how to install recovery on locked bootloader

So I bought a brand new z2 tablet for £250, but the only downside is that its locked to t-mobile so bootloader is locked.
I want to root my device, and so far I found that to root lollipop you need to downgrade to 4.4.2 root using towelroot then udate via recovery with pre rooted rom. My only issue is that I am unable to find any instructions on how to install recovery without using the bootloader.
On my xperia Z I was able to install it through actuall phone, but for the tablet seems like the only way is through bootloader?
Can someone please help me out, perhaps im not looking in right place.

Easiest way to root and some questions.

So read this thread [Guide] Safe bootloader unlock, restore DRM, custom recovery, root, bootloader relock
Is this the easiest way to root as it appears complex(sorry not very technically minded).
Also once rooted will I be able to update the tablet or it becomes impossible please?

No, easiest way to root is to unlock bootloadrer and flash custom rom or root stock by flashing twrp, kernel, and supersu.
You need drm keys in case if you want to get back unrooted stock.so do you really need them? In order to restore drm functionality on rooted device, use universal drm restore patch.
With unlocked bootloder, to update custom, use twrp, to update stock, use flashtool.

Any method to downgrade emui8.0 to 5.1 with the locked honor9?

The vison on my phone is STF-AL10 8.0.0.355(C00GTpatch01)
At first I turned to HisSuite, but in the upgrade page, there is not a downgrade option
So is there existing a method to solve my problen?
Would love to know too but on my honor sft-L09
would also like to know,
it is said to downgrade from GT Turbo by HuRUpdater will cause hard brick.
but Hisuite has no option to downgrade.

Help rooting BE2028

I have the T-Mobile (not Metro) Nord N10. It has been carrier unlocked and I have unlocked the bootloader. I just updated to Android 11.
I have rooted a few phones in the past, but it's been a while.
The way I understand it, I can either flash TWRP and flash Magisk that way, or i can install Magisk and flash a patched boot image.
The second way seems to be challenging, though, because I can't find the stock image for BE2028 in order to patch it.
Is my understanding of the process right? Does anybody know where I can get the stock BE2028 image?
Thanks!

This will work with the new Android 11 update? And for the BE2028?
It's the stock T-Mobile Android 11 Rom that was just released
You could just boot TWRP and flash Magisk
Did everything work out for you? I'm kind of surprised it took so much teeth pulling to get to a be2028 root guide.lol I haven't done anything to mine yet. I'll probably go ahead with my boot loader unlock. Thanks.
Same here... I have a BE2028 can you pls tell us if it worked? I got the token and everything rdy to unlock the bootloader

you should try different firmware files as yours might be corrupted, try a43 firmware file and try to update from there on with locked bootloader, and after update use format data option in recovery.
also try calling your service center, they might be able to help
and if nothing works you can always go back to custom roms..
