Hey guys, can we customize the looks and animations of the system like notification bar/panel, settings, and such with root explorer or something? I don't mean launchers.

Hi,
I'm trying to move some widgets from the drawer but I get a message about "Due to limitations of the Android framwork, you cannot add widgets from the drawer without root access" The thing is, I do have root access. How can I get around this?
If you not rooted yet, just add widgets through the home screen not from the app drawer.
press and hold(in the home screen in empty space) and add widgets

Hello there,
I well know Unicon which allow to change all the icons in the whole system with a icon pack
Looking for something similar but to mod only a few apps
Any idea ?
Easiest way is to use a custom launcher, like Nova. Not only can you edit the icon, but the name as well. It works on the home screen and app drawer.

I well know this feature, but I'm looking for something more complex
I want the icon to be changed into the whole system (e.g : in the multitasking window)
Maybe something along this line https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kellinwood.zipthemer perhaps?
HI, I would like to ask if someone know in which file are stored shortcuts to Qslide apps which are in status bar. I want add some apps from G2 (which support Qslide) to this bar.

Well, on my p768g, when I was on stock, all I had to do was to pull down my notifications area, and scroll that ribbon that holds the QSlide apps all the way to the right, the last icon was the settings option, there you could add/remove apps that supported QSlide.
Hope that helps!
Id test it right now but Im rolling Resurrection Remix ROM and it rocks c:

you must compile qslide.apk in framework, just like compile Settings.apk to add apps on settings menu...

You mean the app drawer? To change its icon you will have to use custom launcher. You cannot change it in stock launcher. Nova launcher is good. Try that.

Hi, dont't know If I mean what you mean, but in Comunity bulid is located inside "Launcher3.apk" in "\res\drawable-xxhdpi-v4\" and there are two files: "ic_allapps.png" and "ic_allapps_pressed.png". Is it what are you looking for?
Flash CyanogenMod.....It runs smoothly and there are more features like customisation than oxygen os
Hi guys,
I am looking for a quick launcher in the statusbar. It should just display 6 shortcuts for easy access in any app. I found these two apps which would be fine:
TUFFS
Notification Shortcuts
The problem is, that they dont stay on the very top of my notifications and this kind of makes them useless to me. Does anyone have an idea how to enable this? Or are there other apps which are better?
Thanks for yor help!
EDIT: SOLVED it myself. In Nougat you can longpress the notification --> more settings --> toogle importance -->set importance to the highest value.
