Code:
fastboot flash boot syncedplus-omni.img
Option
This is the easy way.
Flash it with twrp, there is option to flash .img files. Flash it in boot partition.
Downloads:

Great kernel! I didn't notice any issues with carbon on android 8.
By the way I find your settings a little bit laggy why you don't switch to sio sequlder and interactive cpu governor? I find them more responsive and battery friendly
Regards John

This kernel working on original 6.0.1 Android, like Advanved Stock Kernel?
If no, its possible to do this kernel. Nice stats

Thanks.
If you find better settings share them, you can here or in private message so I and others can test.
I used benchmarks as a performance test, and performance is better with current settings in comparison with interactive.

You already have custom kernel (elitekernel) for stock android with almost all of features of my custom kernel.

I suppose this kernel will work on xperia z2 too? Since the hardware is almost exactly same... Or something else?

Did you try flashing one of these versions ?
The only difference between this kernel versions is wifi location and maybe encryption(I forgot if there is big difference, as far as I remember there were problems when using the same boot.img for both roms), so if you flash omni kernel version on carbon rom, your wifi will not work and probably encryption. Try and see if it works, if not, just send me boot.img of resurection remix rom and I will fix it.

Z3c port pleaseeeee

I am sorry for late reply.
Did you by mistake write that you flashed Carbon V because this kernel wont work on that version, it will work just on OREO.
Also you can expect these days z3c kernel port, and kernel for z3 pie.

I know it's for Oreo and that img file I linked is rr oreo's boot.img. I meant carbon version by writing carbon v(not 5,etc). Really waiting to see the combination of your kernel and rr, cause i think the serious flaw with rr is its kernel. Btw, seems you're doing it faster than rom developers bro, I haven't seen any stable pie rom for z3 yet:fingers-crossed::good:

There is but not fully functional, I will just port kernel to it, and all is left to do is fix bugs in rom.
I have posted test version on discord https://discord.gg/krRBhje

Have tested it on Z2. It just makes the screen black. Until I restore my stock kernel.
Any possibility to port it to Z2 ?

[Kernel] [3.4.15] [D855] WinXkernel [Alpha 0.2] [15/02/17]

After compiling roms for a couple devices and learning about the android rom, i have decided to dabble in the arts
of kernel compiling, i started with my main device the Nexus 6p, learnt a fair bit compiling kernels for it, so i decided to
come back to this device for testing purposes and trying to test and go back to ARM device which is completely different.
Now with the Nexus device i went full updated linux kernel first then gave updates, but this time ill be doing something a little
different, i will upstream some kernel updates, plus caf updates then i will give a release, or for example, the first realease i will
give you guys will be 3.4.2 kernel version, just to get things going, then next release will be a higher version.
I hope all of you like it i will be adding alot of stuff in the coming months.
All releases will keep up to date and working with latest CM roms
Here is the download link just click on the kernel and it will download

Ok so stock stock kernel you get with stock rom or even custom like CyanogenMod/lineageos has a kernel version of 3.4, each incremental update after that eg 3.4.1 or even 3.4.100 has many fixes and updates within the kernel, some do nothing for our device but others can, a small code change in one file can impact the way the kernel works

Well I'm running latest lineageos and I have never had it reboot on me. Are you using any kernel manager apps at all, as I haven't been able to add and customisation to it just it. It may panic because it's reaching for something it doesn't have
No reboots here either,
Im running the latest official Lineage .
if u have kernel mod or any other kernel tuner installed try to go back to your basic settings or just delete the app and install it again after your first boot.
Really smooth kernel !

[Kernel] [6/26] [Next Generation] [EAS] [All Variants] Werewolf Kernel

This is my custom kernel for the LG V20. I've spent months working on this and making sure it works on both stock and custom roms.
Changes from last releases: We now build each variant separately along with different releases for stock and custom roms for maximum compatibility.
Stock is still being tested, but I've been using custom for months
Feature List:
- EAS for custom ROMs (Note: Your ROM MUST have userspace support for EAS otherwise it won't kick in. Also you need to keep schedutil governer for EAS to work)
- Latest upstream 3.18.55
- Updated crypto functions
- Adreno idler
- Adrenoboost
- KCAL
- Optimizations following KISS(Keep it simple stupid)
- Built with GNU's GCC 6.3.1
- SafetyNet bootloader workaround
- Exfat Support
- SIO, FIOPS, bfq, cfq, deadline, noop IO scheduler
- ondemand, interactive, performance, conservative (Custom: scheduti, schedl)
- bic, cubic, htcp, reno, westwood TCP congestion algorithms
- Fingerprint Boost, when unlocking with fingerprint it should be a lot faster
- Various smaller tweaks

Best kernel for RR N

Which is the best kernel for RR N can anybody tell me? *
It all depends on your preference and use case.
1. Agni kernel
Cutting edge stuff with lots of updates
2. Radon kernel
Super stable and smooth with lots of features
3. ElementalX
Super stable with extra wake gestures
4.Infected kernel
I personally prefer Radon or Agni
For me Radon with per app profiles. Have tried pretty much all the kernels yet always end back at the Radon. Quick charge undervolt also

That's a tough one. So many good roms. I would say Speedy and stable: Umangs LineageOS. For an all-rounder try Aex-Lite mod with Radon (what I'm using) or a kernel of your liking. Lots of features and also fast. I've not properly tested Pure Nexusrom by Demon but heard it's good (doesn't support Exfat though)

That strongly depends on your usage pattern. But custom kernels are made to perform better than stock kernels. Every kernel has its own characteristics, some are performance biased and some biased towards battery savings. But for everyday usage I'd suggest a kernel which can balance both performance and power savings.
As far as kernels for mido which have MIUI support, I'd suggest Stormguard kernel as it is pretty well balanced.
But in the future if you plan on flashing a custom ROM then go for Franco or ElectraBlue kernel.

Tbh i don't think that miui should be used with a custom kernel, cuz the rom is already optimised. And the kernel in made to work efficiently, so in a word no tbh.
But mann why are you not trying out the custom roms if you are having an unlocked bootloader? I mean there lies a whole world of awesomeness and performance on the other side of rom world

Only because I have a problem with custom ROMs, but not with MIUI ROMs, where the phone goes into a bootloop, apparently from overheating. If I could solve that, I would certainly use custom ROMs.

If you want to like prevent overheating, then what you can do is like underclock the kernel. Setting the max frequency to something around 1.3 to 1.0 ghz will greatly help with the temps.

I would like to flash a custom kernel to get rid of this or just find the fix.
