I've recieved my Amazfit english version last monday and i updated it at last version 1.3.3a .It works perfetcly,anyway there's a problem with alarms. After i set up an alarm at 9 p.m. i can't enter anymore to the alarm list for setting other alarms. The "Alarm List" button touch doesn't work. What can it be?
The same for me, restart the watch. I already reported this problem to Xiaomi. After couple restarts works for me without problem.

Hello here,
I’ve got an issue with my notifications. I used stratos 1619 (2.3.5.0) with Amazfit app 2.5.2.1 and my phone is Honor 9 Lite with EMUI and Android 8.0.0.
Most of the times, i got all my notifications as I configured by settings. But sometimes, some are missing… exemple : in the same whatsapp group conversation, I well receive on my watch message 1, 2, 3 and 5, but it misses the number 4…
For other apps it is the same, I can receive notifcation one time then the next one is missing (GMAIL, facebook etc.). It’s like random...
I tried to put on "disconnect alert" on the watch and I observe this alert popping sometime (like 4 - 5 times) on my watch when doing nothing. Sometime just after receiving one notification.
I tried to put off wifi (same issues)
Is there any bluetooth configuration I can solve ?
Someone with honor phone is facing this prob also? or not??
I already tried to restart phone/watch, unpair/pair, clear bluetooth cache, and always the same issues...

I have an Amazfit Bip watch for a very short time.
The alarm vibrates only 20 seconds and returns 10 minutes later.
Is it normal that my alarm does not vibrate more than 20 seconds?
I tried to update the firmware with an older version and with a beta but it does not change.
I saw that an Android application can create custom alarms but they need to have the phone next to the watch at the time of waking.
I even started the analysis of the firmware with the help of a Russian forum (except that I have never made assembler and I do not speak a word of Russian) but I quickly gave up!
I have try "Factory reset" but it doesn't change.

20s is normal duration. Otherwise it after the battery life.

I've been using Amazfit Verge for about three months. Everything was ok until yesterday when some of the notifications stopped working. I didn't change anything in the settings. It stopped by itself. I still get notification when someone rings or the alarm clock is set but all application notifications such as Messenger, Facebook od Telegram do not work. I tried to unpair and pair the smartwatch again, uninstall and install the Amazfit application but the result is still the same. Thanks for the help.

A1811, latest firmware and amazfit app . Mi 9 global eea miui 11. For now, the problem disappeared after resetting the whole phone to factory settings.
Amazfit has an option to test notifications: if they work but you don't get notifications from other apps, then you must reset Amazfit app permission to access notifications in phone settings. If the test notifications don't work then something is wrong in the connection between 0hine and watch (make sure watch isn't in DND/Silent mode).
And today it has happened again. Notifications stopped coming to the watch again, and nothing changed in the settings.

Every once in a while I get the message 'connection failed, update to the latest app to synchronize data'. I click the message away and I get back to my watchface, only my screen stays always on after getting this message. I always have to reboot...
I did already a factory reset, but didn't helped. I have a custom watchface, could that be the problem ? Or is it something else ? Anybody ?

That I have to test...but don't want to have the standard facewatch anyway...
I did test it. Have occasionally the message on all tried watchfaces...I use the zepp app in combination with notify and fitness. Any one a solution ?
Maybe downgrade firmware and then update again to latest firmware? This sometimes fixes bugs..
I have the exact same problem with the Amazfit GTS . I have the same combination (Zepp app + Notify and fitness) and every few hours (or even more frequently) I get the same message and the screen stays on until I notice. Even if I press the screen for the message to go away the screen stays on until I also press the physical button.
Also besides that, the battery drain is awful. I used to get around 20-22 days of battery (with Amazfit app and Notify and fitness and everything enabled, even continuous heart rate) and now with the exact same settings i 5-6 days.. I can only get 1 day more if I disable things.
Problems started back in late August, early September when the Amazfit app changed to Zepp app but I am not sure if this is a fault of Zepp app or a problem between notify and fitness and the new Zepp app.
I have tried to do a factory reset to the watch, to delete zepp app and add it again etc etc but nothing changed. I have the default watchface and never used a custom one.
If someone finds a solution please inform us.

Does anyone know why ?
I bought T rex pro like 2 months ago and its the last month that I have kept the alarm, to my surprise the above said problem is occurring in my watch as well... Did you find the resolution for your problem or its still there... I tried every button but its not going in snooze mode...

How great of a fool are we coz the watch is too smart.. Just after reporting the problem here i got a holiday from my work and was chilling in my bed when my alarm went off in t rex pro... As usual i pressed a random button and it stopped vibrating later wat i observed that as i was still on my bed the alarm went off again (that means snooze works if you are still in your bed) everyday i use to press a random button and start a walk to my work that means it detects that I'm not in my bed anymore... Sooo this was a EUREKA moment for me
