it will pop up a new window, just tap apply/OK. Then tap update config. Bingo! You got it.
You can also edit what the keys do, too. Just ask if you want to.
Please tell me if this is too hard, because then I will post screenshots.
I have done this on my verizon tp.
Hello, according to Sprint customer service, my Photon apparently came shipped associated with my Sprint Airrave. It will not activate now. The Sprint rep says that we need to do a hard reset, however, we can't do it without getting past the initial activation screen, and I can't get past that screen because it is associated with the airrave. A vicious circle.
Does anyone know how to do a hard reset without being in the phone software. Is there a combination of buttons to press?
I'd love to get this phone activated tonight as it will be an inconvenience to try to get to a sprint store.
Thanks!
Dan

Perform a factory reset using external keys
Note: It is highly recommended you use the above factory reset using the settings. Making a mistake using the factory reset using external key method could have very bad consequences.
If you are unable to navigate through the menu to perform a factory data reset, you can follow the steps outlined below:
Power off the phone, press and hold volume down button, press power button
Screen will come up with "Fastboot", press Vol down key to cycle through choices until you get "Android Recovery", then press Vol up key
Wait for the "triangle ! / Android" screen then go on to step 4
Press both Vol up and Vol down key simultaneously. A menu will come up
Tap on Vol down key until "wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted, and tap Power key. Another Confirmation screen will come. Tap on Vol down key until coming to Yes and tap Power key
After userdata is cleared, the "reboot system now" option will be highlighted by Default. Tap Power key
Phone will reboot to initial setup screen.
Power down
Hold volume down and power until you see fastboot
Press volume down until you see Android Recovery
Press volume up
When the triangle pops up hold volume down and press power(took me about a minute of pressing for a response)
A menu will pop up, scroll down with volume to factory reset and push the power button
Reboot and you should be good to go

Thank you for your response!
I got as far as the triangle, but no further. I've tried twice, but will keep trying. Let me know if you have other ideas.
Thanks!
Dan
Just to confirm, at the triangle I hold volume down and press power.
Does this mean press and hold power or press the power button repeatedly? I've tried both for more than a minute (maybe more than two). Perhaps I'll try for longer.
UPDATE:
I seem to have gotten it to work by pressing both the up and down volume buttons at the same time from the screen with the triangle.
Thanks for your help!

You can achieve the same result with tapping several times the "menu" button (the left touch button) until you'll see the "back button enabled" notification on screen.

If I press the home button dont stop the call.so if I end a call I have to press the red button(to be sure that the call finished)and then the back button to go out of this ungy screen. I just want to press one's the red button and go to home page.

I end calls by pressing the power button then go to the homes screen by pressing the home button.
I have installed the newest Malaysk ROM on my HU. On the picture attached you can see the Advanced Power Menu like it should be. In my case there is only Reboot after long pressing the button on the top right. Does it belong to the launcher? If I am pressing the button only short my device turns black, but the knobs are still lightning (also you can hear the radio). It seems that the device is hanging up so I had to press the reset button.
Also I want to know If its possible to shutdown the unit completely. Without having connected the ACC wire.
I have the same question about the pwer menu. Like you I only get one option.
