Hi.
I do not know if some other member can be of more assistance, but in opinion you will probably have to re-flash stock (especially if even factory reset is not working).
Take a look at his thread by @Jaocagomez for your firmware. It is listed. Read through a little bit to gain a general better understanding.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-maxx/general/quark-stock-firmware-moto-maxx-droid-t3063470
Look around on what tools to use and how to flash stock for you specific device. (check out info about RSD Lite 6.2.4, it is mentioned in the above link)
Hope it helps as a starting point!
It dint help, my bootloader is unlocked but adb doesnt detect my device eventhough i have installed usb drivers. Adb says no devices/emulaters found. Phone shows transfer mode when i connect my mobile. I formated data, cache, everything in phone. Am stuck in bootloader. Unable to install stock. Is there any other way to install stock rom witjout enableing usb debugging?
There is this one: http://rsdlite.com/

Hi All,
I am having an issue with my S4 that when I plug them into my computer I get USB device not recognized. I have searched the forum for the past 2 days trying all kinds of different solutions the major one was changing my USB/charging port board on my phone.
I need to ODIN my device to an MJ7 image. At first I got the error and did a factory reset through safestrap recover. Still got the error so I did an advance wipe of every option. (Looking back shouldnt have done that) That took away my recovery, but I can get to download mode, but its not detected by my computer to use ODIN with. So I am stuck without a custom recovery without the ability to boot into anything.
Here is what I have tried so far:
1. Reinstall/uninstall drivers, reinstall/uninstall kies.
2. Changed USB ports on computer.
3. Changed USB cables
4. Changed computers from Win 8 x64 to Win 7 x64.
5. Changed computer to my MACbook using Heimdall.
6. Changed USB charging port board on my phone.
7. Tried everything again. *Still doesnt detect it*
Any ideas that I havent done already, or how to fix? I do have nandroid backup of my ROM, but dont have a custom recovery to flash it.
Cant ODIN back cause its not detected by my computer. Thanks in advance for your help.
Is USB debugging still checked on phone? You must use the USB cable provided with phone...

Thanks for the reply. I cant select USB debug on my phone because my phone does not boot into the main OS, it is stuck at the samsung custom padlock screen. The USB debug option was on when the OS was installed though. My phone will only boot into stock recovery and into download mode. I tried to use the original USB cable provided with the phone as I read this could be the problem, but I tried 4 other ones too and phone still gets detected as "Unknown Device" in device manager, so ODIN cant even see phone in download mode to restore. I have tried to install KIES and the Samsung Mobile phone drivers 1.5.x.x drivers. Just read somewhere where someone had this issue and installed Samsung mobile phone driver v1-4-6-0 so I am trying that now.

Tried Samsung Mobile phone drivers version 1.4.6.0 and still the same outcome "USB device not recognized". I went down to a local electronics store and bought two different brand microUSB data cables. Tried them both along with my original one from samsung, and still the same result. Any other ideas??
Anyone else have any ideas? Thinking of sending it in and having it JTAG'ed back to stock. Can anyone recommend any services? Heard mobiletechvideos is good.

Hey, I am new here so sorry if I'm posting in wrong board.
I rooted my P70 a while ago and everything was fine. Now I decided that I want to flash 5.1.1 on it. I proceeded to flash TWRP.
I tried it with SP flash on pc, I checked that my scatter file and recovery.img was correct. I opened the scatter file in SP, connected my phone and clicked download, but nothing happened. Only the phone started charging, I have enabled USB Debugging and developer mode. The bootloader was still the stock one. Why?
Next thing I tried is to put the recovery.img on SD card and downloading Uncletools, I flashed it and it asked me if I want to reboot in bootloader, so I did, but it was still the stock bootloader.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks a lot for any response.
Anyone got any idea?

Hey,
I have the same issue. The phone is rooted but the SP flash tool will not do anything. I've read that it's because the USB drivers are incorrect. However I am unable to install the drivers as the phone does not show up under other devices but rather under portable devices. I tried to install the android sdk and use those drivers or ones I found on the web but none of them will take. I found the ADB device signed driver under USB devices in the device manager.
I am honestly at a loss here. Would be grateful if anyone has ideas I could try!
Thanks
Hey I hope you guys are able to help me, so onto my problem : it happened all a few months ago while flashing (can't remember exactly what) that my device won't boot it vibrates and then gets stuck at the M logo. I already went into boot loader and wiped cache etc: nothing. I have a locked bootloader status 0 and adb & fastboot installed on my PC, I charged my phone to 100% tried connecting it via USB but in the bootloader it doesn't change into transfer mode. It doesn't get recognised by the PC at all (im gonna try another cable in a bit) although it does charge through the USB port, as for the drivers I have the official Motorola drivers installed but to no avail.
Could it be that USB debugging is off due to me wiping everything and thus I can't connect via adb? How would I go about flashing in this case. Any help is highly appreciated you guys are my last hope
Soooooooooooo, I tried to install twrp recovery on my phone, not knowing I had to unlock my bootloader, and I have usb debugging on but not authorized on this computer (or any computer) and I have OEM unlocking disabled! I cant access anything but the download mode and adb and fastboot won't recognize it. I've tried odin and it recognizes it but it keeps failing to flash pleaaaaase help. P.S. I do have the correct drivers (tested it on another phone) and am using correct cable.
Is it a Qualcommm? If yes feel free to check the thread below also like my replies it encourages me ALOT.

Hi,
I'd like to recover data from a Samsung Galaxy A51 .
The phone is locked and I don't have the pincode (forgotten), I've been able to turn it off (only with USB connected, otherwise asks pin) and put it in recovery mode, but from there couldn't reboot to bootloader/download mode... (the phone just restart normally).
I think USB debugging is disabled too...
I was looking into adb commands with clockworkmod installed to pull data out, but I can't find a way to flash it to the phone..
I'm fairly new to Android but I have experience with computers and procedures.
How can I achieve the data recovery?
Thank you very much for your help.

If you can't unlock the screen and if USB debugging was not enabled before the issue started, you will not be able to recover your data.
