If you have an SD Card installed, try removing the SD card and then booting the phone.
If that works... then I bet you have a Samsung 128GB MicroSD card???? (if not, maybe another brand 128GB card?)
It seems that there is something in the 7.1.1 boot sequence for the Moto Z's that is hanging during the mount of the SD Card when it is a Samsung 128GB card. Removal of the SD allows a successful boot up.
Once boot up is complete, you should be able to insert the SD card (without rebooting the phone) and the phone will see the SD card and the "missing SD" notification will go away and the phone will function as it always has. It seems that unless Motorola/Lenovo release a patch for this issue, that your only options are 1) remove SD during every reboot, or 2) purchase a different SD card (Motorola seems to recommend SanDisk).

No there is no SD card. The phone is stuck on bootloader.

I had the same issue, stuck on bootloader and error saying recovery could not be read. I rebooted a few times and it eventually went away. Problem is that now my phone acts REALLY weird. And the Software Assistant does NOTHING to help out. It doesn't detect the phone in regular mode and in fastboot, it says everything is fine and doesn't let me restore.
I have a feeling the OTA had a problem installing and a clean slate is the only way to fix it. The only issue is that I can't find a copy of an XT1560-02 ROM anywhere, only other variants.

I had the same issue after update. Recovery could not be validated. I removed the SD card and boom perfect boot. I just hope the issue gets patched soon, would hate to have to carry that Lil key around for if I need a reboot to remove SD card before boot

Same issue. But instead of removing sd card. Just go into recovery mode and wipe cache.
Works

This helped me. If you can fastboot, this may solve your problem:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/how-to/how-to-update-to-official-7-1-1-moto-z-t3640298
you don't need to root or install TWRP if you don't want to.

I did id, but not luck

Maybe you could provide more information. Have you been on Stock 7.1.1 and tried to unlock your bootloader without allowing Oem Unlocking in developer options? What is the current state of your device, means are you able to get into recovery mode?

7.1.1 Original Stock - Not Allowed OEM Unlocking
Everything was great, but a week ago the cellphone it restarted itself, and never back: It's stuck in bootloop.
I get it with Android 6.0, and i was upgrading via Ota until 1th July, which that means it's 7.1.1 Rom Stock
Cause i wanted have my cellphone pure, i didnt touch anything(I didn't want loose my warranty), so i'm never check to allow "oem unlocking"
Now, warranty doesn't help me because i bought it in Italia, and im living in Argentina now, and they said taht they have Local Warranty.
So, i tried to solved it by my self... I did it with my old phones but they were cheap, so i think is it that why i never have ear about Reset Software Factory Protection.
Brief:
Original Stock 7.1.1
Yes, i tried unlock BL without Allow OEM Unlocking
Yes, i can get in BootLoader and in fastboot without problem
Thank You very much

Maybe a factory reset might help. Switch off your phone. By holding the power button and the volume down button you get into bootloader mode. Tap volume up until you see recovery. Press power to confirm. (If you see the little green android, hold the power button for 2 sec and then press volume up) In the recovery menue select factory reset, if you choose with data wipe, be aware that you'll lose all your data. After that reboot your system. Hopefully it will boot up and you can set it up from scratch.

I did it.

1. What happens, if pull out the ext sd-card and then reboot?
2. Which version of stock rom did you download?
3. Download and install RSD-lite on your pc

Start RSD-lite on your pc.
Then put your device in bootloader mode and connect it to your pc. Does RSD-lite show, that your device is connected?

With or without SD it's the same... Anyway, i have the phone without SD and SIM now.
I dont know really which version its... I follow and download from this Tuto:

That's good. (Sorry for the late reply, it was late and i fell asleep).
As i understood you purchased the device in italy and now you live permantly in argentina. Where did you take the 7.1.1 OTA, in Italy or in Argentina?
With the help of RSD we could try to restore your firmware. Not sure if it works for you in Argentina.
1. Download the NPL25...RETBR stockfirmware from here on your pc https://mirrors.lolinet.com/firmware/moto/griffin/official/RETBR/
2. Extract the zip and search for this file: flashall.xml and remember where to find it.
3. Run RSD on your pc
4. Reinsert your simcard (not the sdcard). Put your moto z into bootloader mode and connect it with your pc. Wait until it gets recognized.
4. Click the three little dots in RSD (left beneath the start button). Now search the flashall.xml file and double click. It will be added to the command field.
5. Click start.
RSD should now flash the firmware onto your device. This takes about 10 minutes. Wait untill your moto reboots completely and you get a PASS notification in RSD.
Hope it works. If not, we have to try plan B.

