I have a very exaggerated problem for this device, the first time I gave Stock ROM through Download Mode, it started, I went to lunch, when I came back he had given a (Blocked Writing) error in the middle of the process, now at that moment I know how to solve this problem, but as I did not know, I tried to flash ROM again in Odin, and every time I was locking in aboot.mbn, after several attempts, several different computers, different USB cables ... different tests, now in this exact Odin crashes in Initialization, does not leave there for nothing, leave a long time it says that the device did not respond, I tried to reestablish the PIT that is the Partition Table using Odin, however it hangs anyway in initialization, I researched a lot, I tried Unbrick methods through files on SD Card, tried several Rom Stock and also tried to install a Custom Recovery, however everything fails, after all, in all cases it crashes in initialization, hey sso not only happens in a single System, then I decreed this cell phone as deceased .. the ****ing thing died, I saw in some places that they said that the problem was Hard Brick, that is to say, problem in the motherboard parts, and the solution would be change the motherboard of the entire device, but this is very expensive ...
Sansung Kies is only connecting and after a while he says that the device did not respond, if I turn the phone on, and do nothing, it goes to a Download screen only instead of the green android in the middle, a message appears talking to do Firmware Upgrade using Sansung Kies, and if I hold the buttons to enter the recovery mode, nothing happens and it's the same thing to turn it on normally, and if I hold the Download Mode buttons, it goes into Download Mode normally only in both cases Odin locks in initialization ..

Hi everyone, I have this weird problem with my S6500, or rather my younger brother has.
He tried to put on his S6500 (not D, this phone is with NFC) Cyanogenmod 10.1, after some ups and downs, he finally got it to work, but... camera wasn't working, it was said on the cyanogenmod page to flash with the newest update, he did that, phone worked good... almost, after he was blocking his screen, he couldn't unlock it, because there was some kind of white screen stuff, weirder was the thing, that he could hear all the *clicking* sounds as he was trying to unlock. He had to restart the phone every time after he blocked the screen, so he wanted the phone to function normally and tried to put his stock ROM back again. Well the flashing went well (as Odin showed) but the phone stucked in bootloop.
The phone showed the Orange logo (he is using his original stock rom from Orange Poland, downloaded from sammymobile) and then it quickly changed to Samsung logo, after that the phone vibrates once, and after that it vibrates 3 times really fast and restarts from the Orange logo.
He tried to get into Recovery mode, but coul;dn't (the phone doesn't react to any of the combinations we found - vol+,vol-, home and power and many others), and as I forgot to mention before, after every flash (while the recovery was working) he cleared data in menu of the recovery.
We also tried the different method to boot the phone into recovery mode (put it in Download mode, which works and then instead of going further by pressing vol+ we pressed the down button and held vol+,vol- and home button, but instead of going into recovery the phone booted in weird screen with small letters RAMDUMP MODE (ARM9 mode).
We tried several times to flash new recovery with Odin, but it doesnt work, the PIT file also doesn't work, or can someone provide me with the stock s6500 PIT file as I couldn't find one, because I read in the Polish forum, that screen mentioned before only shows up if there is a SuperUser app in the phone, so we need the PIT file to flush it.
So the problem is after flashing it with numerous cwm and original stock roms we couldn't get it to boot or to get into recovery menu, or get it working.
Also the hardware is all ok, as the phone is almost brand-new ( he got it from the Orange few months ago).
So help plz?
I have the very SAME problem with my S6500D. Same as described above.
Anyone has managed to fix this problem ? I have all needed tools.
I rooted my phone successfully, tweaked a couple roms successfully as well. The last rom I tweaked was I think something to do with init.d. After I tweaked the rom, I restarted my phone and bam... that $H1T stood stuck at the boot animation loop a.k.a BRICKED.
I downloaded odin and some tars, but before that I deleted partition erased in recovery mode holding up and power button. I went to download mode using down and power button. I failed 9 times using odin, and then eventually I got the box screen to display "PASS" with a green color. I restarted the phone and it had a different model lol. However my phone still did not get back to the way its suppose to start up. I tried using new files for ODIN, and everything seemed about right until it said: Wait about 2 minutes, it was the last step I think and I was actually waiting 15 minutes, so I got anxious and unplugged it and restarted my phone and it shows a different model instead of SPH-D710 it shows GT-19100 and goes straight into recovery mode.
All I can do is scroll up and down using volume buttons but I cant hit the (ok button) which is the (power button) to attempt the action I want. I have a boost mobile samsung galaxy S2. Also Odin, Kies and my Computer does not recognize my phone anymore through usb. I tried usb samsung drivers update, and I even tried a bunch of different versions of ODIN including a different computer. My downloads folder is literally packed with a whole bunch of tool aid kits for my phone lol. OH and by the way before I used odin I did end the process of Kies in the task manager so yup. I do not know what else to do, I tried different computers I think I am pretty much PHUCKED over now. Unless someone has another solution.
I do not understand why I cant enter nothing in recovery mode all of sudden, I can only move up or down. I can only go into either recovery mode or download mode. In recovery mode it says:
Deleting Cryption Meta Data
-- Copying media files...
