Can u tell us in detail,what u did to your device before?
I thought it's a global issus, it happens after using flash tool for flashing new marshmallow software.FTF

All you need, just instal drivers for xperia (instal SEUS)

I need help and here's my story.
I got Sony Xperia Neo L 3 weeks ago. it was running fine but suddenly it didn't turned up. I showed it to nearby general mobile repairing shop. 3 days later he gave my phone back but it was all chinese. when i turn it on some china unicom and chinese text logo appear before sony and xperia logo, same while turing off and most of the apps are in chinese even i set language to english. I complained him but he told that's all he can do and i have to pay him for this chinese sofware.
Then one of my friend told me that rooting it will solve the problem as he used to root friends tablets and phones so i ask him to help me. First he tried to update my phone through sony update service but chinese software was still there after updating. then he tried to root it and i was watching while he was doing it and there was lots of errors while running runme.bat. so he gave up.
Now my phone is kinda dead. it's not turning on. when i connect it to my pc it says usb device not recognized. only orange light keep blinking same happens while charging in wall socket. i've tried different ports, different pc, charged for whole night but nothing helps. now i couldn't update or root as it's not detected by pc. (there is no any sony service center in my region) i am having big trouble so it would be great help if anybody guide me what to do.
can't repaire because phone is not turning on. haven't rooted. no service center near by. totally sucked.
i am facing the same problem , any solution yet.????

I have tried to flash my Xperia Neo L phone to a custom rom and it is bricked now
I have rooted the phone first, then installed CWM recovery and then installed the custom rom. after that when my phone is not starting or booting
Nothing comes up
No booting. If I press the power button, then it will blink the red led few times
I tried to flash it again in flash recovery and when I connect the phone in recovery, computer could not identify the device and the driver installation failed
Can someone help me?

What I got from this is that he had already put in some custom firmware. You should've gone to the Exclusive Service Centre.
You must try updating it using SEUS again or try fishing stock firmware using Flashtool. This should help. Do give a feedback as to what happened next... Here to help!

Thank you "karanrajkapur". I charged my phone for a complete day and now using the flash tool I restored the original ROM from Sony.
Could you please help with a best rom for Xperial Neo L

There's nothing like a good or a comparably better ROM. It's all about personal favourites. There are different ROMs based on different parameters. It's totally your call. Either go for a performance based or a battery based ROM.

Sony Xperia Neo L bricked
hey i got a problem regarding my xperia neo l...
i tried to root it but now its all bricked...when i press the power button only a red light blinks three times and it doesn't get switched on....whenever i connect it through usb it gives message "usb doesn't recognize the device".....i tried updating but it gives message - "your device is already up to date"....i also tried the option to repair it by pc companion but as its not detecting through usb cable...its nt helping...i even tried to unbrick it using flashtool but it's not detecting the phone...so again its nothing...
please help...

:crying: actually on rooting my sony xperia mini pro i went for flashing using firmware ics 4.1.B.0.587 version but while flashing usb disconnected due to external cause now this phone is not working even i press power button it vibrates and it wont work please guys i need ur help please reply me soon to repair my sytem android os
Removing the phone during flashing may result in hardbrick. But if your phone's bootloader is locked try repairing it with seus or pcc. Btw can it go to flashmode or fastboot mode?

Can you use flashtool and go with phone into flashmode?
Remove battery from phone for 2-3 min. And after put battery back try flash any .ftf for your phone.
The Sony Update Service:
download sony update serivce (SUS) from here: SUS
install it, and follow instructions.

I have Sony Ericsson xperia Neo (MT11i 11W41). Couple of days before I received online update. I accepted, and downloading and installation started.
After that my mobile gone sleep mode. NO LCD Display not charging indication. Green led flashes on mobile charging, and orange 3 flashes on Power up.
I spent lot of time on net but could not find solution to power up my mobile. I did many firmware through flash tool, Zero point and S1 Tool But no solution.
Even I tried Emma, it displayed all information and shows “Phone is locked”.
Any help to solve this issue?

Emma is referring to "Unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com". i follow there instruction but stuck on fastboot, because fastboot is not detecting any fast boot device.
I did unofficial way (short test points) but nothing happened.

Yesterday i updated my mobile through Sony PC Companion 2.1. Update finished with success (4.1.B.0.587), but mobile did not switched ON. Then I used S1tool to verify the OS, It was very surprising because OS did not change, I have still 4.0.2.A.0.42.
Is it the problem of boot-loader?
Any one can help?????????

good day guys. please ive not been able to use my Xperia z2 for about 2 months now because it is bricked(i think it is hard brick because it blinks red light when i plug in charger but it doesnt charge). I was trying to restore my Existenz backup when it bricked and ive tried flashing the MM firmware which flashes and it would switch on , get past the Xperia logo and the screen would just fade off. Please help me guys as it is not being recognized by PC again self( i dont know whether this is caused because the battery is dead). PLEASE HELP ME GUYS.

Flash .291 fw from flashtool or use SONY PC Companion to repair device.

i have done all that but it doesn't seem to work.
Get the latest firmware for your device and flash using the flash tool
