There's an app on the play store called "Manual Camera Compatibility" that can test your rom for support.

im in the build B320 for KIW-L22
In B320 build for L22, manual camera is supported, it is called "pro" mode. Although few of the features like ISO adjustment are missing. Beta testers have raised issue for this problem in official beta test forum and the fix is expected.

Hello guys,I installed cm 14 unofficial ROM in my redmi note 3. All is working fine. but there is some problem with camera application. when I am trying capture some image I found that the sometime camera has been stopped. most probably camera was stopped. then I try google camera app which is helpful for me out of 10 try I was able to capture image 10 time. single time don't won't to face any crash. I hope it will work with your device also.

yes you can , but not install just copy with root-browser on the system in the proper folder and give proper permission
(my advice, keep the old apk , just rename it bak)

Why has the Messages app the good old orange icon/accent color instead of the new blue one? Is it depend on the Theme in the ROM?

Installation
You can install all apps normally and no xml file or setting configuration required for Gcam. Just install and use.

A quick question. Where did you get that font for your phone in the screenshots? I didn't find it in LG Smart World. I want to download other fonts but I couldn't find anywhere.

Hi, can you give me the source for Velvet cam port?
I installed it and i only have 3 modes available, so even though a shortcut from the launcher will take story shot and portrait, they are not available in the Camera interface. The camera is much faster I have to admit, but trying to install the initial G8x cam apk fails.

I had the same problem, I just uninstalled the updates and automatically went back to stock app
So i managed to fix messenger and squared ugly launcher icons after updating to Android 11 MIUI 12.0.1. Today Xiaomi "released" this version of Launcher:
1625834504388_MiuiHome_ALPHA_4_23_0_3277_07092031 (screenshots included).
All i had to do is update the app and it's all magical beautiful again
