My device is also 2gb. It doesnt shutdown even if battery is 5% or 8 %.. What bug u talking?
Does it happen on stock kernel too ?
Dont flash custom kernels. Stay on stock kernel and check if same problem happens.
Keep ur firmware updated to latest.
Do you clean flash rom ?
First Format data,
then wipe data reset,
flash rom, gapps
Reboot
I use Aosp Extended 5.7 Oreo..

Update AospExtended 4.6
[21.10.17]
- Enable selfie mirror by default
- Tweak adaptive brightness
Escrima X12 Kamui-LightingBlade-PurpleElectricity
- Merge latest CAF tag
- Fix few deadlocks and memory leaks
- Merged KRACK Patch and security patch
- Fix Autoshutdown issue
- Add FingerprintID resume feature from OnePlus
- Fix fingerprint sometimes not detecting
- Light sensor fixes
- Fix Battery % issues
- Pushed Readahead value to 512
- Enable Arch power saving
The issue of Autoshutdowns was because of the Voltage Cut-Off values for Mi Max as implemented in the LOS kernel. This was causing issues on kenzo/Kate. So we reverted back to the Old Values of Voltage Cut Off from Kenzo-OSS. This took some time and lot of research. Although the sudden casue of this issue is unknown and that too happening with few users. I can't thank enough to these people

Old post( made on 18th July 2015)
Thanks a lot! any idea if/when our device will get its own forum on xda? What about a codename, like redmi 1s is known as Armani. And do you plan on making this cm11 as official by submitting it to them?
Edit(8-8-2015)
Okay I'm editing this useless post and adding some info to make it useful because a lot of people are gonna be seeing it, since it's on the first page.
I flashed this rom about a week ago and this is the most stable rom for this device. It is pure and simple Cyanogenmod. No unneeded extra bloated features gotten through hacking and what not. Nope. Simple and pure cyanogenmod. And that's why it runs smooth as butter. Let's talk point wise about some things.
1) Battery- For me, the most important thing about a phone is its battery life. If it is plugged in half the time, what's the use. A mobile is supposed to be mobile. This rom has great battery life. It gives a screen on time of 7 hours. Read that again. Not overall time. Just the screen on time of 7 hours. Over all time can easily go upto 3 days if you use it for 2 hours every day. I'm a heavy user though and it lasts me a minimum of 7 hours. This is as good as the stock Miui rom and the developer has done this without the kernel sources, so thumbs up to him. Be sure to thank him by pressing the thanks button.
2) Ram - It's a 1GB ram phone. At least that's what I'm using. So dont expect the performance of a flagship from it. If you use greenify and hibernate all useless apps, you wont face a single lag or stutter. I always have around 300-350 mb ram free after installing around 120 apps. All of them are greenified, except whatsapp, hike, alarm clock, nova launcher and swiftkey. I'm a greenify freak. Whatever you do, be sure to greenify facebook and chrome because they hog a lot of ram.
3) Sound/Music - I was very surprised by the music quality that this rom provides. It's loud and clear as the Miui rom. To get such clarity and quality in an early build of a custom rom and that too without kernel sources is a miracle. Kudos to the dev.
4) Camera - Now we are talking. :victory: Everyone is concerned about the camera. Well the stock camera is not good and it doesnt take pictures as good as the Miui rom camera. But not to worry, go to page 4 or 5 of this thread and you'll find the apk of cyanogen camera linked there. Download it and install it normally. It works quite good. It also has the option of time lapse video which is quite nice. But some of you might not like even that camera. So search for "Miui camera port for cyanogenmod" and you should find a miui forum link where the zip file is present. Download the file and flash it via recovery and voila! you'll have that awesome camera back again. PS - It's not the miui 6 camera, its miui v5 camera. PPS - It was originally intended for Redmi 1s but it works very good on our device. The name of the file is MIUICamera44-4.zip and its size is 2.2 mb.
That's it people. This is an awesome rom and i havent faced any bugs till now. I cant even imagine using that horrible miui 6. Xiaomi makes great hardware but poor software. Installing cm11 makes our device high on steroids. :highfive: Enjoy the rom. I will update the post later if i feel like adding some more info.
Dont forget to thank the developer for his hardwork by pressing the thanks button. Thanks me too, if i helped you.

