Couple of issues - LeEco Le Max 2 Questions & Answers

Hello.
Had this phone for over a year now, completely stock, not rooted (current looking into rooting)
Couple of issues with it since day one...
I loose phone signal and internet signal for no apparent reason. To cure this I have to go to settings and disconnect from the network then reconnect and its ok again. Any idea why this happens?
Contacts play up, I loose my contacts for some reason even though I save them to phone and Sim and also backup to Google. When I loose them I have to go to Google and re-download them. I get the error message "contacts has stopped"
Also if I go to a text message and try to call that person from the text message menu I get "contacts has stopped"
Any help with these issues please
Thanks

[Q] Network Failure?

Let me start by saying, i have looked up and down google, and XDA.
And have found no solution to my problem..
The problem is, i have signal and bars on my phone but i am not able to send or recieve SMS, MMS, Phone calls, and no data. This just randomly started last night. And i have tried every thing to fix it, (Wiped Dalvik Cache, Factory Reset/ Data Wipe, Installed new ROMs, etc.) When i try to send a text a pop up notification comes up and says "IT blocked uninstall:" and then shows two buttons beneath that.. "Don't start the new a.." and "Start%1$s" when I hit the first button it just ppops back up, When i hit the second button i get another popup that says "Network Failure:" then i click Details and it says "SMS Error Cause Code: 3, Error Class: 2"
Any ideas on what to do?
I am runnin GB 2.3.4
with InfectedROM Eternity..
I have had this issue maybe 3 or 4 times completely random, but mine did occur when I had very weak radio signal. I could just hit resend on the message and it would go through fine. I've used eternity since release. Might be a temporary issue with verizon in your area with reception?

phone keeps locking up

A week ago my phone started acting weird by not being able to unlock the screen, I would have to power off and start up again. Then I could not receive texts and called att who said he would reregister my phone and then I would get all my texts. That worked but my phone is still getting locked up sometimes when I try to make a call it will turn black and do nothing. And the screen will not unlock other times. I am have to shut it down and reboot almost every day. Any Ideas how to fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Have you installed/flashed anything lately?
Perhaps make a complete backup of your phone logs and SMS, then do a wipe/factory reset. Then install your apps from the market, and restore SMS and call logs.

Always have '1 New Voicemail' notification - Can I freeze Phone Services?

So after installing TWRP and flashing a ROM on my phone back in December, I constantly have a notification on my phone from Phone Services telling me I have one new voicemail when my inbox is empty. What's annoying is that it randomly 'refreshes' making the notification noise, so I am forced to keep it on vibrate otherwise I have to listen to that notification going off all day long. I have lived with it for the past 3 months, but have recently realized when I do get voicemails, it never updates the number it always just says one voicemail. It's really frustrating too b/c I live in a rural area where I sometimes don't have reception and if I get a call it never shows up and if they leave a voicemail I'm not notified unless I actually check it.
I have tried clearing data and cache as well as force stopping in the settings and it will automatically come back within a few minutes. I have set the Phone Services notifications to 'Don't show notifications at all', but it completely ignores it. I have tried switching to Google Voice from Sprint Voicemail and it still appears. I tried switching back to Sprint Voicemail and it's still there. I have flashed new builds of the ROM multiple times and it still shows up, usually about an hour or two after flashing. The only thing I haven't done at this point is use the LGFlashTool to completely vert back to factory which I'm avoiding because of the time/effort and the lingering feeling it still won't fix it.
Before going thru that, I was wondering if I could potentially freeze Phone Services with Ice Box and migrate to use Google Voice for voicemail. Does anyone know if this is ok or will it brick my phone?
Any input is appreciate!
UPDATE: On Wednesday I had a random reboot while using my phone and after booting back up I no longer saw the notificiation. It's been several days since then, booth rebooting the phone and using voicemail and still have not got the notification back. Only thing I have noticed is that it no longer gives a notification at all if I get a voicemail, but since I get a text alert I'm not too concerned.
Unfortunately, if somebody else encounters this same issue it's not much help on why it occurred or how to fix it....

lg k7 cannot send or receive messages.

so ive had my k7 for a while now, and every now and again i wouldnt be able to receive any sms messages. i could send them, but i could not receive them. they would all come flooding in at once. today, it stopped working completely. i cannot recieve any messages whatsoever. not even from myself. ive tried to use teh mmi codes, but i always get an error message. when i go to my service providers, i cannot search for any networks, yet if i hit auto connect, it says i am connected to the network. ive even tried putting the sim card into someone elses phone. it would take forever to send the messages, but it would work, and i could receive messages when my sim card was in their phone. i am at a loss and getting kind of desperate. i have even flashed the phone back to its origional state, updated the firmware, yet the issue persists. i don't know if this could affect anything, but just in case it does, i have amplify and ive disabled a lot of the t mobile wakelocks and google play wakelocks. i also have apps2sd, and linked my t mobile app and messages app to my sd card. i dont use the stock messasging app, because whenever i try and use it, it is incredibly slow at sending messages. i live a little over a block away from the nearest cell tower, so connectivity isnt an issue. is my sim card damaged or have i messed something up? any help would be greatly appriceated.

com.mediatek.ims.lmsApp has stopped

Recently, received my Elephone S8. Feels great and seems super fast. I put my old SIM card from my old galaxy phone into the Elephone and then contacted Verizon to restore my SIM card, which was retired, but they re-flashed it. Now when I open my Elephone I have the message "com.mediatek.ims.lmsApp has stopped" I have the option to close the app but the message just reappears. Verizon had told me I may have to turn my phone off and on several times and that I may not be able to make or receive phone calls for up to 24 hours. Now I'm no techno genius but from my research it looks like I need to do something to the phone to receive 4G. So any help I an get would be greatly appreciated.
Ok, an update to my above problem. I no longer have the issue of my the com.mediatek.ims.lmsApp has stopped. Last night I had put the sim card into the number 2 slot. So I notice I have a voice message, I click on the message and I can hear the phone dialing the number and then its just dead air. Tried calling my wife same thing. I also notice the icons at the top of the screen don't say anything about 4G or even 3G. I'm able to get on Instagram, Facebook, and my emails, but no phone calling.
Try replacing the default dialer app.