Successfully copied meida files.
# MANUAL MODE #
-- Updating application...
Successfully updated application.
-- Appling Multi-CSC...
Successfully applied multi-CSC.
If it shows I9100 on the boot screen instead of SPH-D710 you've obviously used firmware for the I9100 on your device, and there's a fair possibility you'll be making a trip to a service centre.
Find stock SPH-D710 firmware, flash that with Odin. Where ? No idea, like most people here know almost nothing about this model; try the usual haunts - Samfirmware, AndroidFirmwares.Net, Samsung-updates.com, Google search),.
Yesterday I glanced over to my Samsung Galaxy S3 to see the startup logo (as below) just stuck on my screen. The one that says "Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300".
Here's as much useful info about my phone as I can think of:
I have never tried to root my phone, or do any other modding to it
I bought it second hand from a friend, who says they have not done anything of the sort either. I did a fresh install of what I think was Android 4.3 when I got it
I live in the UK and I think the phone is from the UK too, originally tied to a provider but is now unlocked.
I obviously attempted to reboot the phone. I held down the power button and after quite a few seconds the screen went black, then I let go and instantly the same startup logo reappeared. I tried again, without releasing the power button this time, same result.
I tried plugging in the charger, held down the power button, and it then went to a sort-of charging screen. There was a little grey icon on the battery, appearing as though it was not charging.
It wasn't showing the usual charging animation, rather a different one with a greyed battery icon. Holding down the power button on this screen performed the same as with the original logo screen, it just looped.
Here's what I then tried, in order:
removing the battery for 5, 10, 30 minutes. No luck.
leaving it at the startup screen for 30 minutes. No luck
gently tapping the side of the phone, in case the power button was stuck. No luck.
entering RECOVERY MODE and CLEARING CACHE PARTITION. No luck.
entering RECOVERY MODE and WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET. No luck.
downloaded Kies and connected phone to PC via USB. Kies recognised that the phone was connected but it would stick at the "connecting" screen. I tried multiple USB cables and multiple USB ports, both front and rear of PC. No luck.
I then downloaded Odin and attempted to 'flash' (not good with the terminology, excuse any mistakes I make) my phone using various firmwares I found on the internet. I tried the md5 file both in the PDA and PHONE boxes. I kept downloading "BTU" firmwares(?), read that's what I want somewhere. The file name is "I9300XXUGMK6_I9300OXAGMK6_I9300XXUGMK6_HOME.tar.md5". However I kept encountering various errors, ranging from "there is no PIT partition", to "can't open the serial(com) port". Basically it would always fail.
I tried 5 different versions of Odin - 3.10, 3.9, 3.7, 3.04, 1.85. No luck, same errors.
I then tried uninstalling Kies, ending all processes related to it, and retrying Odin. Still no luck, getting the same serial(com) port error.
I then tried to use a "GT-9300.pit" file that I found online, in the PIT section of Odin. No luck
MY CURRENT SITUATION:
Having tried all of the above, my phone no longer enters recovery mode. When I boot my phone it goes to the following firmware upgrade error screen saying "Firmware upgrade encounteerd an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."
It allows me to enter DOWNLOAD MODE, but not RECOVERY MODE. It loops in the same behaviour as previous screens. Even when on charge it shows this screen now.
I have tried my best to include everything I can so I can get more appropriate help. I do not have any experience with phones and I have tried everything I can by myself, hopefully someone here can help!
Long story,if you know what is Teamviewer i can help you. It would take long time to troubleshoot what you did wrong. Best thing would be to start from scratch.

Thank you so much for your offer to help!
I do know what Teamviewer is! I've used it for many years
I also have Skype and a webcam (for showing the phone), so that would be very useful too..
Ok,we don,t need Skype. It's not important for me to see the phone. I will tell you what to prepare, what to download so we can be fast and productive

OK I screwed up. I would appreciate any help here. Rogers S6 Edge, G925W8. It was stock 5.0.2.
Wanted to try a ROM so flashed TWRP, then flashed Kingfisher ROM v1.1 (it seemed the safest / W8-friendly). ROM was fantastic (much better battery), but GPS would never lock.
Tried to start over by flashing stock Rogers 5.0.2 via Odin but it wouldn't flash. I read (a little too late) that downgrading isn't something Samsung enjoys. Argh!
Then out of desperation, I flashed the BL (BL_G925W8VLU2BOH8_5.1.1.tar) from http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/general/canadian-odin-5-1-1-bootloader-twrp-t3196595 , which was a very bad move, I assume because I wasn't on 5.1.1 to begin with. Crap!!
So now the phone gets to the Galaxy S6 edge splash screen, with "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING", and it stays there. The phone also gets very warm, and I can't shut it off. Using VolDown+Power+Home reboots it (showing the same message) but doesn't shut it off. Using VolUp+Power+Home reboots it but only says the same thing about Recovery.
Please tell me that I didn't just brick this phone!!
