My phone (Lyf Water 10) turn off automatically whenever I switch on 4G data connection. When 3G or 2G or wifi are ON, it does not switch off. I don't know why this is happening. If battery is poor, then why doesn't phone switch off on 3G, 2G or even wifi? If anyone can help that would be great.
same problem is here.can u silve the problem

Hello,
In my area I find that I keep jumping from HSDPA to Edge and back constantly, which breaks my data connection briefly. It's very annoying.
I found that changing the setting to WCDMA only fixed this, and did not result in loss of data connection - it just kept me where I needed to be.
Only problem is at my house, suddenly I could not connect to my wireless internet no matter what I tried. I could connect to the neighbors slower open internet connection, but not my own. Tried everything. When I set it back to Auto mode, I could connect again with ease.
Any suggestions for a way to be WCDMA only and still connect to my wireless? I don't understand networking well enough to help myself.
I've noticed that when my phone is asleep it seems to disconnect from the WiFi network which is bad since I have bad signal at my house. Any way to force it to stay connected ?
If anyone was interested, its under advanced settings in the WiFi network. I just changed it to never sleep
Hi all,
I would like to setup Llama, so that the following happens:
When my screen switches off, after 5 minutes Data should switch to 2g
and
When screen turns on, Data should immediately switch back to 3g if it is not already in 3g mode
The bold underlined is my problem right now. Even if I'm in 3g mode (because the screen wasn't long enough off to switch to 2g), the data reconnects itself from 3g back to 3g.
Any ideas how to solve this? It seems I can't set a condition about mobile data connection
Thanks a lot!
Use a llama variable
Hi,
You probably already noticed that by your self..
When you're downloading something over 3G, and you turn the WIFI on during the process, there is no problem because it authenticates and connects the WIFI network and meanwhile keeps the 3G still alive.. it only shuts it off when the WIFI is completely connected and therefore the download is not hanging off..
Unfortunately it was not programmed backward.
When you are on WIFI and turning off the WIFI to move to 3G, or perhaps when you were at home and now walking away the range and so it automatically disconnects it, so it leaves the WIFI first and few seconds later it trigger the 3G and connect it..
During those few seconds you lose the connection and if you were on downloading process it hangs off..
So I was thinking, why not force the 3G on, connects, and only then, hang off the WIFI..
Any app that can do that? or any developer that might wanna pick up the glove?
I'm sure it will help few others but me..
Thanks ahead!
I want to be able to switch mobile data off, and go to 2G, automatically when I'm on wifi. I tried xposed's Smart Network, but that didn't work on MIUI. Any suggestions?
Well, I don't know if I understand correctly your question, but Android automatically turns cellular data off when you're connected to Wi-Fi.

I think it doesn't use data, but it's still on.
In and case, I want to go to switch to 2G automatically when I'm on wifi, and back to 4G when there's no wifi connected.
