No.it can't be ported..
Reason why we don't have VoLTE because haven't release VoLTE sources...
If you really desperate about volte you should do it by yourself..

I already have volte , I would just like to use custom rom, if we had volte patch from Huawei we could all have volte and flash custom rom, this is Huawei problem every time, good hardware bad software and software support, its a shame as there is big modding community who could do a lot for their phones if they embrace community.
hello to all developers , first of all congratulations that now our device supports project treble, So when will we get AOSP/Lineage OS ROMs ?
Kindly share your words,thoughts,ideas, planning.
thank you. and sorry for my bad English.
Hello ... i heard that it has an existing AOSP 8.1 rom .. but no idea how to install or to work with it .. but check these links out .. as i can tell it's been already supported by treble .. but no idea how it will work
https://forum.xda-developers.com/pr...-development/experimental-phh-treble-t3709659
and this link is for the supported devices by that AOSP
https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/wiki
you can see that the Mate 10 Lite is supported
and about flashing can't confirm if this method will work or not .. but a rooted user can give it a shot : https://www.xda-developers.com/flash-generic-system-image-project-treble-device/
Hope i gave some good info

hi . thanks for good news about that but is there any one tried this rom and knows about bugs ??
Apparently if it works from what I read in the comments, it would prove it but I'm on a trial basis and with little time. So I don't want to risk being without a cell phone for a few days. When I have more time I'll try, but it seems to work!

Honor 10 equals 10 Mate lite?. What operating system is Lineage 15? Oreo? Nougat?.

Honor view 10 is not mate 10 lite, but it is project treble compatible, which means that all treble compatible ROMs should be able to work. Same thing for mate 10 lite on Oreo, it runs on treble and u can flash any custom rom on it. I flashed lineage is 15.1(Oreo 8.1) that was meant for a view 10 but worked as it's a gsi (generic system image). Only do this if your mate 10 lite is on Oreo first , so that it is treble compatible

can you please write down the procedure to flash that rom i.e. lineage15.1?
bootloader unlocking is still required?
and when we have lineage then our stock rom would be removed or lineage will be on a separate partition??
and if we want to go back to stock from lineage then what to do?
and please share the screenshots if you have.
thanks & regards

Hey developers I am asking one question please answer me Android p ROM for redmi Note 3 support yes or no?
When Android P sources will be available, then it will have support.
Dont expect it to be perfectly functional because many changes are done to android to avoid fragmentation and 2-year olds like kenzo can't take these changes easily.
A stable build may/may not arrive...

What a boss. ??
That depends on the availability of the correct source and vendor files. Stable one is kinda hard to come

Read this article it explains in detail what Project Treble is.
https://www.xda-developers.com/how-project-treble-revolutionizes-custom-roms-android-oreo/amp/
This explains why Project Treble is a huge thing for Custom ROM development.
(Read the next part after reading those links, it will make more sense)
Now why most of the ROMs are non-treble for vince is because treble is most useful only if officially supported by the OEM. Some devs have been able to port treble unofficially to many Xiaomi devices. In the start vince also had custom ROMs with treble support. It meant that after flashing that ROM once you could then flash any Treble GSI on top of it. It does help that there are more ROMs that you can try out. But for a device with a good development base does not benefit much because most of the Treble GSIs available have ports available native to that device and a native port for a device is always better than flashing a GSI. But you would ask that if Treble has been ported then why not just leave it as an option for the few who would still want to try it. Many other devices are working this way such as mido which has several working Treble enabled ROMs. But on vince the Treble builds were causing many bugs and it was too much of a hassle to iron them out so it was easier to just remove Treble so that devs could focus their time on things that are more useful.
And how do I know if my phone is treble?

Hello good developers hope you guys are doing well I just wanna say thanks for the hard and fantastic work you guys have done for Redmi note 3 kenzo.
But as now I can see clearly that Redmi note 3 is dying and there's no hope as there's no project treble support.
So I request you guys to please make Redmi note 3 project treble supported so we can enjoy nice ROMs.
As everyone knows Redmi note 3 runs on marshmallow 6.0 officially and it was already dead but just because of the hard work of good developers it was pretty much saved.
So here is my huge request that please........ please......... please ......make project treble for our Redmi note 3 I mean it's such a shame because even Redmi 3X/Redmi 3S/Prime have unofficial project treble support which is definitely not good as Redmi note 3 and was released at very low price.
Please developers do something please give a little bit of your precious time for project treble (Kenzo).
And please tell me in the comments if any good developer is really ready to make a change..... please guys common just one last thing.... please.
looolll treble ain't easy as u can imagine, lots of our developer had fail in this project. and far away before you ask this, i know some developer try to boot treble rom or just participated and all of them were fail, please don't hope too much cause this is reality, kenzo is dead (or even if its still alive, it won't last longer) only miracle could save your dream, i suggest u to buy new phone like whyred or something else which have more active development. don't compare kenzo to some phone which already treble supported, look..how many phone came with SD650 ? did u understand how it works ? don't beg for 75% of impossibilities, atleast all u do is waiting, supporting & praying that if one day, kenzo will be fully supported it. not begging begging and begging. lots of developer had tried, u can participated if u understand lol

So i can trebelize my Mi A1 Phone and go with tested GSI of maybe Android P =)
SD625 is power. Many smartphones have this SoC. Great battery consumption, great performance.
The Mi A1 is faster than the RN3P and has a great battery backup with 3000mAh.
Mi A2 has SD660. It will have the same fate as kenzo
