I upgraded to Pro version but it still won't let me do full screen on the TV. It says I need to upgrade. They've already hit my bank for the upgrade fee.

That's all I get also. There should be about 10 other channels available on basic SprintTV. I'm also on SERO. I chatted with Sprint CS and confirmed that PowerVision is on my account, so I don't know what the problem is.
did you install Srpint TV using the .cab file posted above? If so, perhaps it is out of date?
I installed the cab that downloaded from the new ROM. Are we the only two people who are getting only four channels? Three of them aren't even real channels. I know I'm not missing much, but Sprint finally offers TV to us and I can't get the channels I'm supposed to get. Maybe SERO has something to do with it.
I too only have the 4 channels. What a waste of time installing. I was expecting to get a bunch with the new release.
Do they need to update our account if we are using Sprint TV? Currently they don't list the Mogul as a device that works so maybe they have something turned off. We may need to wait until it is "officially" realeased so we can call and ask.
I don't think they need to update our accounts for it to work. Most people seem to be getting all the basic channels. But I do think there is something not quite right with my Sprint account. First, I can't access my PowerVision password from the Sprint site. When I chatted with Sprint CS I was asked if I could see any mention of it on the Settings and Passwords page. There is nothing listed. I was given this explaination:
"We have actually rolled out new plans and are no longer offering the Vision feature to new customers because it is included in the plans. That may be why the password is no longer listed on your MySprint profile".
That doesn't make much sense to me. When I first signed on with Sprint about a year ago I know I set my PowerVison password because I wrote it down. Another problem I'm having is with internet sharing. Everytime I try to connect I get an Error: code 67 message. I tried reprovsioning my data. I tried the hit dismiss before connect trick. I tried a hard reset. But I still have both problems.
I have no problems with any other data connection, only internet sharing. And Sprint CS said I did have Power Vision on my account so I really have no idea what the problem could be. I would contact Sprint CS again and tell them that my SprintTV isn't working but I'm sure they'd just say it's not supported for the Mogul since the new ROM hasn't been officially released yet.

I'm having some troubles with my SE X10 Mini: sim card not been recognized and device turns off and doesn't turn on again. I've sent my device to an authorized technical assistant (GlobalExpress - don´t go there) and the attendent said that in two days I could call to approve or not the service. I tried to call many times and just after ten days they reported that device has no problems at all and it just needed software repair. They wanted to charge about U$40 bucks to do that! Are they crazy? I can just do that with SEUS or PC Companion as we know.
When I picked up device I noted that it was not working. The technician examined the device in front of me and reported that somehow battery connector was broken, they would not repair this issue and said to send device to a NON AUTHORIZED technical assistant. WHAT??? They should fix any kind of problems as they have Sony Ericsson feedback to do that and I would pay for service as warranty has gone. In Brazil we have a customer law wich says that none business store could denied service for customers who pay for. I tried to argue with Sony Ericsson Brazil but no success. After a post on facebook they responded that after sales team would get in contact with me. I'm waiting to see what they want.
In resume: Sony Ericcson is joking with us, customers. Now I have a commitment that I'll never buy ANY SONY OR SONY ERICSSON device in future because they are not a serious enterprise.
This is just a report of an unhappy customer in Brazil.

I think you need to bring it to SE Service center, not these type of service center cause I don't know what the hell is it. It does not appear in my country as the name "Global(????)"

It is true that Japanese and Korean companies are not as service oriented as they ought to be. If it is their product (which clearly it is) they had the obligation to service it if the warranty still applies.
If they clearly see parts damaged by other 3rd-party repairers, they should show that to you and inform you of the cost for that part itself. The physical proof cannot be disputed. But clearly, service centres such as these always wanted to avoid taking in products to fix. This runs contrary to their existence.

My Asus Transformer Prime have the same Problem withe the unlock tool.
It didnt work and i had attempted to downgrade and upgrade all time....
I contacted the Asus Support, they enter the Serial into the system and i checked it again.
But it didnt work...
The he said i must send to the RMA.. Last Friday i sent it to RMA CZ and now the Tablet ist back!
I start the tablett, loggin in Google and Wlan Account. Download the Unlock tool and installed it.
And now ? It didnt work! On the Paper there stand : Touch screen Function Error
Then i called the Support Asus and they said he can doing nothing and i should go to
Media Markt and they shoud do anything..
what is that?? The Tablet is from Asus and not from Media Markt. I buyed the Tablet on 14.April.2012...

No i am from austria. I had called the support and they know about the problem and i shoud send it to rma. And now it is back and nothing. Today i go to media markt and give the tablet back and buy a other...
I purchased a pair of G2 Verizon phones from an online seller. Unfortunately I found out they were demo phones after receiving them. They work, but keep defaulting to demo mode, and then it wipes out all my contacts and emails. None of the local phone stores or techs are willing to help me. The seller will no respond to my requests for help. Does anybody know a way to convert these back to regular phones?

The only way is to hope it has a bootloader you can you use to flash a stock software. Might be able to contact LG about it but selling those phones is really not suppose to happen.
I have zero experience with phones and their related software functions. LG wouldn't help because I didn't purchase them from an authorized seller. I am hoping to find a person willing to walk me through the steps needed to identify first, whether or not this phones operating system is able to be reinstalled. And second, if the first task is possible, will that person guide me through the corrective action.

I'm in a bit of a predicament and I am hoping that someone here can help me out.
I am located in the US. I imported a Mate 10 ALP-L29 from Hong Kong about a month ago. I have tried probably 30+ times to get a bootloader unlock code from Huawei with no luck. I've been using this website: https://www.emui.com/en/unlock_detail
I log in.
I enter Since EMUI 5.0. I enter the serial, enter the IMEI (I have tried both), Then I enter the product ID. I write in the CAPTCHA, hit enter, and I am met with: If you have any questions about the unlock code application, please contact us.
I tried to contact them but the email address on the site is invalid. I contacted the US customer service. They told me that they are aware of issues and to try again later. I read on here that another person had luck using UK support so I tried them. They told me to contact Hong Kong Support. I contacted Hong Kong Support who told me that they cannot provide an unlock code.
I signed up under a different email claiming to be from Hong Kong. Same result.
I thought maybe Chrome was possibly at fault so I tried on Firefox, and Microsoft Edge on my PC,. No luck. I tried on Firefox Focus and Chrome on my phone. No luck.
I feel like I am running out of time, and I specifically purchased this phone so that I could unlock it and use either Lineage OS or another rom. I only have a few days left. Can anyone think of anything that I am doing wrong or can recommend any ways to get a code. Does anyone here want to give it a shot? If you are able to get an unlock code for me, I would happily make a donation to XDA or your paypal. I really don't want to use a 3rd party service unless I am forced to.

I had a similar issue getting an unlock code last year, turns out something was wonky with my huawei account. Made a new one and I got a code just fine. This might not be the case for you, but you can give it a shot?
I tried that once and said that I was registering in Hong Kong. I'll try that again tomorrow. Where did you register out of?
Be sure to pick up the pace with getting your bootloader unlock code. The service will close in a couple days if I'm not mistaken or outdated. (Hopefully I am outdated and they will keep the service up)
Someone helped me out this morning. I got the unlock and I'll probably install Lineage OS or something else in a few weeks when I have a good bit of downtime.
