Here's the deal with the way I share photos. I don't do social media, I don't have "walls" anywhere. I show pictures to my wife and folks and they send pictures to me. But doing this via email the way we do now is cumbersome. Snap...open email...attach...no not that one, the other one...delete...attach...add email addresses... etc etc etc. And that's not even addressing the issue of file size limitations.
I need something super simple that allows sharing of 1-4 pictures quickly after taking them without having to manage a whole social media app in the process. Does something like this even exist or am I not a market that anyone cares to create an app for because my photo use can't be monetized by a marketing manager?
Thanks guys! Any app suggestions would be great. If it could work across Blackberry as well that would be great. All I can find is flickr??
I just use my dropbox account. added my mom to the photo folder and she can just go to the dropbox website. The dropbox app makes it very easy to upload photos right after you take them. This works for you too. If they just upload photos to the shared dropbox folder you can view them from computer or phone. Only problem is you don't get any notification of new content like you get with e-mail.

Well, I'm sorry bro, but as far as I know, you can only add pictures to contacts and cannot save them back. Why don't you just take another picture?
Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks, hope that helps
I rarely see her at the moment and it was just a really cute p pic

As above post says, i don't think there is a way, unless you were able to get the old sdcard that was in your phone and the picture would be in the DCIM folder of that.
If you go to your gmail account on a computer and view your contacts you can save a scaled down version of the picture, but it is the same resolution of the picture you currently can see on your phone..

I found an idea. You should download program from Google Play called "Save Contact photo" then you will see all your contacts there and you can share those contact photos via Bluetooth(should have another phone for that!). And then you can see that photo in another phone's gallery, so you can easily transfer it via Facebook or Whatsapp.
The best solution
Ask your GF to remove her profile picture on WhatsApp, then after she removes the pic, Your phone will show your contact picture as the WhatsApp profile picture, go ahead and save the picture.
Google Play app "Save Contact Photo"
MrMatas1 — hey do you happen to remember the exact name of that app? I cannot find it on Play Store— It's of course possible it's never been updated in 2 years, so isn't showing up. Would you mind taking a look and report back? It sounds like a great app. Thank you!

Hey man is there any possible way we could add features to your app man .... Like Selecting all contacts and downloading them also maybe away of syncing them back to contacts???
Maybe ??
I am looking for a way to prevent photo deletion without inputing a password first. I know there are app lock apps and photo hiding apps but I am not looking for those. On jailbreak iPhones there is an app called Photector which requires a password before someone deletes a photo from the gallery and would love an option on Android but haven't been able to find one. Would be really handy when you take embarrassing photos of someone and try to delete it later by grabbing your phone Thanks in advance!
Facebook has this rather simple gallery view if I want to add a photo to a Facebook app comment. It gives you a long list.
Whilst it works for those people with few photos on their phone, there some of us who have hundreds and the all inclusive 'Camera Roll' takes ages to scroll through them!
So I thought is there a Module that could force the Facebook app to use a gallery of my choice like Quickpic as this allows me to select from one of the folder of my Images I've got.
This would certainly be of use to active Facebook users with photos.
Comments please.

There's an app, sort of a photo viewer, it's perfect for me because it always shows the photos in the order I want. However, on my note 3 running cyanogenmod it's there and it's called "documents". On the s6 however it seems to be there but I can't access it directly unless I'm using an app, for instance if I'm uploading a photo on Twitter It opens. Can someone help me install it so I can look for photos directly in it? I'll post photos of it.