Sorry, i was quite busy...
I bought three: One to my girlfriend, one to my brother(Both are working perfect, like a charm ¬¬) and the cursed one to me, of course!!
Well, when i read "RETBR" i remember that mine cellphone said "RETEU"(or something like that) in settings, so i have checked in my girlfriend's phone, and yeah, they are RETEU and, in the link that you have shared with me, i found one that said that.
I have downloaded both of them, just in case.
Now i'm have try with RETBR, and it didn't work
Now im going to try "RETEU", and, you know, i'm feeling lucky!
Let's cross our fingers

There is still no RETEU 7.0 available, thats why you have to flash the RETBR.
Try again to flash the RETBR NPL25..firmware with RSD. If you'll get the same failed error message, here is
PLAN B:
Copy the flashall.xml file and rename it to flashallcopy.xml.
Open the copied file with a text editor and delete the 2 lines with "gpt" and "bootloader" in it. Save it and close the copy. With this the RSD program will skip those two commands. Click the 3 dots and add the flashallcopy.xml file to RSD. Click Start.
If that doesn't work, we have to run Plan C
Good luck

*OLD TUTORIAL*
Warning Just to let you know that this will Void your warranty you should already know that
Also this may look really long but its short just somewhat really specific
Hello Fellow Optimus L9 Users today I Bring you a tutorial on how to unlock bootloader the noob version for those who are new to rooting and stuff because there is another one that is more complicated and less specific but if you want to check it out heres
the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2198114
Okay First to let you know that when you flash V20B_00.kdz the screen will get kind
of funky everything will be inverted and backwards so dont worry. And one more thing is
that when you boot up every single time after doing this the boot will be mirrored. Just
to let you know.
First Just want to thank "pinoyto" "Lelus" and "cmahendra"
Okay Now to Start Download the zip containing the files link here https://www.dropbox.com/s/uxwvkkp8yyyev0k/Bootloader Unlock .zip Files contained
in the zip are "Adb" "Recovery image" "V6.bin" and "V20_00.bin"
After youve downloaded extract the files to a folder for later use.
Now before we go to flash the V20.kdz enable "usb debugging"
Now go flash the kdz with this tutorial http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36351786
1)Now after you've flashed then comes the screen problem just unlock and go throught the setup quickly
2) Connect your usb and make sure the usb debbuging icon pop-ups the little spider looking thing if thats enabled good
3) Okay next im not really sure if its needed but just do it change the usb
entrance to "LG Software Mode" to do this the simple way you need to disconnect usb and
connect again after than the options appear what type of usb entrance click on the back arrow
and it should select the "LG Software Mode"
4) Now we want to connect to the WiFi THIS IS NECESSARY FOR IT TO WORK go and connect to it
after that make sure you are connected by opening the browser or youtube and if a page or
video loads your set now go make yourself a coffee or some thing because now you have to wait
30 or more minutes
5) Ok now that the 30 minutes or more have passed you need to go to the downloaded files and move
the "Android" folder to your "C:\" drive "dont worry just has adb files" now open a command prompt and
type the following
"cd c:\Android"
"adb devices" to make sure your phone is connected a list of numbers should appear
"adb reboot oem-unlock" and your phone should then reboot
then the lg logo will appear then a mirrored confirmation to unlock bootloader just press
the "Volume Up" button and it will confirm it then hold the power button until it reboots
6) Now we need to go to "rooted 10g" again just go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173465
and follow every single instruction but when you are about to enter the flashing process instead
of "Emergency" mode you need to put it to "Diag" mode and then start the flashing process
7) After you are done with that you cant boot so you must perform a wipe and the way of doing that
is too have phone off hold "Power button + Volume Down + Home Button" then you should see
a android with the little globe and a loading bar after its done it will turn off then
now reboot and after it boot it will be mirrored you can fix that but in my opinion it is a little more confusing
because the screen is still messed up the whole left side is inverted with the right side but if you still want to remove the mirror
you must press the power button once to turn off screen then again to turn on and it will be fixed but the touch is still inverted
8) Now go through setup and enable usb debugging and then u need to go to the superuser app
and if you dont have it you did not do the root process correctly go to it again "and if you need help just pm me"
open the app and update the binary after that go to your computer and open command promt again
and enter the following commands but before you must put the v6.bin file to your external sd card it is in the downloaded files after you have put it to the root
of your external sd card enter the following commands
"cd c:\Android"
"adb shell"
"su" when you enter this go to your phone and accept the su request
"cat /sdcard/external_sd/v6.bin > /sys/devices/virtual/input/lge_touch/firmware"
after you entered the last command you need to close that command promt and open
another one and type the following commands
"cd c:\Android"
"adb shell"
"su"
"reboot" then it will reboot and the touch will corectly work remember the mirrored problem will continue
to occur on your phone like i said just turn off screen then turn it on and it will be fixed
Now you have unlocked bootloader
If you want to install the cm10 rom the optimus L9 has as of right now you
have to do the following
1) Go to the app store and search for the app called "Nandroid Manager ROOT"
download the app and open it then go to flash recovery you must first put the recovery from the downloaded file to the
root of you external sd card and then go to the app and search for the recovery and flash it.
After you flash it you will have a recovery on your phone
(just to let you know it will be mirrored) but to boot to recovery you must turn off the phone
and then hold the "Volume UP + Home Button + Power Button"
now go download the cm10 rom from here " http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2216542 " put the file to the root of your sd card and then reboot to recovery and then to flash you will need to "wipe system, wipe cache, and wipe dalvik cache then flash" after you flash the zip reboot and you will have CM10 Hope This helped

