HTC One Max doesn't work!!! - HTC One Max

Hello guys, I really don't know why my One Max died yesterday. I had the Y8 sense 7 rom installed and it had worked since yesterday very well. I had the 4g connection on, I was opening WhatsApp when the phone restarted and it became to restart every time. It doesn't work anymore. I tried to install other roms, I wiped all data through the recovery but the internal storage is always full, there is all inside. I don't know why it doesn't delete all. I tried to install the MIUI rom and it said installed, but after the reboot, there is always the Y8 rom with reboot problem. I have TWRP 2.8.7, I dob't know hot to resolve this. When I use fastboot, the pc doesn't recognize the phone, I don't know how to delete all previous rom and install a new one. If someone can help me, I really appreciate this. I am in a mess, because I have to travel tomorrow and I don't have another phone. Please help me!!! Thank you so much guys

Have you tried to wipe from recovery? Wipe > Advanced Wipe format System, Data, Cache? after that install fresh ROM

[Q] I Think I've Bricked my GS3 & need help!!!!

I've taken on a bit more than qualified I guess as I rooted my att GS3 just fine and flashed a new aokp rom and was up and running but started to have intermitent flickering. It prompted me to reflash rom with CM10 and this is were my problems began. I wiped data/factory reset, cache partition,Dalvik cache, mounts & storage format cache, and accidentally format emmc which I think is my problem. I was able to still reboot to CWM recovery but I can't do much more than that, and now I can't get to CWM recovery mode at all. Have tried to boot and reflash from ex/sdcard no good. PC doesn't recognize phone to do recovery from backup and I didn't do internal backup which I now know was dumb. Is there anything I can do to get back up and running or did I screw myself and have to get a new phone? PLEASE HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!
Buddy... first your phone is ATT GS3. and this forum is for INTERNATIONAL GS3. so if you flashed the rom downloaded from THIS forum than might be possible... the correct forum for your device is here:

[Q] help Slow screen Response after rom flash

Hi guys.
Been trying to figure this our for hours.
I flashed AOSPxXx-ICS-20121111 on my phone but not it runs brutally slow. It takes a like 30 seconds to launch apps.
I followed this steps.
booted to cwm
wiped user data
wiped cache
wiped dalvik cache
install rom
rebooted
let it sit for 10+ mins
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks
Wipe all of the above, plus the system partition.
I cant confirm that the new rom wipes the system partition for you, but if not, then you dirty flashed.
that will cause all kinds of trouble.
Also, did you add any mods like a new kernel ?
I ultimately suggest a new full wipe, and flash. and even a new download of the rom to ensure a clean build.
Sometimes they arrive all borked up....g
Rewipe reflash nd if persist reboot a couple times sometimes it can be slow after aa flash give a couple of reboots nd itll snap too
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I717 using xda app-developers app
What else did you flash? Theme, modem,??
Just wipe and re flash. Don't restore apps, get them from the market.
All I did was flash a new rom, nothing else. I will try again =)
ok i finally got it to work. used odin and restored ics 4.0.4 =)

[Q] Softbricked HTC One X International Version

Hi guys!
I factory reset my rooted phone using Fastboot Screen.
After that, I also did factory reset using recovery.
I erased all partitions, cache, dalvik cache.
Now, my phone can't get past through the HTC Welcome Screen.
I want to flash another ROM but I can't put the zip file in my phone since I can't open the drive in my PC (it's not appearing in my pc).
Please help me. I want my phone to be usable again. Also, I want to continue to flash a New ROM.

My One Max doesn't work

Hello... unfortunately my One Max doesn't work. I had Y8 rom but now it restarts continously and the rom doesn't start. I tried to wipe cache but also TWRP recovery doesn't start. It remains on a blue screen for a while and then it restarts... so now I don't know how to wipe all and install a new rom. I tried to install a stock rom but it doesn't recognize the device, even f I have installed all necessary tools to unlock the phone.
Can you please help me? I need my phone and I don't know what to do.
Thank you

Can't transfer roms through TWRP

Hi
A couple of months ago i decided to change my battery because it was draining for nothing, before that i tried to downgrade to miui 9 and 10, and it didn't change anything, so i thought that the battery was the problem.
But even after changing the battery, i still had this drain issue, so i thought " Miui 11 and kernel?" , so i downgraded again, flashed the optimusdrunk kernel and nothing !
So this morning i decided to tried another rom, the pixel experience, i didn't wanted to do that in the first place because i wanted to keep features such as native call recorder or screen recorder. But i've rather loose thoses features if that can help with my battery issues.
I follow the steps of this tutorial : https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f1/development/rom-pixel-experience-t3967593
And after i wiped dalvik, cache, system, data in TWRP, flashed the rom then factory reset, the rom was succesfully installed, i booted the phone, google logo appeared quite fast, then gave me this " Enable Encryption, please wait a while blablabla" , so i wait, at least 15min , so i figured something was wrong right?
So i rebooted the phone after flashing the twrp recovery again (it always dissapeared when i flash a rom i don't know why..), boot into TWRP and i wanted to see if i did something wrong, but i realized that my sd card didn't show up, and all of my roms was not there anymore , and TWRP says that there is no space available (0mb) (because of the factory reset), so i plug my phone into my computer, but i can't transfer anything to it!!
Now i'm stuck with a phone with no system, and no ability to transfer a simple zip file to flash another rom/firmware
Is there any other way to transfer files or flash a rom with adb command ?
Does that have to do with the encyption thing ?
Cheers
