So, no ROM download for you = no support? If you're gonna sound the alarm at least make sure there's a fire. Well, there is some smoke. ?
Which variant do you have, btw? There's a few (old?) downloads at the U.S. site.
The global site seems to have no support pages that I could see. The Axon 7 product page is there (had to do a site search).
Never been to the German site before. Did it have downloads previously?

Yes the german site had the b10 update there before (which was the latest for A2017G). Now there is nothing
Edit: just opened a thread on the german forum and asked for clarification if its just a technical problem/server maintenance or if it has something to do with the stuff between zte and usa

I'm getting the same thing now also. Hmmm

ZTE OTA servers are offline:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Axon7/comments/8ebxdh/zte_ota_servers_are_offline/

Yeah, without the OTA servers, there is no way back to B35. Unfortunately, that's the only OTA file I'm missing in my repository of files. I saved off the link, but never finished downloading the individual file. Hopefully the OTAs come back up.

Just be patient and wait. We all dont know what zte will do currently. We only know that they are trying to get the stuff with the usa resolved. So please, just wait and we will see.
Edit: Also stop double posting the same things if u posted them already earlier. You are doing it on every forum (here, reddit, zte usa forums)

No, they are NOT packing their bags yet. The message in German says that they are currently undergoing maintenance. Stop with the speculations spamming and false assumptions and wait for official statements!

Why do you insist on posting links containing unsubstantiated claims. These sites are merely trying to gain free publicity (traffic if you like) from users on the internet.
It has already been stated by SE themselves there is unlikely to be further delays. All this rubbish about bootloaders and so forth is complete nonsense.

Old version? AFAIK there is no old version of the phone, it is has only just been released. These are the Chinese version. The picture shows them running HydrogenOS. They will be flashed by the seller with OxygenOS before they ship. To be honest the firmware situation of OxygenOS on the Chinese OP2 is still unclear. Will it receive OTA updates..... I guess we will find out soon.

Here is the post. You can find it at the first comment. He is the admin, so I believe it is YES.
Ive ordered the 64gb version from them £308.90 then I got a 5% discount as I am a first time customer. I also took the insurance for sending it out at just over £1.32 so total cost £294.78 Very pleased. Cant wait until it arrives! I am coming from the Nexus 6 64GB white version.
I have been working on getting a custom ROM setup, so far I have taken the OxygenOS downloaded it, de-odexed it and added aroma installer. You will be able to select what apps you want in the ROM during install. I have also modded the settings app and moved SuperSU from the App drawer to Settings.
Just need a phone to test it on now!
Hi,
Any idea on how long it'll take? £294 is a few quid more than the official price!
Ordered mine on Monday, 2 - 7 days to process order, then I selected free DHL delivery which is 3 - 5 days. Hoping it will be processed today then arrive some time next week!
That's pretty quick then! Hopefully customs won't sting you also!
3 - 5 day delivery, so may have to pay a fee to get through customs!

Especially without root or an unlocked bootloader, there's not a lot to do to personalize your device.

Fault Google... not Verizon.. Every Carrier wants to do their **** with controlling the OS on devices used on their carrier. Google doesn't have the balls like Apple to tell Verizon to GTFO. The whole point of Nexus is to circumvent carriers and get updates directly from Google.

Nougat for Axon 7 coming "in the next two weeks or so."

http://www.androidcentral.com/zte-doesnt-actually-know-what-people-want
TL;DR: Jeff Yee, Vice President of Technology Partnerships and Planning for ZTE North America:
"Before any decisions are made about the future of Project CSX, the company's current flagship, the Axon 7, is poised to get updated to Android 7.0 Nougat in early February. Yee says that Google has received the final Nougat build, which includes long-awaited Daydream support, and is going through the process of certifying the release for public use. That process should wrap up in the coming days, and users of the sold-unlocked device can look forward to an update in the next two weeks or so."
"...or so." I'll look for it at the end of February at the earliest.
also from the article:
"Yee says that Google has received the final Nougat build, which includes long-awaited Daydream support, and is going through the process of certifying the release for public use. That process should wrap up in the coming days, and users of the sold-unlocked device can look forward to an update in the next two weeks or so."
Unless it's near vanilla Nougat, and that abomination called Power Manager has been completely removed and killed with fire, I am not interested. Lineage is working wonderfully and I see no reason why ZTE would bring anything useful to the table based on the B27 and B29 updates.
My opinion, for what it's worth.
that article is bull****. the nougat beta doesnt seem to be anywhere close to ready....

They gonna get me that's for sure....Their timeline for nougat has been much better than most other OEM's. And their help was invaluable in getting CM up and running which is pretty much the bigg at reason I actually bought the phone in the first place...If only I could find a decent glass screen protector this would be a 11/10

No it's not, not by a long shot. Since when is an update nearly a year after initial release so good? Even companies notorious for slow releases like Samsung have beaten them to the punch. The only one which comes to mind which has delayed as much as them is LG and they're being torn apart for it.

They've done the absolute bare minimum and did far less than any of the random developers here who wanted to get it done. There is literally zero ROMs that you can honestly thank them for, in fact if they weren't so stubborn and just gave us the material to work with we could have come up with plenty long ago. Go ahead and use one of those ROMs, which ZTE did nothing to help with just to be perfectly clear, if you don't mind losing functionality like access to the Hi-Fi DAC. ZTE are by far one of the worst companies when it comes to support that I've ever heard of. Interesting that a lack of screen protectors is what keeps it from being an "11" when it's camera practically doesn't function in medium light, there's random bugs all over the place, and there's still even enough typos to make the entire thing seem like a bad joke.
Even if they do deliver now, it'd be too little too late. I've had this phone for half a year and they haven't kept a single promise. Only empty hype which has never once resulted in something tangible.
I like this mtfk
You Sir have a point, and I think is a valid one.

Given how A2017G users are treated, maybe February 2018?