Just unlocked bootloader on my phone. Looks like having SIM card with data is a must. Tried all day yesterday on WiFi, never worked. Finally bought a SIM unlock code on eBay and used my StraightTalk SIM card. Reverted back v10G, set everything up (had to type APNs manually), turned WiFi off and verified that data works. Flashed v20B again, verified that WiFi is still off and data is on, waited for about half hour. Unlocked on the first try.
So whoever is having troubles, looks like you just need working SIM with data and WiFi it not really necessary.

I have straight talk tmobile sim with no apn setup and WiFi on for it to work for me.
I kept waiting 30 mins x3 because I had taken my sim and SD card out due to fear of damage. So I second that keep the sim in and WiFi on (made a guest ssid for one click connect).
@nevkuril do you have st att or tmo? If tmo, I know its late but the tmo sim works without the need for carrier unlock.

Trying to go back to Stock P769

I recently installed CyanogenMod with the Unlock Bootloader for noobs and I noticed the internal SD wasn't mounted. So I tried to flash an ICS ROM to see if it would work but it didn't. I was stuck at the boot screen. I tried restoring an ICS CWM backup and a JB backup but it didn't work. Currently, I have a flashed JB backup with a messed up touchscreen (because of the way I unlocked the boot-loader). It won't boot and I don't know how I can install the stock ROM. I really just want my phone to work at this point. I don't know if there's any way to use the offline method to flash a .kdz since I can't access android. I tried hard resetting, but when I do it starts up Clock Work Mod which I believe happens because of the way I unlocked boot-loader.
I'm trying to use this guide to fix it using SW upgrade. I did find a .bin and .fls which i'm downloading right now.
If anyone could help or give some advice that would be great. I really just want to use my phone, I don't care about flashing a custom ROM right now. As long as my phone works, I'll be happy.

Let me know if this works for you! Also you can do the offline fix just as long as you can get into S/W Upgrade mode. But I am curious to see if you can use the bin/fls files tool that you mentioned to get your phone working again.

Thanks for the reply! I'm planning on trying this method out tomorrow and ,if you don't mind, could you please elaborate on how I can do the offline fix with S/W Upgrade mode? I'll check back on the forum tomorrow!

Well just get your phone into S/W Upgrade mode and follow this tutorial. Getting into S/W Upgrade:
1. Get stock ROM here.
2. Turn off your phone
3. Press and hold the vol + button while inserting USB to computer
4. Keep holding the vol + until you see the S/W upgrade mode
5. Flash ROM with tutorial mentioned above.
Good Luck!

Isn't that just an infobank of all the KDZs? I'm pretty new, but can you flash a kdz with the offline method? To clarify, I was asking how to flash the kdz with the offline method in S/W upgrade mode. So ROMs/KDZs are essentially the same, right?
Edit: I read everything over again and realized what KDZs really are. I'm just wondering now if I could just hard reset in some other way because the LG Update Tool doesn't recognize my phone even though I see all the drivers. It's stuck at 15%.
Edit 2: I tried the method I suggested and it resulted with "Magic number does not concide".
So I'm stuck here with a phone that is stuck in bootloop, and has CWM installed. Can anyone help?