CM most likely won't accept devices on CM 11.0. I'm still waiting for official kernel source release before starting to work on CM 12.1.

HM201481x is the actual codename of the device.
I've just released a new build with a fix for proximity (for those who had issues with it before).
Good to finally see this rom here in xda, thank you so much for your work.BTW on your latest build and i can confirm that the proximity now works perfectly.

Yep, and due to this proliferation of codenames... it will be a mess understand which ROM is for which Redmi 2.
As an example: is this ROM for HM2014813? or just 11 (which is the most common one?)?
Can we share the best practice over at miui.com forum by stating in the title the code of the device the ROM is made for?
For the people out there:
- Device code is written on the phone, below the battery slot
- 2014811 is the 1GB RAM model
- 2014813 is the 2GB RAM model
Thanks!!!

That isn't true actually. 2014813 is just 2014811 with different bands. 2GB models have another codename altogether (either that or they have the same codename). Anyway, my ROM works on all Redmi 2 variants, except that it will change your model to 2014811 once flashed.
Thanks. Power-off Alarm still has not been solved yet. Looking forward to your next version.

I'm looking for a new phone, and the Redmi 2 made it to my shortlist, but I would like CM on it. When I buy one, it will be a 2GB HM2014813 (they are actually advertised with this number) because of the bands supported.
When you say this ROM will change the model to 2014811, do you mean it just changes the modelnumber in the software, or does it also change the supported bands to the ones of the 2014811?
Also: are there any known non-working parts like in other ROM's?
Thanks!

The ROM only changes the model number. Your phone still acts like a HM2014813.
The ROM is pretty much bug-free; I have been using it as my daily driver since the first release.

Hey guyz, I am opening this thread to discuss latest Los 16 by Nichcream for Redmi 3s/ Redmi 3s prime/ Redmi 3X ( Device code LAND) . I found this build very stable. No bug encountered yet.
Los ROMs are for those who does not want many customizations and love to stock android ROM experience and Los is purest form of it.
As Nich builds are super stable and surprisingly I found this Los build is super smooth, no heating problem and Finger print recognition is super fast.
Full credit to Nichcream sir, I am just discussing on his build.
For Indian users Volte, Vilte both working but no Volte logo in status bar.
No much customization except network traffic and button customization as you know Los is not known for customization but you will certainty like it for stability , smoothness and performance.
Gcam and all other stuff working super fine.
:good:
In the case you didn't found the link for download it is below here :

Here are some screenshots of 26 June build
Again it is to remind you that it is non treble and unofficial build and it seems that we are very close to Los 16 official and we hope for Nichcream will be maintainer for it.
I will post battery backup graph after some time .
Enjoy Los 16 Full credit to Nichcream.

Thnx corrected
Great idea to open this thread. I was searching around myself on nichcreams filehost profile and wanted to try this new rom as well. I checked nichcreams github and he keeps updating the land and kernel source code, his work looks very valueable.
After almost 2 years of owning a Redmi 3s, I think we have finally reached a point of great quality. AOSP/GZOSP/LOS base + nichcream land sources + Difr kernel sources is the ultimate combination to use at this moment in my opinion.
Big thanks to @nichcream
Nice rom just installed.:good:
Will give you review after use of some time.
No bug found till now.
Really good ROM.
Thanks to nicecream battery backup and performance is very good. No any single bug. Pure stock rom.

Is it intended behavior that data transfer is only available in LTE? In 2G/3G web browser claims "net error no internet connection"
Edit: problem related to my carrier provider, not rom problem.
BTW cannot send/receive MMS. Anyone can confirm MMS working in this ROM?
I've been using this ROM for the last two days and the smoothness of it is amazing. No lags, no slowdowns, everything working as expected. Battery backup seems normal, although I'd need to review it in a few days.
I hope this becomes official.

I guess, for this rom becoming official it has to be treble first and fulfills all of the lineageos's rules to be a official rom!
I don't see what Treble has to do with it becoming official or not. But it's true that the rules are very strict and difficult to comply with. In any case there's no guarantee the developer even wants to apply for the official tag anyway.
As long as it's maintained and updated, it's going to be my ROM of choice.

