Hi, just a simple question...
How to view, manage, check the Heart Rate Data continuosly acquired by the watch?
I mean, I'd like to view my HR data on my phone or PC to have an idea of all the variations during the day.
Thank you

Got the Wahoo tickr band with the Stratos and the watch shows 20bpm off with optical sensor.. My question, does the watch automaticly adjust and sense my fitness level? Cant find amy sittings for max heart rate in the amazfit app and how do I know its corect for me?
With Stratos you should be able to edit this in your profile page on Amazfit app.
I could before but now its gone after latest Amazfit app update. It was in chines... but still possible to figure out. Hopefully in comes back with next update or I will buy Garmin instead. Always the same thing with chines stuff, close to be good.
Hi guys,
I just bought a Amazfit Verge and would like to know if there are any workout tracker apps for the watch. Counting reps, weights, intervall timer etc. Im using "Jefit" on my phone right now, but would switch to another app if there is a standalone workout tracker for the watch. Thank you!
Officially, gym workout is not supported. I'm using treadmill when doing workout in the gym.

Have you tried installing the JEFIT APK on the watch? I know it is compatible with WearOS, but I don't know if it works in the AMAZFIT. In fact I have the same doubt as you, and I am looking for the best watch that has the possibility of measuring this, so if it works for you I appreciate you can share your experience.
Thanks and regards,
I also go to the gym for a while and try to lead a healthier lifestyle. Now that this whole coronavirus thing has happened, I have to do everything in my power at home. I do special exercises, lead a healthy lifestyle and thus I notice big changes in my body every day, which makes me very happy. However, I still can't get the desired result. When I look at other bodies more beautiful than me, I seem to be disappointed. For this reason, I am thinking of trying to consume SARMs. Can anyone on this forum help me with an opinion or advice? I also found a site where the best SARMs are https://jonnsaromatherapy.com/best-legal-steroids/ but I still don't know if it's worth trying or not. Please help.
Try AmazTimer
I use Endomondo; it has a long list of great features. The health and fitness app allows you to track your physical activity data, whether you're exercising outdoors or indoors. The app also works great with heart rate monitors to bring your heart rate data. It also analyzes your data to bring up a daily diary, split time for each workout, and nutrition supplements. I always use https://rats.army/product/rad140-testolone/, and I have it programmed in the app when I should take it.
Hi a little question: is GTR able to import/export GPX files like Stratos does? to follow a prepared track. (when you plug it is there a GPXdata folder?)
i had a stratos which did that great but it died so i wonder if i by this new whach or go back to stratos.

Hello,
I allow myself to join your post.
I would also have a question in addition to yours.
Is it possible to schedule interval training sessions?
like 30 * 30 seconds?
If so, is it configurable per second? And by distance?
thank you so much
GTR, like Verge lite or BIP, has no internal storage that is available for users, so probably you can't load any files to it.
The same goes for interval training: if Verge lite doesn't have it then GTR won't either (same OS, different body).
Thanks
It's still a regression from Amazfit.
They turn their products more into connected products and no longer into sports watches
Hi everyone, I've been using Amazfit GTR for a few weeks and I wanted some answers from you to my questions. For many years I have used the old Fitbit Charge 2 HR, which in addition to the difficulty of synchronizing data with the smartphone had a ridiculous battery life but could easily recognize any sporting activity with extreme precision and sleep monitoring . Amazfit GTR on the other hand just doesn't seem to be able to do it unless you set it manually. For example: playing tennis and heartbeats go up to 140, he recognizes the activity as a simple walk. I do weight training, he can't recognize it. Do you think this is normal? It is as if the GTR is not able to put together the data coming from its sensors and process a result. He can't even recognize an afternoon nap and I find this really stupid. How do they make such an idiot smartwatch in Amazfit?
Hi,
During a long outdoor activity, I'm not really interested in all the details of the workout. I would rather have a nice watch face to look at and when the activity is ended look at the details of it.
So I was wondering if it is possible to enable GPS tracking in the background during the day or have an activity with a normal watch face instead of all the activity details?
Hello,
I do not know all the parameters of the watch, but to have searched, it seems impossible to launch the GPS without going through an activity and therefore the display sport watch face.
In your case, if it is possible for you, I will choose to record the position (and the route) by the phone, rather than the watch... With the zepp app you can start an activity on the phone, it will look for the sports data on the watch and the GPS signal on the phone and the watch wiil keep the "normal" face

Thx for the reply! Already suspected it, but thx anyway. Phone is not really an option (milsim events), so I think I just buy a second device for the recording.
Sorry, but on the older amazfit watches like amazfit pace, etc when we are doing workout we can have simple maps( just line and direction ) on our watches.
Which workout provides the same functionality on gtr 3 pro. I cant find the maps on my watch when im doing outdoor workout
