i have lenovo tab A5500-HV with this details :
CPU : MTK 8382
Memory : 1G
Storage : 16G
Android : 4.4.2
i flashed it with a wrong firmware, it had a soft brick or something like that so i had to flash it again, i searched for the right firmware and downloaded it then i tried to flash put suddenly the tablet became unrecognizable on the computer and it doesn't do anything or respond to any action buttons click or charging, the screen is just black and there is no any change in it .
HELP PLEASE :crying::crying: !!
The tablet is stuck in a mode .
Download Mediatek drivers
Open Sim tray
Then use a paperclip to power off the tablet completely.
Then try flashing with correct firmware

i have a Samsung galaxy s3 clone . it was bought from shop in china . dont know who actually made it .
i made its backup with mtkdroid root tools 2.3 but its corrupted.
i tried few roms and flashed it with wrong preloader and dsp_bl .. which gave me total brick .. no charging . no display. no detection by pc.
after a lot of hit and trial i somehow unbricked it . now it has android 4.0.4 . but it has few problems.
1: Cameras are not working
2: Sim management is greyed out /disabled .. and no imei ..
3: No baseband ..
now since my own created backup is corrupt and this set is not branded so no real way of identifying it how can i find its factory rom ? from which information I can decide whether a ROM is compatible with my device?

it is highly important to have the version info screen shot/picture/details from the factory mode .. so before embarking on any adventure do it asap.. [factory mode can be obtained differently on different devices.. on my device it comes with vol up +power key]
that screen has a whole bunch of info .. and that in conjunction with the about phone menu from android settings menu can tell u with quite certainity which rom is rigth and which is not for u..
match the baseband version and date .. from factory mode of ur device with the one which u intend to flash onto your device)
match the kernel version.. ..
also the kernel version of both roms (original and the one which u intend to flash )should be same in android system info menu which is obtained by going to settings and about phone ..
and the sw version written on the motherboard of your device is actually the kernel version (from my little experience) .
the sw version shown on your board should be same as that in the android about phone menu .. the version wont matter ... (again in my little experience )
i unbricked quite a few devices ...and tried almost half a dozen roms on each device .. actualy 4* ~5 =20 combinations.. so all of the above is from my personal experience..
AND DO NOT flash preloader and dsp_bl .. unless you are unbricking the device .. ( .. or flash if u want to brick it........in other words..)

and also make a generous use of the china-iphone.ru forum and chinafonini 4pda.ru and some other forums and sites in the hunt for suitable rom
i have problem too, but different clone. mine s4 clone with MTK 6575_01 ( i'm not sure , but i tried to flash by SP flash tool with based ROM mtk 6589. always FAILED )

SOLVE step by step i did
SOLVE
with this stok rom mtk 6575 .can download from ( d**s.google.com/file/d/0B6uumU74LB_xb0ZNaGRBUWRILWc/edit?usp=sharing replace ** with oc )
then flash with SPflashtool , as i use SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1328.0.183 -->
and don't forget to install MT6575/6577 USB VCOM drivers
when flashing with spf. when inserting a USB from your PC to your phone while holding vol +.
after flash succed. phone unbricked . i was happy
but there's any problem. SIM CARD not detected. no baseband. imei not valid. but camera phone normally.
then i try factory MODE by press power holding vol up
then choose clear eMMC.
reboot phone.
worked by me
invalid imei - use mobile uncle tool
worked. by me

hi guys,
last day my brother asked me if i could update his tablet's rom
so I downloaded this rom .
i pluged the tablet while it was on to pc , pad product tool recognized it as ADFU so i pressed download while the tablet was on , the bar went completely blue and from then , its not turning on.no response when i plug it to pc.
i have brricked other chinese phone before ( ) and unbricked them so i hope i could unbrick this with your help !
i think i have to flash the factory rom for unbricking it but there are two major problems:
1- I dont have the factory rom
2- i got no response when i plug it to pc
if you help me with these two problems i would appreciate your help
good I need help, I bought a lenovo s900 and now is supposed to be a Fake S90 +. When trying to change the ROM with another different with smtools, now no lights or display. So if when you connect and disconnect the USB if the PC recognizes it. And I tried several times but nothing putting on a ROM, I always skip the error
BROM_ERROR : S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054)
I think everything is erased completely even preolader please .. If you can help me or pass me the original rom stock it. The processor is leading MT6572.

secondly i have a tablet that when i turn on stuck at the first logo
which is "dual core aml-mx amllogic" this is what written on the logo
i don't know what is the problem i think that it needs a firmware
first problem i don't know how to backup this kind CPU firmware in case i find a working tablet same as mine to flash the working firmware to
i know how to do so for other brands like allwinner or rockychip but for this aml i don't know how
second problem i don't know how to flash a firmware to this CPU does it accept sd card flash firmware or usb and pc flash and how
plz anyone who know how to deal with this type of cpu or tablet help me

ps : i recently downloaded a firmware from internet and tried to flash it with aml burning tool but the device seems to be disconnecting while flashing so the tablet now identified by the program but nothing appear on screen when trying to turn it on

Installed was the kitkat4.4 ver.
After installing some application ,it started rebooting continiously,without responding to button presses,except to shut down when pressing power button for 10 seconds.
I tried several combinations of the volume and power buttons(the only ones it has),to no avail
I read it is possible to flash this thing to make it work again,but i cant find the image file needed according to the instructions i got.
Do i need to get a specific file or any kitkat 4.4 for a tablet would do?
And how am i to go about flashing it?I need an external SD card and reader??Or is there an easier way?
I d appreciate any assistance
