LED notification Lenovo S898t+ - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have a Lenovo S898t+, and the LED only turns on when the phone is charging, I tryed several times with applications like "Light Flow", but I had no result, also I installed a Xposed module called "Led Control" and other named "XLed", I did not get result, I start to think that this LED only works as an indicator when the battery is charging, because I did not get result whith any application for custom LED notifications, I really appreciate all the help that you can give me.
I recently installed a Resurrection Remix ROM based on Android 7.1.2, if I use GravityBox will it work?

I have the update but the constant blinking of the led drains my battery. Is their any way to turn it off or is it a built issue.
That's the way I turn mine off. Perhaps it acts differently with different versions of RAPH?
one other quick question. I noticed the clock is running slow. Losing about ten minutes every few days. Is this a known issue or do I have to add/update something. Restarting the devices to update clock. I do have the data turned off to data battery life.
thanks for your time.
(I think) It is a known issue but don't hold me to it as I usually run data 24/7... Also, I don't run Android constantly as I need my calls to go through and Android is still not quite "there" yet (IMHO)

LED notification

So i just got an i9300 and right after i got it I rooted it, changed the recovery to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1719744 and flashed a custom rom based on 4.3 (cm10.2 + pa + aokp) but my led notification doesn't work... i mean it light up when i charge the battery, when it needs to be charged, when i get a call it lights up (until i answer the call then it turns off), but it doesn't notify me on missed events....
this is my configuration
I think there's a setting to enable led for notification in settings make sure you've it checked
sent from the state where marijuana is NOT illegal !
this is the only led settings i can find and i also used light manager and light flow nothing
in these settings (you are showing in your screenshot) give the apps you need specific led behaviours and also change their speed etc.
then press on the "test" button and switch your screen off (now the led should light up the way you managed it). From now on the led should work for these apps
this procedure works for me everytime when I update the cm 10.2 rom I am using (temasek's rom)
by the way which missed events do you mean? I've never tested the notification led on anything other then messaging apps like facebook, email, calendar etc.
I tried what you said for messaging and it didn't work...
I mean exactly those you mentioned...

[MOD] Battery Light Disabler (CM12.1) - downtime, screen on

With this module, battery light will not shine when in downtime (Interruptions) or when the screen is on.
There's an option to disable notifications light during downtime but there's no such option for battery light.
The battery light also stays on when display is on even that's unnecessary as you usually see the battery icon in status bar (at least Samsung/TW devices turn off the led once you power on the display).
I will try eventually create proper patch for CM...
This module has been merged into new module http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-xposed-tweaks-cm-t3279109. Please check that module for any future updates.
Hello. First of all, thank you for this.
Can you implement it for notifications light too?
Let me explain.
On android 5.0, when we set "priority" or "none" mode, the notification LED did not flash. Google changed that on android 5.1. Now, even on these modes, the LED flashes. . This is very bad to use at night, when sleeping. The led disturbs. Can you please add an option to disable notification LED when on priority mode???
Thanks man.
By the way, I know CM has this. But AOSP and Samsung TW 5.1 don't have it...
Wooooooaw... Battery Light Saber FTW !
this is exactly what i ever wanted but its not working on aosp 5.1.1 please help
@moneytoo
Please can you re-upload as both ways of downloading (from Xposed Repository through browser or through Xposed app) result in a file that is either reported as not a valid apk or gives a parse error when trying to install.
Thanks
It for CM12.1. It's not compatible with Android 4.x or lower.

Change blinking frequency of notification LED

After update to Marshmallow seems that problem with notification LED still exist. Unfortunately blinking of led on every 6-8 sec is prerequisite for missing of many mail/chat/call notifications. I try almost every app inside Google play but none of them can't change blink frequency of notification LED.
If there is a possibilities somebody to develop such app or module, that will enable changing frequency of notification LED? Now my phone is with Marshmallow and is rooted (thanks to @PiSpecialist), l am ready to test everything.
Such app will be very helpful for every Xperia M4 user.
If there is a way to change blinking frequency permanently - via changing of configuration file somewhere? Any help will be appreciated.
I wanna change..

Notification light is not working on any custom roms
