Is there anyway to override the fact that almost all the features and settings of the camera get disabled when you switch to the rear camera? Like, I want to be able to use the Cartoon mode or something when I'm using the front camera, but there's no way through stock. Would third party be the only way then?

since there is no fix for this problem but disabling flash which isn't good for low light situations, i kept trying camera apps till i found this one, which has an inbuilt flash button, so all u gotta do in low light situations is keeping the flash on like in the SS and capture as many pics as u want with no pinkish effect , ofc if devs could make the flash app work simultaneously with the camera app without the error we wont need this 3rd party app , hope i helped

I want to ask you about a problem I have with my phone. I recently saw a stripes on the screen with kind of different color/brightness. They are not very visible but really annoying! They appear everywhere. They don't move when I rotate the phone.
I have attached a picture which I took with a camera but it's not very visible so I made fake image with the Photoshop so it can be clearer what the problem is like.

How does one use wide angle camera in 3rd party apps such as say Snapchat?
within third party apps, you can switch between front/back cameras
with the lg g5, theoretically the phone should switch between front/back/back-wide-angle

Correct. Just tried in WhatsApp & it toggled through the 3 cameras ?

LG V20 and i can use the wide angle with open camera
Yea, Open camera toggles between front/back/wide. but unlike the stock app you have to go through all 3, no separate icon and also when zoom in/out does not automatically switch to wide/regular.
I had a cracked screen on my Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite before and I bought the component to fix it myself, (replacing the screen using service just cost too much in UK, I can almost buy another brand new phone) however the lower half of the screen does not work.
Is there any app that use to make my screen smaller so that I can actually use the usable section of the screen only please?
There is a app Screen Resizer (itdo.at.screenresizer) but i never tested it. But you can enable rotation for lockscreen and launcher, and for soft buttons you can install Auto Hide Softkeys (com.gmd.hidesoftkeys)
