Thanks, but the app that i mean is the stock one, and not the unlocker, but the one that IMPROVES the face recognition.
Anyway, thank you men
You can't improve like that. It is a Android apk, it can't be improved by an app.

Yes, but how is the app called?
I´m asking it because I downloaded a custom rom and those custom rom hasn´t got that app.
I know that is a system app, and I know how to install it, but I need it´s name, to put the app in system/app
Thanks

Oh, you need the apk because your custom ROM doesn't have it? You are making EVERYONE confused by using the word Improve. You can't improve it, you can't upgrade it. That's what it sounded like.

Oooh. Now I get it. But you can't take the app, because it is a single apk.

[Q] Use Apps other than stock in dual window

Hi all,
Is there a way to use apps other than the predetermined 10 in the dual window feature? On my G2 I could use any app.
Thanks.

Thanks for linking me to that topic. That was really easy and it should probably come standard from LG.
I used JRummy's Build Prop Editor from the market and was done in seconds. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.apps.build.prop.editor&hl=en

Do you know how to fix it?
Unfortunately no. You will have to either make changes to the ROM you're using or flash another one.
It won't be fixed by making any changes so easily.

I'm using Cyanogenmod 13. some other rom can fix this, maybe, you said?
Doesn't matter if you're using cm13 or 12 or any other. It will work on a good stable ROM. Your build for the cm13 has bugs including this one.

So what am i supposed to do? wait for the most stable Cyanogenmod rom?

As I said, it's a problem with the ROM whenever you face something like this. Just flash a more stable ROM.

Which twrp version on 7.1.1?

I got the dev preview going. Unlocked bootloader. Tried to flash twrp 3.0.2-2 through fastboot commands. Looked like it went well but when I try and boot into recovery I got the droid with red triangle.
Am I using the right version or doing it wrong? Also when I get twrp up and going, what's the best root file to flash? I wanna pixelize my 6p.
Thanks !!

So I had a similar issue. I flashed the OTA and forgot to flash SU before the reboot. This is why you can not get TWRP to flash. To fix this use Wug's tool kit found here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/development/toolkit-wugs-nexus-root-toolkit-v2-1-0-t3258493.
In stall tool kit on PC and when prompted for android version select ANY, should be the last choice on the list (don't select the version you have i.e 7.0, 7.0 etc). Then click root with TWRP and wait for it to go through the process. Now you will have TWRP working and SU in stalled. It will install the latest versions of both, so no worries there.
Good luck!

Thanks for the response. I've used wugfrsh for years. When I try to use it this time it reboots to bootloader fine but when it says the device is booting temporarily into twrp the phone never does it. It just stays in BL screen.
Edit...think I got it. Thanks for your help. Needed to change to "any build".
If you dont mind. Did you get all the pixel mods running? Assist, camera, etc? Which method did you follow? I see multiple methods available with some issues here and there.
Thanks again.

Did you select the any version of android? That is odd, it worked fine for me on 7.0 and 7.1.1. Did you run it as admin? Try tuning off you Anit-virus, in the past that interfered for me unlocking HTC bootlodaers
Perhaps a different tool kit would work for you.

Yes, I have the camera working. Got it from the app thread, as well as the launcher. For assistant to work I just did the build prop edit.
Find: ro.product.model=Nexus 6P and change it to
ro.product.model=Pixel XL
Then add this line:
ro.opa.eligible_device=true
save and reboot. Long press home and set it up.
Here for apps http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/themes-apps/pixel-skin-apps-t3486186
For me, the round icons did not work so well.

Boot ani is good, deleted the stock one and just copy and paste into system>media> set permissions and reboot.
In the app thread there is a black version of the boot ani as well, I prefer the stock white
Oh, don't forget the live wallpaper apk, its worth it. I like the globe the best, it moves according to the time of day. its sweet.
Yea. I'm in good shape now. Found a badass camera app with zero shutter lag. Everything else is now totally pixelized. Can't wait to see how battery compares to a pixel thanks for all the help.
Still using my s7 while the pixel 6p charges.

Well if you downgrade, a full wipe would be in order. I for one had fc's on 7.1.1. I did a full wipe and clean install of the system image. All is well now except for amazon app store. But this is no surprise as it did this with the 7.0 preview as well, I can live with this. It will be updated soon enough.
You want unofficial twrp 3.0.2-3. See this thread for details and a download link.

You just have to be careful of what you disable. BK has one section that's just bloat and should be okay but if you just go and randomly disable services some need the others to work.