alright, this is all from memory but the offline flash didnt work as well for me when stuck in weird bootloops.
Step one-going back to online flash---->
A---
the easiest way i found was to go to C:/windows/system32/drivers/ect/hosts
right click>open with notepad
there should be two lines at the bottom
"127.0.0.1 csmg.lgmobile.com
127.0.0.1 csmgdl.lgmobile.com"
i would cut them out and paste them in a text doc in the same folder for reference later...
but either way you should remove them from the hosts file and save
B----
Make sure your small server is closed! once you minimize it it should go down to your status bar (shttps)
Step two-LGMS---->
make sure you have LG mobile support installed or install it.
open lg mobile support
install needed drivers for your phone
power your phone off/remove the battery
put battery back in
connect it to your computer holding down the volume up button
S/W UPDATE mode should pop up, if it doesn't preform and hardreset and try again til it works (it will)
then in the top right corner there should be a button or two click them both until you see
"restore update" or Update restore or something to that effect
select that
and let it ride man
i got my phone ****ed many times and just had to keep redoing this until it worked. if your bootloader is truely unlocked you can probably go through all that again and get CM10 working, i did but im still working through kinks.....
GOOD LUCK feel free to ask any more Q's about this process if you run into any problems

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. Before I start, do you mean LG Mobile Support form when I unlocked the boot-loader, if not could you provide a link to it? And by the way, when I tried hard resetting, the phone sent me back to CWM, any ideas why?
I was reading the CM10.2 notes yesterday and I realized there isn't supposed to be an internal SD card showing up when you plug in your phone to your PC. So I did tried fixing what wasn't broke.
Anyway, thanks for the info!

was your phone off before you hit the vol up and home, then clicked power for three-five seconds?

Such a late reply, sorry! I did nothing. Before you replied I flashed CM10.2 but never bothered to boot up my phone. Preparing to connect my phone to my comp, I couldn't start CWM so I figured " I'll just leave my phone plugged in for a few hours." Two hours later, my phone has a blank screen, i'm thinking "This shouldn't be blank? What the hell?." I pressed the power button and was greeted with Cid. I screamed out loud: "**** yeah!"
If people have the same problem as me all I did was: Reflash my my phone with 10.1, stock, 10.1 again, and then 10.2. I did that, only that.
What's funny is that I never checked to see if my phone was working after I flashed CM10.2. :silly:
Can't wait for Kit-Kat. Thank you for keeping up with my post, CROSSFREEZE I appreciate it!
Edit: I might submit a really specific and simplified version of the "Unlock Bootloader for Noobs P769" for the take of contributing.

0.15 BTC reward for unbrick my Z2!

Hey guys!
First of all i do not know if offering a donation for people helping out someone is again the rules here on xda, if so please tell me.
I will make a short intro and tell you that i yesterday received a Z2 from a friend that had upgraded himself with a newer phone so i got this one for free as a gift. (Had an Galaxy SII before)
And guess what, first thing i do is bricking it, genius..
When i got the phone i decided to "what the heck i want to root it" (because i rooted my SII without any problems) Anyhow i looked online and came across this guide made by arul20be, here on xda: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...ck-d6502-03-23-4-0-546-completeguide-t3171219
So i fallowed the guide downloaded everything except that i could not use adb-setup-1.4.2 nor could i use adb-setup-1.4.3. The installation did not extract any files, so i found version 1.3 of ADB and it worked. The rest went flawlessly until i came to the last step, where i booted in to recovery with Dual recovery and installed flashable_D6503_23.4.A.0.546.zip. After that i did as instructed, cleaned cache/dalvik. After that i tried to exit the recovery and choose i think it was "power off system", you guys that are familiar with Dual recovery probably understand where i pressed. After that my phone shut down and after a while either it started up or i started it(don't remember) and it shows the SONY logo, nothing more happened. It didn't not shut down or do anything so i let it be for like an hour or so and then decided to hard shutdown it by pressing power and volume up key. i tried to start it up after a while again to see if maybe something happens, nothing happend and i let the phone be on during the night to see if anything could happen.
So today when the the story was the same i looked online to try to solve the problem, i tried to enter recovery mode by pressing on and then pressing volume up and down but nothing. Did
try to hard factory rest by pressing the red button for a couple of seconds, but nothing. it vibrates three times and then the sony logo comes up again. (is it called bootloop?)
The status now is that the phone, if plugged in to a power source like PC, or wall it will show the SONY logo even if you shut it down with power off and volume up. in other words the phone restarts itself. The only way to shut it down is to do it without a power source.
The fallowing tools+files has been used:
adb-setup-1.3.exe
flashtool-0.9.19.8-windows.exe
rootkitXperia_20140719.zip
Z2-lockeddualrecovery2.7.154-BETA.installer.zip
D6503_17.1.2.A.0.314_UK Generic.ftf
flashable_D6503_23.4.A.0.546.zip
So the thing is that i really want to upgrade myself with a new phone. In the same time i got like under one bitcoin that i had for a while and because of my stupidness i feel like i can donate to that to the first person who engages him/herself to that level so i can use my phone again.
Sorry for the long post! Thanks in advance!