UPDATE:
Am able to get the phone into Download/Odin mode by holding the 3 buttons (voldown+power+home) while plugging the phone into USB. The stock Rogers image refuses to flash (Odin says fail immediately), but I am a step closer thanks to @brar.arsh's thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/general/canada-galaxy-s6-edge-canadian-users-t3069314 )
From there I grabbed the "S6 Edge Stock Firmware OG2" which comes in 4 parts (BL, AP, CP, and CSC). I added all 4 pieces to Odin and started flash. Boot.img and recovery flashed, but then during the system.img flash, it failed about half-way through. Right after that failure, something changed because the device now became "Unknown Device" to windows, and it complained that "a USB device has malfunctioned, and Windows no longer recognizes it".
This gave me hope that I could get into Recovery (since that flash was successful), but the phone likes to boot directly to the "The update failed so please launch Smart Switch" message - regardless of starting with VOLUP+PWR+HOME button combination. So no recovery access... but making progress.
I belive I initiated a flash that contained JUST the BL, CP, and CSC portions, and it passed quickly. This, of course, isn't enough to get the system going. I just wanted to see if it would fail in other areas.
Trying the emergency flash via Smart Switch: Smart Switch said it required the phone to be in Recovery mode, but it still attempted the fix even though I was in Odin/Download mode. Good news, but unfortunately it gave the same result - a failure at around 50% of the entire flash operation.
I have tried re-flashing the AP portion several times and it fails at different progressions (50%, 75%, 90%)... so close.
I was thinking that it was maybe a power issue (since the battery was completely dead during the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" period, with no way to turn the phone off or pull battery), I wondered if the battery just needed a little juice before starting the operation. I let it stay plugged in for a few minutes after one of the many failed flash attempts (screen was illuminated with the progress bar frozen at the point of failure). I noticed that when I unplugged it, it didn't die immediately, so I plugged it back in (getting the "USB device has malfunctioned" message again), and forced it to restart by holding the VOLDOWN+PWR+HOME buttons). It got back into Odin mode and the PC recognized it again. Loaded up just the AP portion in Odin, hit Start, left the room, and when I came back it said PASS! I cannot prove that it had any battery power from this method... or if it even helped. This could have just been a fluke.
The phone automatically rebooted into Recovery mode (which scared me) so I hit Power Down.
Rebooted the phone - I hear the lame Samsung startup song, and it is booting. Hallelujah.
Ok, so one night I was using my phone normally (Browsing. Watching YouTube, Playing Games) like everyone else does. Then all of a sudden it shuts off, but immediately turns on again without me pressing a button. (So basically it suddenly auto restarts on its own) This occured maybe 2-4 times (all in one night) until one time, it shuts off but doesn't turn on again (basically an automatic shutdown), so I tried turning it on again (Power button), then I got shocked because all of a sudden it enters a boot loop (Screen displaying this sequence : Samsung Galaxy S4 screen, my carrier logo screen, The encrypted screen (where you have to enter your encryption password) then again the Samsung logo but this time with the colors splashing from the background, then it shuts off again.) Sometimes after the boot loop sequence, it vibrates but never turns on again, sometimes it just turns off after the sequence. And as I try and try to get away from the boot loop, the sequence became shorter. So I'm guessing it's a battery problem, BUT my battery isn't bloated or deformed. I tried clearing the cache first, again the sequence got shorter (never going up to the carrier logo screen), then I tried formatting the data, still to no avail. Now, when I turn it on, It shows the Samsung logo screen for 2 seconds and shuts down.
I tried flashing it with ODIN thru Download mode BUT (HERE'S where another problem occured) :
My phone never get pass on the system.img.ext4 dialogue and my screen just goes blank. But ODIN still recognizes my phone. And when I remove the USB cable, ODIN says FAIL.
I'm sure the cable is working. I downloaded the firmware for my carrier (Tre 3).
What could be the real problem here?
Here is the description of my device :
Samsung Galaxy GT-I9505
Bought from Italy, Tre 3 carrier
Can I download a different region/carrier for my I9505 phone?
Advanced thanks for anyone who comments and I'm very sorry for my English. Thanks!
I would install TWRP recovery, boot to it, and use it to format data, which will remove the encryption. Then I would either push a rom to the phone via recovery or try to reinstall the stock firmware with Odin. Make sure that you run Odin as admin as well. The firmware must be the same version or newer. If you still have the stock recovery and can boot to it, then I think the build number of the currently installed firmware will be visible there. You should be able to use that to Google the correct version you need.
Hey it's me. Just posting a quick reply.
Thanks for replying to my post. Yesterday I successfully flash a rom to my GT-I9505 (Version 5.0.1 Italy HUI 3G). However it still didn't boot up. At first try it booted up to the first setup screen then just randomly shuts down. Then as I try to boot it up again, It just shuts down after the first Samsung logo (with the GT-I9505 logo), I can't boot into recovery cause it shuts down. I'm sure it's not a battery issue cause when I boot into download mode, it can stay in that screen for like 10 minutes. What could be the issue? I'm planning to disassemble my S4 sooner to see if something's wrong inside. Thanks again for the reply
