Wait wot? Never saw this "charging rapidly" on my Lineage OS experience. All I saw was charging and charging slowly and are you using a Turbo Charger?

Hello,
how to speed up charging? It's too slow..
Is there any solutions?
Thanks
An adapter with a higher output. About 1.5 volts max. You don't want to blow up your phone right?

Charging is capped in the kernel driver. Using another charger will not work.
So, a custom kernel with this feature can solve this problem?

Me too - charged from 10% to 72% in exactly one hour. Never timed it with other kernels, but charging time wasn't even close to this.
He changed the maximum charge rate from 650mA to 1000mA, so it will be quite a bit faster if you have a 1000mA(1A) charger (the stock one is 700mA or 1A depending on region), or a bit faster anyway.

Seems logical. Can't go too OT for , er, reasons that are under the control of higher powers.. so I'll just ask if you slept well?

i know but still just making sure that my battery is now needed to be replaced so doing anything i can with the battery...who know what may work..but i dont get one thing....if my battery is not working properly then it should drain fast rather than getting stuck on 70%...that's why i am doing almost everything with the software so that i am sure that my battery is not working properly and i wont be wasting money in buying a new one

My Sony Xperia Sola takes 2 and half hours to CHARGE. What is this? Soo long? I don't understand. My old 5320 would take 1 hour 20 mins to go from 1% to 100%.
Is there a fix to this?

USB wall charger itself. That is connected to the micro USB cable. I charge it uninterrupted and it takes friggin' 2 and half hours. I don't know what to do!

Yes! Of course Sony's official charger that comes with the SOLA.
What charger do you recommend I buy? Only the Socket to USB converter needs to be bought right? The USB cable need not be changed I believe.
Sony's one charges faster than others, this problem you're having doesn't sound normal, maybe its battery related, got a spare?

does it harm kenzo plz answer

QC3 is not supported so it'll just be QC2 but waste of money just 20-25 min difference in charging time

Lol want fry your charging PCB circuit.
Use quick charge 2.0 lol
While charging device must not cross 42degree celcius temp.
Otherwise end up like us no battery backup like others
First with stock charger I am getting 9 hrs sot then using quick charge 2.0 getting 6-7 hrs max sot IMO
Is there any reason I should be using the fast charger I got for my s9 vs the one from my previous s8? (Voltage difference etc...). I noticed when my phone is @ 95% it says it'll take approximately 10 minutes to get to 100%. Does this sound correct?

Look at the chargers, both should have the exact same model number.
So it doesn't matter which one you use.
