I am just wondering - can we make it a bit simpler and skip unlocking bootloader?
e.g. I can download twrp from google play, from this installed twrp I can choose reboot to recovery and I can see twrp 2.8.1.0
Why can't I just from this point flash CM12.1? May it cause any problems?

Sorry for lately respond! These instructions are the way we have tested this process and we have stated that it is the most effective way to install everything and be sure everything works as they should. If you have allready unlocked the bootloader, you dosen´t have to do it again, but be sure that it is unlocked. And if you are in 4.2.2., then I recommend to flash 4.4.2 first, for the partition table and then 5.1.
About TWRP, our recovery is compiled from cm12.1 (lollipop) source and we are sure that it is compatible with our rom. Ofcourse you can try any other recovery, but this is the recommended method. And you're doing it at your own risk, as all custom flashes.

No... This rom is for K910. There is no undercategory for K910, so that why it is under k900. Sry...

AVRCP?
Hey guys,
great work and thumbs up for supporting the K910! I installed the latest build (RC16) just a few hours ago and noticed immediately in the car, that no music metadata is being transmitted to my car radio. Is AVRCP currently not supported? It worked with the official KitKat ROM at least.
Edit: Never mind - I reflashed the whole thing and it works now.
AFAIK AVRCP up to v1.5 is supported, but I don't have equipment to test meta data stuff atm.
Even though you said it's working now, I double checked BT config and there were still some old stuff lying around from CM11
I'll bring BT config up to date in next build.

i followed instructions all and all ok
except in blutooth headset the sound in call is ok in sim1 BUT sim2 no call sound in headset at all , tried using single sim mode sim2 no sound ..
so i know you did hard work and hope it completes

I was .bat unlook bootloader on my lenovo 4.4.2 from barajlabi (or somethink like this) and then phone restart but dont turn on :/ If i pres power button do nothink, no answer, black screen no light only vibration before meny seconds :/ When i plug on PC in Device Menager, Lenovo HS-USB Diagnostics 9006, fck :/

I've benn running this ROM for a while but I have problem with loud speaker. I thought, that it's some HW problem with my phone (like stugged some dust in that small holes on the back site of phone) but I cleaned it up few days ago and loud speaker volome is still very very low (like I barely hear when my phone in my pocket ringing in public). But if I make some camera record and uploud it on YouTUBE (or simply play it on my laptop) than sound volume seems to be fine.
Do you have any solution for that? Because I found some solution for CM but for another phones.

hello i have a honor 5x kiw-l24 usa
i recently updated to marshmallow and im a bit disappointed .
i thought it would make it noticeably faster. i changed the launcher to google now , turned off all animation , deleted and force stopped a bunch of apps.,
cleared cache , factory wiped marshmallow after update . dont know what else to do.
right now im playing two games , republique and dawnbringer.
dawnbringer takes about one minute 47seconds to load { takes about 40 seconds on my yoga 2 10.1 tablet }
and republique takes 46 seconds to load. { takes about the same time on my yoga 2 10.1 tablet }
if i change the rom to CyanogenMod 13.0 will these games load faster , mainly dawnbringer ???
is there any way to get dawnbringer to load faster ??
i installed CyanogenMod on a nook tablet before and it was a disaster, took quite a few months before the bugs were fixed { volume caused shutdown , etc.. }
im not hatin' on the phone im just curious if the CyanogenMod 13.0 will be a big enough noticeable difference , and if all the bugs are taken care of ????

Hi @towncarblue, I'm using EMUI 4.0 Marshamallow on my KIW-L22. The gaming performance is not good. The device heats up too much. I suggest you to go with CM13 because it is better optimised for our device.
whats the diffrence between cm13 and the "stock rooted debloated rom" ??
the "stock debloated rooted rom " appears to retain all the features , does it get rid of emui ???
CM13 is much better than stock ROM.

2-camera hangs and sucks batttery like crazy if you do 2 hdr photos. Don't use hdr.
are there any other issues i should know about before i void my warranty ??/

REALLY... damn it, i just installed cm13 yesterday and then switched it to stock debloated because i missed the fingerprint scanner.
i checked the settings in cm13 and set up the fingerprint , then it had no option to use the fingerprint to unlock the phone. i just gave up.
if cm13 enables fingerprint LOCK SCREEN unlock let me know how to do it ???

Instruction in CM thread says that to avoid any issues, update to stock MM before flashing CM13 with FPS fix.

well.... i reinstalled stock rom, then reinstalled cm13.
got fingerprint working now. im pretty happy for now. i cant believe that cm13 update came out the same day after i had downloaded the 2016-07-19 .
i just have one more question...
i downloaded the "stock" version of gapps , will that hurt performance ???

I Have an Xperia Z2 (D6503) Running Resurrection Remix Oreo Latest Version 6.0 and Also TWRP Recovery Latest + Magisk v16
authentication problem on a old D-Link DL-524.
Tried connecting to 3 other routers, auth works.
Password is 100% correct ( taken directly from router sofware )
My ticwatch E ( android wear) can connect to the router ( it took the password from my phone saved networks)
So idk whats wrong, maybe because its an older G only route
Please Provide any solutions that worked if you have the same problem or any video or link i can read

I had my t-mobile Samsung galaxy note 4 on stock 6.0.1 marshmallow ROM and then I flashed the official resurrection remix Oreo 8.1 ROM for trlte. After doing that, I found that WiFi direct had stopped working and also game audio started lagging, distorting and echoing.
Please tell me why this is happening and if anybody knows the fix for it, Please help me out. Thank you.

You seem to be familiar with the concept of flashing and incase Knowing the Threats so,I assume you have a Backup of previous ROM.Ressurection Remix has Stable ROMs for Other that AT&T and T-Mobile Devices due to the SoC.They are Very Unstable Builds and Don't Work.The Problem to all Wifi Related devices is a Binary File called bcm_dhd.bin or Others that need to be Compiled or replaced from Other Versions which Sometimes don't Work.
Firstly Inform The Devolpers of the ROM about this and Post it on their Form.Don't be a N00B and attach a Debug report.
Secondly Restore the previous version.Gain root access and Look for a Few files in System/Etc/Wifi named .bin at end copy them all and Paste them on the 8.1 ROM with same folder location and Permissions.Hopefuly This solves the Issue But if it don't then revert.And Next Time if you can't cope with a Few Bugs then don't flash a Custom ROM.8.1 is still Unstable and is Recieving Updates People are Working hard and in Time we will have a Rock Stable Setup.Happy Flashing.

Guys, what happened to our device development?? I think its dead now due to low end mobility!! I am reverting my moto e (condor) to back to lollipop.. While am trying different lollipop custom roms i found major problem is that my phone is going to boot loop while installing apps like WhatsApp, telegram etc. I don't know why my phone is going to boot loop.. Any one has any suggestions please tell me it is only choice for me to use android lollipop custom rom ...

Guy, don't expect a fast answer on such a low end and old device forum, can't you wait more than 2 minutes? ...
I have this device, and the most stable ROM I'd find is AOSPB (based on Android 6.0), the adaptive storage works fine but didn't test Wi-Fi nor Bluetooth as my phone has the Wi-Fi IC and BT antenna damaged.
Just look for AOSPB on the development section, it should work fine!
