I m observing that a few minutes~2-3 minutes usage brings a light heat in the camera region.. But battery has normal temperature... Does anyone hav ths issue?
yes, multiple reasons
you are using camera to shoot HD video
you are gaming
you are browsing using edge/3g
you are using a modem that doesnt suits you
you are using a custom rom that kernel doesnt suits you or heating issues with it.

I need to ask what does it takes to make SGA-i running stable, lag free and worth keeping.
I tried almost every thing (roms, kernels, tweaks and mods) even CM but the overall performance was not convincing.
So:
-what the ultimate combination of rom and tweaks should I use in order to make 100% use of SGA-i?

Well, there is no best Rom in XDA. Try out different roms. See which ones you like and see their performance.
Memory Wise: partition your SD card and if you want, increase internal memory with a cronmod script.
I'm pretty sure their are different scripts to increase performance and definetly work...
And kernal wise, they can either come with a rom or you can flash it seperatly.

Sell the phone. Put some money on it and buy another phone without a Broadcom chip!
Stock rom without any tweak is Lag free! With pureperformance tweaks its pretty usable. And stock based custom roms we have they are good and stable. CM7 has bugs but performance is top!
But as i understand you want a S3 mini performance from Ace-i which is impossible! So changing your phone is only option left...

yes CM7 has great performance and makes our device even near to higher devices, but right now it is useless, and this was the last solution for me!
I came to a conclusion that whatever we do to this device,no thing changes because it has severe hardware limitations.
So you are right changing it is the only solution but right now I have to keep it because I have no money and the prices in my country are very very very high

yes..I tried what you said...but Iam asking what do you personnaly prefer???
Man, we cant say to you which is the best rom, just try by yourself.
If we say that some rom is better than other, then we are disrespecting other rom makers, please, understand it.
Search in s5830i development section
i think you can try the stock rom and root it? its probably the most stable rom if you dont like experimenting

My personal Opinion: I use Touchwiz Ressoruction. You can look at the Thread for that in the dev section. It is a nice and smooth rom with the look of S3 (It has Rafael.Baugis Kernal). This is only my opinion. I respect all the other Devs who make amazing Roms, Tweaks and Kernals.

+1 for Touchwiz Ressoruction, currently it's the only stable ROM around, it's very smooth and lag free.
OK guys..soon I will try touchwiz resurrection and give you my feedback
but one last thing, Iam struggling to play youtube flv which I downlowded in my device..can anyone suggest a solution!!
Every stock Rom is stable... Not just touchwiz resurrection.
Want a pure bareboned Rom? Retribution beta 4 extreme bareboned,
The smoothest cm7 Rom I've used is miui.

simplicity v5.2 and rafael baugis kernel
Hey all.
I have been using this rom [ROM][JB4.3]Ganbarou GT-P7500/7501/7510/7511 Android 4.3 based on CM10.2 for some while.
It is fast and nice!
And battery life is great!
Buit after some time it gets slow and i have to restart the tablet.
And Netflix dont work.
What stable and nice rom can you recommend?
I just want a rom where all works.
What about? CyanogenMod (http://www.cyanogenmod.org/ )
Thanks
Regards Daniel
Toldo 's jellybean ICS ROM plus A1 kernel. Best and stable performance you can get.

I tried Toldos Jellybean rom for a while. It is great except for batterylife. Now using cm 10.1. Has a good batterylife and its works well.
I have only been using Ganbarou for quite some time and it is great. Especially the battery life. I do agree that it does get laggy after some time, but it does not bother me too much. It will be the deciding point for me to change, though.
Luckilly BeeGee has taken over Nameless rom from Kasper. I understand there to be some screen glitches on it, but I might take it for a drive over the weekend. If it gives me what Ganbarou gives me, without the lagg, and the glitches is not too annoying, I might stay with it.

Ahh okay Got it installed Hope it works well.
Hi all
I haven't changed my rom in more than a year and I'm completely lost. I used CM 10.1 but it has graphic glitches and it sometimes freezes. I'm also looking for something as stable as possible, with multi user support. I use the tablet mostly for video and web browsing. Don't really care about having the latest version of Android, as long as it's equal or higher than 4.2 for the multi user feature.
Can you please give me some advice?

Try OMNI 4.3. Doesn't have much or any features at all, but very stable.

COSMIC ROM

Try Baidroid
So far I have used many ROMs for I8552, but I find Baidroid is best. Baidroid Link
It has lot of features with better battery support.
You can control data usage of individual app.
Root or unroot your mobile with single click under settings.
All the junk apps of Samsung and Google are removed.
Phone works much faster.
Nice. Have you tried Cosmic ROM?

I want a rom which is to look like kitkat and status bar should be transparent.
I need two sims working and no lagging of mobile. What rom you guys prefer for me

Waiting for cm12 unofficial to release. Couldn't even use cm11.. Hope devs do something for it.
most stable is any stock/stock based ROM no doubt. Cosmic ROM has a AOSP look and good performance. Baidu looks good but I cant put the ROM in portuguese language is there a workaround?
We generally do not allow "Best Rom" threads but promote trying all the roms and see which you like best... Closed
What would you guys recommend for most stable and battery life? I'm currently on PureNexus with franco kernel, seems to be very stable for the past few months. Not sure if there are better options for both battery/stability, any recommendations?
A bonus would be if it works with the HDR apk here: Google Camera HDR, currently with above rom and kernel it can't run and keeps crashing.
Thanks!

I don't think it's an issue with radon, but my phone doesn't seem to work well with it. I can't remember the exact issue I had but something along the lines of phone crashing. Somehow no other users had the same issue so I just stuck to another kernel. I could give it a try again though.
Thanks for the recommendation!

Use franco or nexus experience stock kernel. The stock kernel works well too. But the ROM is fantastic.

I suggest u to use cosmic os..there r not many users..but it one of the smoothest n stable ROM I have ever seen...camera quality is quite comparable to miui...this ROM has zero ui glitches.. If u want customisation then there r bunch of customisation which r useful unlike creepy unwanted features found on other ROM(RR ROM)..its based on caf..so the battery life is excellent... Its has color engine feature of aospa ROM..plzz do try this ROM...its excellent...u ll b shocked by the performance
Cosmic os