Try with flashtool 0.9.18.6. On 0.9.19.x I had some problems with booting (one time stucks at sony logo, one time bootloop, one time freezes all the time, on tme flathtool crashed...)
Download Flashtool 0.9.18.6 and download and flash 23.4.A.0.546 ROM from here: https://mega.nz/#!n1YlBAhI!HX8WPPyjLDJGnUZ-9_Xom96OFZcDUfasgzjuagrj2UE (this is compiled by me FTF File, I'm using it when sth goes wrong) and then, when it boots (must boot because it's not hardbrick), charge it to 100%, download 23.1.A.1.28 5.0.2 ROM from here https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0By-vo9NJkgzJVUo0dVNreFNvSjg&export=download
And flash this ROM and reboot and DO NOT UPDATE. Install KingRoot (the newest is the best) and root it, then install XZ Dual Recovery and that's all.
Hope I helped, if not, write me in comment what went wrong, and, if any errors in flashtool are shown, copy and paste to comment and let mi see them.

Thank you for the reply! i can not see how much my phone is charged and when i charge it the SONY logo shows up, so i do not know how much that drains the battery. But i will wait an hour or so then. Will try method after that! Though my phone was gone, but what i have now read myself to is that Hard brick is first when the phone is totally dead.
Before you answered i was going to do this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=53220435&postcount=4
But i will go with your instead first. Should i uninstall my current flashtool and download Flashtool-0.9.18.6-windows.exe instead for now then while i wait for my phone to charge?
found this the file here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4sYgaP5RMK0S1pzUnMzdWd3UnM/view

A question: was the rom 23.4.A.0.546 ROM really right for Z2? because Flashtool says hold "Back button" and plug in the phone. Z2 does not have a back button, but maybe you could house volume down?

You can only use custom roms with an unlocked boot loader. Locked boot loader requires a sony kernel.
**edit**
Read the instructions he gave you, it's a modified stock rom so that should be fine. I've bricked mine and the flashtool has resolved it so hopefully it will for you
Um... Considering the fact that your phone boots up, I strongly recommend you to try a fresh install with pc companion.... I had somewhat a similar issue and it was the last resort for me and it worked...

I am currently downloading https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0By-vo9NJkgzJVUo0dVNreFNvSjg&export=download and will flash soon. I just have some questions, because i fallowed this guide:
"http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/development/stock-d6502-23-1-0-726-complete-guide-t3085893" and did install both rootkitXperia_20140719 and lockeddualrecovery. did those programs get wiped when i installed your custom ROM? Sorry for all the questions but i am trying to get a grip how the phones software works, and so i dont mess anything more up when installing kingsroot etc.
Btw. Kingsroot should i download that from google play or is it through PC? If i should download their APK.
Kingroot download apk from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/one-click-root-tool-android-2-x-5-0-t3107461
Then install xzdual recovery from nut via PC but turn off anti-virus because it shows virus (it's exploit) and then push prerooted zip to sdcard and install via twrp but remember to make factory reset (wipe data and cache - wiping cache can take up to 10 minutes). If you root via kingroot you won't lose data, but when installing prerooted Rom you'll lose your data (but internal memory won't be wiped)

Looking for XT2113-2 firmware

I hope I am in the right area for this post. I apologize if I'm not.
My Motorola One 5G Ace (XT2113-2) is stuck in a bootloop. I was trying to root it and apparently did something wrong. First, I couldn't get it into recovery mode after trying to install TWRP. Out of a lack of options, I did a factory reset through the Settings menu. It reset but then got stuck in a bootloop. I get a message stating the bootloader is unlocked and then the Motorola logo appears, then it starts over.
I can get it to fastboot but that's it. I was hoping to use Moto Auto Flash or RSD Lite to flash the original firmware on the phone in an effort to get things correct. The last phone I rooted was my Note4 years ago. This isn't going as easy as the Note did.
Any suggestions will be most appreciated. Thanks in advance for reading.