MMS doesn´t work on this build. Although @Manzing managed to get MMS running on ritesh´s sources (official RR, Nitrogen, CrDroid official) I never got it running on any Oreo rom; even if I use exactly the same apn´s like I do in Nougat where it´s working. So until now, there´s no fully working MMS for Oreo!

Mine is 727. It will always work true .. ??? Or is it only for the 720 at the moment you manage to upload .. ???
I download it , still have games notification problem not show , and it's slower battery charge than other ROMs.

Notifications always was issued by EUI but are fixed by scripts for Gapps and others can be fixed by new phone manager and inside smart settings notifications for apps
Eui always charging Max at 1680mAh when battery is empty for longer battery life..

Hey, thanks for building this Rom for the X720 and X727.
I thought I had a problem with the rom, it was my fault and I managed to sort it out. Although It takes a little while to boot the first time, so far the ROM very impressive.
Thanks Again for your work and for sharing it with all of us.

Thanks for your feedback and trying my rom build.
There is an issue with background phone Manager Data because I have disable by default the Data sending by LeEco phone Manager. I will give Update in next day's for this so rom will be more stable.. Maybe I can make a lighter rom and upload it....Note: I haven't the x720 to test it .. only my son's x722.. for short time..Thanks again..

I will provide any feedback that you need. I get bored and since I have two X727's and I will usually flash anything just to try it. Even when immersed in using something else, it only takes a few minutes to try it and restore a nandroid backup if there is an issue that makes me not want to to stick around.
I heard about about some people having google issues. I am certain that those issues are from flashing their firmware and maybe the Lambda Kernel prior to completing the initial setup, Yes I had that issue. ?
The built in Gapps functions fine. Especially when starting with full wipe, clean slate. I went ahead and formatted my storage also, after encountering Google services crashing, which turned out being a self created issue.

is it possible to get some help on this?
Hello. This is a build of descendant targeted at Ali that has been shared/used on telegram for awhile now. Original developer of the rom is Dil3mm4.
Must be used on official pie base (vendor/boot, etc). If on Oreo base, you must use the official gsi variant instead. This is March security patch but has patch level overridden for safetynet.
Changes from official gsi variant:
- gapps/vanilla builds are separate with AppInfo reverts in vanilla build to fix settings without gapps.
- Google Fi completely works including carrier switching. Various other carrier/radio improvements.
- Prints/props from official pie release to pass safetynet/device registration out of the box.
- Targeted at armv8-a cortex-a53 opposed to armv7-a-neon generic.
- Qcom IMS for volte, other carrier blobs added.
- Fully functional MotCamera2 incl portrait, play store upgradeable.
- Qcom perf fixed/integrated.
- sdcardfs enabled.
- (SUBS BROKE FOR NOW)No treble overlay apk in use, so substratum works without additional hacks.
- hwui/art configs from stock pie.
- qcom sepolicy to fix battery stats being reset on reboot and for qcom telephony support.
- NFC removed entirely from build due to constant background crashing.
- Beginning of notification sound being cut off fixed (audio offload changes).
- Call recording setting shown (don't break the law in your jurisdiction).
- Hotword enrollment blobs added from stock pie. Fixes voice enrollment, but hotword only works over Bluetooth or headset devices.
Bugs:
- okgoogle hotword doesn't work.
- no nfc.
- upgrades sometimes affect safetynet (unsure here).
- Boost mobile may have issues with LTE. Some users report as working, others not. Recent IMS changes may have fixed this (they fixed Sprint for me on Fi).
- Some networks may have DHCP issues (fix incoming).
Install instructions:
- Be on leak or official pie base (vendor, boot, etc). Be sure to backup system prior. Be using dejello's unofficial twrp.
Files: descendant for pie with G6 specific changes (always download most recent of gapps or vanilla (nongapps).
https://github.com/RealJohnGalt/descendant_releases/releases
Recommended camera and long exposure mod: https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g6/themes/gcam-4-2-mods-magisk-2x-exposure-mod-ali-t3917609
Disable encryption zip: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/universal-dm-verity-forceencrypt-t3817389
- Wipe data if unencrypted. Format data if encrypted (will erase entire internal storage. You can stay unencrypted even on stock pie to keep data).
- Flash image to system.
- Flash Forceencrypt zip and magisk 18.1 zip.
- Reboot to setup wizard ?.
- If magisk manager is not displayed due to data wipe, there are no issues with reflashing magisk with your device setup.
Upgrading: Flash system.img and reboot. Reflash microg if using, no need for reflash of magisk or gapps if using either.
All good on VZW xt1925-6 ontop of Brazilian stock pie
I missed some props in R3 for volte. It will be fixed in R3.1, but until then you may install voenabler in magisk to add the props for volte/vowifi.
One doubt, that is an new system based on pie like lineageOs?
Is 64x?
Can I use it normally?
I'm waiting for a os 64x for mine g6 xt1925-3 64 ROM like One..
If yes for all mine questions I'll trie to install it...

