(kenzo) imei and baseband problem. - Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Questions & Answers

Hi all, i have somehow lost imei and baseband on my redmi note 3.
I have tried "Restoring EFS" guide ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/flash-recover-efs-snapdragon-t3406789 )
And a guide on miui forum too.
I also have flashed miui lp and mm roms by edl method.
Other things i tried are flashing cm13 firmware and all firmware files of Miui manually by fastboot commands but BASEBAND NO. Is still unknown and imei sv is not 0 , it is also UNKNOWN.
How can i get imei sv = 0 and baseband version back so that i can restore imei?
Or does anyone have any other alternative for restoring imei? Please help

Try this.

Hot to flash IMEI/nvram on MTK Phone?

Hello i have a question: Phone with erased IMEI. Going to phone data folder, nothing inside.
Question is:
1) I have the IMEI numbers of the phone
2) Don't have a backup
3) Having an official rom to flash
There is a way to flash the imei information with the ROM flashing?
I know the way with mobileuncle tool click on cdf...radio ecc...i would like to know if there is a way to create something or modify the rom file for inserting the imei information while flashing

huawei y330 u01 flash the rom by sptools but ....imei invalid

hello
As i work for pprojects on my arduino, i decided in the same to flash my huawei y330 u01 for install software like i want and because i found the phone too slow.
the phone was in android 4.2.2 vB123. Now same version after flash failed.:crying:
My phone provider is free mobile
i took the rom made in a french forum and use sp flash tools. Like a newbie, i don't save my phone because where are no data so i don't read all documentations and i check the all options on sp flash so i erase my imie if i understand by erasing the nvram
i try different way to reinstall my imie but all failed. i have a official rom that i tried to flash with 2 computers in w10 or 7 but it's a update.app file and ctw don't take it. i try to unpack this file with a post take here. i also try :
imei repair, ingeneer mode, maei meta ,mobileuncul, mtktools, spflash tools in differents versions 3.x or 5.x ,sn write, nvram fix
so i have few questions :
if i flash the phone with the official rom, can this repair the imie ? In that case, how can i restore with the update.app file is it possible to install the official recovery 3e ?
someone have a backup for an original phone just put the imie to null that i can install?
thanks for everything to try
CR
need the file mddb for my restore
Hi with out being out of law, can somebody send me the file BPLGUIinfoCustomAPPxxxxxx from system /etc/mddb
it's the file if i understand which the modem description. my phone is a y330 u01
chip mt6572 e01
software version moly
hardware (huawei 72 we jb3 hspa hw)
thanks
cr
Uncheck Preloader while other files checked and click on download then connect ur huawei and it should write VCOM XX(where XX represents a random port) in spflash tool.
Official roms are obtainable from huawei sites and there exist different versions but all look same to me ; u may also used a U05 variant on your U01 .

Help Me Getting my phone's IMEI number back

hey guys,
while flashing a rom using mi flash tool it failed with an error "insufficient storage to execute this command"
because i was unaware of the fact that to use mi flash tool i have to use 64-bit OS
as this flaw was out of my mind i used -w command in fastboot,as i understood by the error statement, but it didn't work cause i was using 32-bit os
but after getting aware of the very fact i used 64-bit OS and the process succeeded
Now the phone is booting properly but my my sim cards are not working :crying:
but i afterward noticed that IMEI no. was unknown:silly:
so please help me in getting out of this embarrassing situation.
Thanks.

i faced the same problem and tried everything and nothing worked so i flashed latest official global stable rom 8.1.1.1 mhomidi from miflash tool via edl mode and unbricked my device. my baseband and imei all came back fine.
If u have an efs backup then restore it! It should get back ur imei and sim related stuff!
error

Confusion
What is fastboot file of a ROM
Is it flashed in edl mode or fastboot mode
You might have flashed kenzo firmware to kate device.
I cannot find miui 8.1.1.1
I find 8.1.1.0 and I flashed it but it doesn't work
Can you share the link of miui 8.1.1.1 for Redmi note 3 kenzo

It's 8.1.1.0 indeed. Sry I miss typed it but my phone recovered with that. My baseband and imei was lost and I flashed global image and it all came back.
Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
Noting is working. I am only getting failure.
The last option I have is to go to service centre.
install this app from playstore and manually add your both imei no. app name is Chamelephon

IMEI 0 after flashing stock (lost EFS, no backup)

hello. i did a downgrade from 5.1 to 4.4.4 in my Moto E XT1021 (bootloader unlocked), and in the process I deleted some things that i should not have deleted with "fastboot erase all". i flashed with TWRP the stock ROM (my region one, in this case LATAM), Gapps and Super SU.
The phone works well (connects wifi, etc.) but I don't have mobile data, or service, mi imei number is 0, etc.
I see a lot of people with that problem and i've tried all; really don't know what to do next.
i don't have any efs folder in my internal storage (i deleted it accidentally...) . i don't have any backup copy.
is there any way of recovering it?? (i have mi IMEI number on a note). thanks