I am only a newbie in all this, but my clue is that your phone is doing the boot loop probably because the wrong boot slot is selected.
Have you tried with asb.exe or fastboot.exe to select the other boot slot, A instead of B or B instead of A? Let us know if this helps.

If manually selecting the other boot slot does not help, you could use the Lenovo Rescure and Smart Assistant. It can read device information from several phone states, download the stock firmware and reinstall everything.

This is already beyond my knowledge. I don't recall seeing anything about different boot slots so I'm not sure how to reply to that. I will try Smart Assistant and see what that does. Thanks for the suggestion.

Right out of the gate, I don't know if I can use Smart Assistant. The first set of instructions states to put the phone into USB debugging. I can't get the phone to boot so that I can do that part. I can try without doing that and see what happens I guess.

What happens when you turn the device off completely, then press the 'power' button and the 'volume down' button at the same time for 3-10 seconds. It should not do any bootup but only show the fastboot menu. From there your phone can get recognized via USB by fastboot (from a command prompt on your computer) and as well as by the Lenovo Rescue and Smart Assistant.
Thank you for all the help. I am now rooted.

Question May have bricked my phone...Bootloader randomly failed to flash...??

So I may have bricked my phone and need some serious help right now...
I was ready to flash October's monthly update. I had downloaded the factory image, and extracted everything from the factory image. I patched the magisk image and had it ready in the same directory. I edited the flash_all.bat script and removed the "-w" flag. I disabled all modules on magisk, and had got the phone to bootloader mode. I then ran the flash_all.bat script, and then for some reason the bootloader flashing failed. My phone now won't turn on and is a complete black screen. I need some major help here.
EDIT: My PC cannot see it on EITHER ADB or Fastboot devices
Can you boot manually into bootloader mode?
Cheers

How long are you holding it? I have found that it takes a *really long time* (like, a full minute) of holding that power button to get any response. But if still nothing, "black screen with no response" does sound like the "bad bootloader" brick. :x Might be fixable under warranty, I'm not sure.
.......I'm getting a feeling that I did the wrong device's bootloader and it failed. Now it's stuck....

Yes I did. OK...so I screwed up HARD and I think I might have did the Pixel 5's bootloader, or at least it tried. It just said failed and that was it. Now I'm just getting a black screen.
Both slots have the September 2022 A13 bootloader. I was on September 2022 update. Is there anyway to get to the other slot and at least get bootloader from there??

Yes I did. OK...so I screwed up HARD and I think I might have did the Pixel 5's bootloader, or at least it tried. It just said failed and that was it. Now I'm just getting a black screen.

Have you tried to see if Android Flash Tool will recognize your phone?

May want to try to RMA it. Can't think of anything else. Sounds like it's pretty dead if it's not turning on and not recognizing anything.
What hurts hard is that I've taken exceptional care of this, like battery was still at 100%. Ugghh. Traded in my 4a 5G for this at launch.
Unfortunately , if you flash bootloader from another model.. you're f***d...
RMA only option

Well if you're willing I'm trying to start a small team for testing existing methods to unbricking.
I've come to the conclusion that all you need to talk to the phone is a USB c to 2.0 cable then hold vol up/dwn. This exposes the bootROM output and messages from the phone in serial output on COMM5, and if you're on Unix then it's on ttyACM0. Interestingly enough it's in Exynos downloading mode. The computer gives us the USB descriptor and a bulk in and bulk out endpoint.
I believe Exynos uses Syn/Ack/Dwn/Up
So an update, I took it today to a UBreakIFix location since here in Canada they're an authorized repair place. I fortunately still had 2 weeks warranty on it (of a year) so the repair is supposedly covered (they emailed Google and got authorization on it). After doing the diagnosis, they said the issue is with the motherboard or something (I'm assuming it flashed the wrong thing and bricked) so they had to replace it. They have the part in stock so I'm getting the phone back tomorrow. Hoping this gets everything back in place and repair holds up. Nothing was wrong with it otherwise, just hope their repair handiwork is good and all the pieces are placed correctly. I did lose all my data and messages though as I had been choosing not to save a number of things to my Google account (I had it on pause) so it will take quite a bit of time to just get it back to the way I like it. Also hoping that they don't then also prevent the bootloader from being unlocked, which I've read has happened after Google RMA's your device.
Thank you everyone. And @NonStickAtom785 , hope for all the best in your testing into unbricking methods and look forward to having you share your findings, in case for whatever reason others or hopefully NOT me runs into that situation.