It's just an arm system image to be installed on top of official pie. Arm64 support will take vendor and kernel/ramdisk changes as well, and is quite a lot to do -- especially alone.
R4 uploaded. Changes from R3:
- Fixed substratum (accidental break in R3).
- Fixed volte.
- Added fully functional MotCamera2 with HDR, portrait, etc. Also play store upgradeable ?.

Are you planning on adding moto gestures, especially fingerprint navigation?

Yes, fingerprint gestures is currently a WIP that will be integrated soon through an open source lineage-based alternative fingerprint gesture handler.
I'm also going to start doing builds of resurrection remix with these repos (changes).

Is this a 64bit rom ?
I was wondering if this current rom is stable enough for daily use and if it's a 64bit rom ?

I've been running it as a DD for around a month, as well as many others (my household has two G6 in use, and both have been on it). Aside from bugs listed, nothing else I'm aware of.

If you're after gcam, the linked 3.2 bsg mod does take very good photos aside from dots and vignette that will probably never be fixed on our device. It's a lens issue that affects all gcam versions that other phones such as the op3/5 had, but with their camera sensors it was easier to fix. The OV12A10 (and omnivision in general) is notoriously hard to work on. Many tried for mi a1 dots which had a huge userbase with no luck.
I've only been able to improve digital noise slightly through using lavender eeprom and disabling digital gain while in low light.

Not likely to get a 64 bit ROM anytime soon. You can all stop asking now.

Vanilla (nongapps) on its way.
Also just published a gcam 4.2 mod and 2x exposure magisk module with lib mods by Tadi and Savitar https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g6/themes/gcam-4-2-mods-magisk-2x-exposure-mod-ali-t3917609
Will it install this evening... Thanx...
That´s a really great Rom. Thank you very much... Very smooth, awesome.
A TwoDotTwo build was just uploaded for gapps, vanilla following ?.
I flashed the new rom across the old one. It work´s very well. Thank you.
Hi everyone, i have been trying lately to improve my xperia x roms and tried a few of them but none seemed to work properly, sometimes random crashing or battery not charging ...
i was hoping you could help me chose a stable rom for everyday use and gaming (mostly emulation).
thank you in advance !!
I only tried "Unofficial LineageOS 16.0 for Xperia X" and "Unofficial AOSP9r46[X-X Dualsim-X Compact]". AOSP has less issues thanks to more modern kernel/drivers & you can use GCam, but of course it lacks all the comfortable things any LineageOS ROM comes with. The LineageOS has a black screen issue which occurs relatively seldom, but still regularly. It happens when you open an app, most often when switching fast between apps like when sharing a file with an app. You then have to kill that app which has gone black, but very seldom you need to reboot since the black screen is so that you even can't see the Android touchscreen buttons anymore to click back/previous app/homescreen.
I you install AOSP make sure to install the version you'll find deep in the thread and the updated boot.img. The folders on my harddrive are named "20200422 build with 4.9.219 kernel update" and "Updated boot.img with 4.9.230 kernel" which contain the files "AOSP-9-F5121-20200422-4.9.219brcmfmac.zip" and "20201003-aosp9-bootimage-4.9.230-f5121.zip" respectively and I noted down the following in a txt-file:
Edit : new boot.img with 4.9.230 kernel should be flashed instead of the one in full ROM archive, should fix some of the intempestive reboots (CPU frequency fix).
Only quickly tested on Kugo. Have the old boot.img at hand in case of problem.

TWRP I'm using is TWRP v3.3.1 for Xperia X (twrp-3.3.1-0-suzu.img).
Btw I never had charging issues, so make sure it's not a dirt/dust or hardware issue (worn out battery can also cause stability issues.
